I really can't say enough about this company, I'd give them 6 stars if I could! We have a Noritz tankless that been running great for 7 years, but last week it stopped working all together. It was leaking quite a bit from the unit and I just naturally assumed everything would be out of warranty and I'd probably be forced to buy a new one. I called around town but all the plumbers I talked to said they'd have to look at it and try to diagnose it, but Noritz units aren't fixable and they would just install a new one. Then after a bunch of calls and frustration I found 'At House Plumbing' through the Noritz website as a recommended installer. I called and spoke to Hiro, who turned out to be our true HERO! He immediately knew what was wrong with it over the phone and said he'd send someone out in 30 minutes and that it was even probably covered by the warranty! 30 minutes later the tech/installer Kevin showed up and confirmed the problem which was the heat exchanger. He called Noritz for me and had them send out the part next day to my house no charge. Hiro even called me that night to check if the part had arrived. What service! The next day Kevin came back to install the new part, which he did in about an hour. Now we have hot water again and basically a new unit, as the part that was replaced is the main part. I had issues with my Rinnai tankless water heater (code 11 and 12) intermittently. The water heater would fail 2-3 times a day. After calling several plumbers, I had a mixed bag of results. Many plumbers don't service tankless water heaters and one of them straight up lied to me about needing to change some parts to get it up to code before even starting to diagnose the issue. Luckily I found At House (which was a bit confusing because of their name), and Kevin sorted out my problem. On the first visit, he cleaned out the burner which helped the issue, but it returned. Since they warranty their work, he came back a week later when the issues came back and was able to swap out the right parts and fix it.
