I get it if it was a few cause it is a salon but it was more than I was comfortable with. I don't think these toys are cleaned regularly.

She played for around 15 minutes before they called her to her yellow submarine themed chair complete with a steering wheel! Adriana was patient and friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. They offer iPads but my kiddo did fine without it. They cut a couple of inches and dried it with a not too hot blow dryer. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. For $50, the first haircut does not come with a wash. The price seemed steep considering it was a very straightforward super quick haircut. They do give you a nice photo of your child plus a little baggie with a few pieces of their hair when you book the first haircut experience. We had hyped up this visit by telling my daughter that she'd get a balloon. I'd recommend not doing this as a tantrum ensued when we learned that they were out of balloons. It was a rough trip home. All in all, the haircut was quick and the actual cut was painless! I was debating giving 3 or 4 stars. I'd say 3.5 if I could. I don't think I'd return given that the cost was high for what it was.

We were there on Sunday for his third haircut. We were informed via letter from his school on Monday that there was confirmed head lice in his classroom (not him). I checked him Monday night and confirmed a positive case of lice. I called Sit Still several times over two days before getting someone on the phone. I explained the lice diagnosis and got a semi-defensive response- immediately telling me that he "definitely didn't have it on Sunday or they would have caught it." I'm a nurse and having checked him myself, it was clear he was exposed for more than a day (and it was the end of the weekend). I let it go, but in retrospect, that was not cool or right. Just a heads up.
