For a new store, this place is disorganized and kind of haphazard. Additionally, I found several areas to be rather filthy. The furniture doesn't seem to be anything special. The employees didn't acknowledge my wife and I, even when we checked out. I don't see any redeeming qualities about this store and doubt I'll return. read more

Was just in there to return 2 outside patio umbrellas. One was just purchased and one was maybe 2 months old and terribly faded. They would not take it back! Oh it's been used! I said yes but it's maybe 2months old. Too bad. I told the manager I would be giving a bad review on Yelp. Her response was go ahead! I told her this is terrible customer service. Won't be back! E mailed corporate. Just received a call and they will take my umbrella back and give me a gift card. Very nice manager who apologized. read more

Huge store with almost everything you would need for your home. We came in on a Monday evening with a list in hand otherwise I am sure I would have been there till close. Staff is very limited we needed something that was up high on a shelf and couldn't find any staff. Also had only one cashier with a lineup of more than 3. You need to shop around because some stuff you find here is more expensive than I have seen at other stores and some stuff is poor quality almost dollarstore quality but not the pricetag. Some departments are limited and others are over flowing. We didn't leave empty handed so I was happy with my finds. I don't know if I would go back but it's worth a visit. read more

My husband and I along with my granddaughter entered this store at 9:25 PM this past Saturday night.We looked up the time of the store closing to see if we had time to go in.The store closes at 10 PM leaving us 35 minutes.Upon entering the store we heard an announcement that the store would be closing at 10 pm.5 minutes later it was announced that it was now 9: 30 and that the store would be closing at 10pm.5 minutes later it was announced it is now 9:35 and that the store would be closing at 10 pm.This went on every 5 minutes making my husband ,myself and my granddaughter very uncomfortable. While we were near the back end of the store near the bathrooms one of the employers yelled into the bathroom " if anyone is inside you need to get out because we close at 10pm..A few minutes later this same employee was standing right by me ,my husband and granddaughter, when I turned to ask my granddaughter her opinion on an item I might purchase the male employee said to us " you know we close at 10pm,although it wasn't 10 pm it was 9:50.I said to him " I know the store closes at 10pm you have announced it every 5 minutes since we walked in" The employee then said" well technically we can't ring you up after 10pm because everything shuts down, then he mumbled something and walked away.When we went to the front to pay ,the male cashier was again making the announcement of " you need to come up front and pay now as we close at 10pm" My husband said to the cashier " you are chasing people out with your constant announcements" The cashier responded with " this store goes dark at exactly 10pm" The cashier then stared to glare over at the people still on line and looking at the contents of their wagons and making a face of disgust.I will never return to this location again. We were made to feel unwanted as customer's and hurried to the point of harrassment. The employers were rude and did not care one bit about the people still in the store. read more

They have a good choice of wall decor and other things for the house. Some prices are fair and some are outrageous (like furniture). Some of the goods are in bad shape too. There is nobody to be found to help out either. We will shop here once in awhile read more

Customers Beware! Terrible return policy using a Birthday coupon. We used our At Home 25% off coupon today on a pair of chair cushions. We returned to the store to exchange for a larger cushion of the same brand and color. They said they don't exchange, they could credit the return and we could make another purchase, therefore surrendering our 25% birthday coupon as they said per T's & C's the coupon could only be used one time. We're simply exchanging for a different size...it's really the same purchase. We asked for a manager who gave us the same line with a simple 'I'm sorry'. This is a terrible policy and possibly the worst customer service experience. We will not return to At Home for our decorating needs, we prefer to do business with a company that values it's consumer and prides itself on customer experience. read more

Service is severely lacking at this location. I stood in the check out line for 10 mins while the only cashier tried her best to work quickly. Unfortunately every mistake she made resulted in voiding the whole order and starting over. There were 15 people in line and one cashier. I finally called the store on my cell phone and told whomever answered that they needed more cashier's up front. She told me there were budget cuts. I said well there's gonna be more if you don't get someone up here to help check out the customers who are ready and willing to buy stuff. Costumers were leaving because the wait was so long. She didn't seem to care. The only other employee I saw in the store was developmentally challenged and she said she couldn't cashier. At Home .. You need to staff better or you will continue to lose business. read more

We recently visited the at home store near Santan Village mall and had an incredibly upsetting experience. There were several chairs placed on a shelf. Right next to them or a bunch of barstools and I asked and employee if the 50% off tag hanging on the shelf that said barstools included these chairs because they were all mixed in together and he told me yes. Obviously they're not a bar stool but it was pretty much impossible to distinguish one thing from the next because of the disorganization in this particular department of the store. Also multiple of the same chair were marked at multiple different prices. He said to give him a minute and he would check with his manager. The manager lady came over and without acknowledging me started snapping saying that it's obvious this wasnt a barstool and why we even had to ask that. And she said they did not put the stickers on the shelf because they don't use tape and she's not sure how they got there. She was completely condescending and rude when all she had to say was... So I'm not sure how the mixup happened but this pricing is incorrect I apologize. We're not stupid and it's obvious it wasn't a Barstool But because everything was so disorganized there's no way to tell what was correct and what wasn't. Needless to say this was our first time in that store and it's definitely our last time at this location. If she can't at least be polite and courteous even if it was a ridiculous question then she's probably not the best choice for a manager. read more

Until today, have always enjoyed the At Home store. They may not have the finest quality of everything, but they have a bit of everything usually at reasonable prices. Today, after questioning a clearance sign on a headboard that didn't ring up at the clearance price, the store manager--a gentleman named Anthony who derisively dismissed my request for his last name, saying he didn't have to give us anything--not only treated us as if we were idiots, but told us plainly that our business didn't matter. Nor did our concern over the misleading signage. He told us quite loudly as we left that we'd be replaced by "hundreds more" who come in every day. The headboard was only $129 on full price. Which I would have paid because it met my needs for a small headboard in a guest room. I've shopped for one thing or another at At Home at least once a week for months. Now, given the cavalier attitude of a store manager when it comes to the customers who keep them in business, I won't be back. read more
