Our home had been broken into via a window smashed by the thieves. My insurance company called ATI to come out to board the window (this was on a Sunday). They sent someone out right away, but he hung around for a while waiting for a second person to help him. He initially told us that boarding the window would require drilling into our stucco siding and that it would cost a lot of money to replace the window and fix the stucco after the board was removed (turned out not to be accurate). The second guy showed up and they did the job, which didn't require damaging the stucco. They did the job and were gone. Kinda weird. They never gave us an invoice or bill, just a paper to sign saying that we were satisfied with the work. Two weeks later we got the bill for $633, which I thought was steep. My insurance company paid the bill directly (thank you, Geico). But if you have the luxury of time to call around for this type of service, try another company first. They did an okay job but I didn't think it was professional to leave without giving us a bill. I suspect they did this because they knew the insurance company was paying. Not terrible, but wouldn't be my first choice. read more

I had a toilet overflow upstairs and leaked in the dining room everywhere. ATI came in and got everything all cut out and cleaned up and had professional dryers that dried everything. They Sanitized everything and used plastic and covered doorways so there was no dust. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. They were on time and did the job perfectly. Esurance is the company that recommended them and they did a great job. And I am super picky I would definitely recommend them. read more

I am giving one star only because of a few workers that were good. This company has horrible communication. We used them only because our insurance sent them to remediate a flood due to a broken pipe. The remediation team was ok, and quick. At least a week AFTER their machines were taken away, Curt Davis, a project manager came and took pictures and measured to get an estimate for repairs. The next day Curt's boss came. A WEEK later I called Curt to inquire of the progress and he had not even uploaded the pictures yet. No one called us, we always had to call them. Finally, after another week, workers were scheduled. Roy, who did the drywall patch, texture and paint, is amazing. Then they subbed the flooring work through Carpets & More, made an appointment for them to come and bring tile samples. Warren came, did not bring any samples. Hmmm. Then the tile guys did not show up until mid-day, and were very sloppy. They damaged the bathtub, walls, all trim work, and left a trail of debris and torn plastic. Reuel Greenough, our project manager came out and saw the damages and mess and was helpful in making sure it got fixed. Roy had to come back out and fix all their damages. And the invoice process is horrible too. When I would call to pay, no one knew the amount due. And then the final invoice was issued twice with two different amounts. You have been warned. Do not use this company if you have a choice. read more

ZERO Stars. Customer beware!! This company horribly unprofessional and has no transparency. We had a flood in our downstairs and our insurance contacted them to dry out the area and then make repairs. The crew that came in demolished way more than was necessary but was friendly and helpful. Then, we began the repair process and things went off the rails. Unanswered phone calls, voicemails that were full, no communication. And when I was finally able to speak with my Project 'manager' - he had NO clue how read the company's paperwork and they refused to give me a cost breakdown of what work was being done. At one point, while bugging the manager for a breakdown of costs, he told me that was a conversation he refused to have with clients. REALLY?!? If I'm spending $17 grand on a project, I want to know where every penny is going - and this company lacks any transparency and won't tell you! I also found large line items in the paperwork where I was being charged for work that didn't even need to be done!! This company is a joke - I booted them off the job and here I am, 4 weeks later starting from scratch trying to get my floors replaced and the damage that was unnecessarily done from the demo taken care of. My insurance company were the ones that selected ATI to check out my roof damage. Communication through the project was fantastic. The gentlemen that came were very friendly and efficient. They saw that I was working on some other simple house maintenance things and offered good advice, which really helped. They did a great job and always kept me in the loop. They were great. I had damage that kept increasing, hour by hour, day by day, taking my anxiety level with it, and my project director and project manager always took my calls or answered my texts, even when they really couldn't do anything about it. They just said "Don't worry, we'll fix everything," and they did. Like with most contractors, it was kind of hard to get on the schedule but once they started the work, they finished it -- fast and right. Their tech was a pleasure to have in my home and he even gave me some great tips on how to do a couple of things around my house. read more

We had a terrible experience with this company. We had a house fire in November of 2018. Not only did ATI not bring all our stuff back. They started 3 week late instead of hiring other sub-contractors they waited on the sub-contractors that caused lots of delays for us. It took them 5 in half months to repair our house that was mostly water damage because we have house fire sprinklers. And then 8 months after the claim was closed the contractor decides they didn't get paid enough when the claim was open and starts ask for more money from the insurance company and starts sending us collection letters for something we are not responsible for and they should be contacting the insurance company for not us. And not only that they decided it was ok to put and lien on our house and try to over charge the insurance company. This is a terrible company. Our insurance company fired this company and will not use them anymore. Not only that we have to block our phones from their company head quarters because they were leaving messages trying to get money from us instead of contacting the insurance company to resolve this. We are so upset and angry with this company for everything this put us through and the insurance company. read more

ZERO stars. They were contracted by Allstate to do clean up, dry-out, and repair for a minor flood from a bathroom that affected two bedrooms. Communication from the beginning was not clear or consistent. They sent a Project Director (Roman) to do an estimate and draw up the scope of work - took a week for him to come out. Then he went on "vacation" and dropped the ball on everything. The company spun in circles sending multiple to people out and no one knew what was going on or what to do. No responsibility and everyone blamed this one person - even management. Well if you do not have a way to track the work in your company and take care of things when you give people vacation time - then as contractors you have a BIG PROBLEM. It has been 4 weeks and the work is still not complete. They do not care and In my opinion, if you are an insurance claim assigned to them - they don't care even more. DO NOT allow your insurance company to send them- you will be sorry. I would not contract with them personally either. No communication skills, they do not follow through with anything they say, and they do poor finish work. read more
