I have yet to visit a spa, but that is on my list for the future! This Peachtree Corners location is no exception. My son and I traveled to ATL for the PPA pickleball championships this past weekend and we pretty much spent every waking hour at this facility from Thursday when we arrived until late Sunday night when the tournament was over. We spent the majority of our time either playing pickleball or watching pickleball (both on the indoor and outdoor courts due to some rain), but the facility did a great job (along with the PPA) in navigating the large crowds and keeping the tournament going. We enjoyed some food from the cafe, the locker rooms, and of course the courts and the rest of the grounds as well. We were lucky to be traveling with a friend who purchased VIP Parking, so that was a nice touch... and medaling in some of our events helped make the experience even more fun too! Shoutout to Suzanne on the Life Time pickleball staff! If I lived in the area, I would definitely be spending time here more often - likely taking advantage of open play... We left and parked across a busy road and walked over. It was fine for us, but could be a challenge if you have small children.

No organization of the bar and no concern about serving people's drinks efficiently.

We had 2 years to redeem…read more Tried to schedule a flight the following June but was told the original site I wanted was no longer available and, they wanted to charge us more money for us to travel 4 hours further away. I told them that did not make any sense! Why should I pay more to travel further away, pay more for gas and possibly a hotel?!! I continued calling through-out the summer to try and schedule a flight. They would not give me the name of a balloonist or tell me what days might be available. They kept telling me that the balloonist was difficult to get ahold of and that they had left a message. They would call me back when they had heard from him. I continued to check in and it always seemed like I had to repeat my story, no one knew of my request to book my balloon flight and had not contacted or heard from a balloonist. I finally sent an email to the web site contact about my difficulties with their customer support. It then seemed, when I called their office, like they were more eager to assist me. I finally was able to schedule a flight but, in a totally different location from the other two that were mentioned before, still 3 hours away. I was not able to give the ride to my family member as a gift, due to the location change, and ended up using the ride on myself and my husband. I probably would not have spent the money on this type of gift if I had known that it was going to work so terribly wrong.

That said we played here multiple seasons and had some good experiences, but unfortunately we had more negative experience ones. As parents and players we have not been treated very well - the owners are not interested in feedback and when it is given are quite rude, dismissive and misogynistic. They seem to be and have stated they are overwhelmed with the volume of the business, but no changes are made. They continue to be unresponsive and uncaring about parental feedback and or questions. Many of the coaches yell at the girls for doing things incorrectly, but actual instruction has a lacking. I know plenty of parent who have become fed up and left as we have now as well. Many coaches are not qualified to be a coach - if I pay a premium to play somewhere i expect the services to match but that is not the case here. Many inexperienced or even brand new coaches coaching supposed "elite" teams. The place has become a money grab with too many teams and girls on teams they shouldn't necessarily be on just for the fees. Avoid this place if at all possible. Toxic environment. Don't out tour child through this.

This weekend was a sad day for girls volleyball and a stain on M2 coaches' character. On Sun, while…read morecoaching at Lil Big South an M2 female coach proceeded to yell and point at an 11 yr old girl (on the other team) trying to intimidate her and saying I'm watching you because she was upset that the girl hit her player in the face on a kill. The play was a standard volleyball play. The coach received a red card, but I feel this type of disgusting behavior should be posted. Also, this coach proceeded to taunt the girl on another play when she called touch. Even more disturbing is that on it was discovered that the coach yelled at another girl on Sat on the same team earlier in the day. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. On a positive note, it was good to see that several M2 parents spoke with the other team's parents and said the behavior was unacceptable. This should not happen at any tournament. If you have an issue with a child then address it with the ref and/or other coach. Children should be safe from being intimidated by adult coaches or anyone.

The facility is beautifully designed and the courts are as top-notch as you might think, with the funky and ominous (read: abandoned) Presidential Hotel as part of the scenery. Couple of critiques here are as follows: the parking allocation is not nearly enough for the amount of visitors here on a daily/nightly basis. I'm hoping the owners will consider expanding that at a later date. also, the court lights are too low and, during night play, the ball gets lost if goes above them. kind of a big miss to make the light poles as short as they are, but I suppose that could be improved in the future as well. Overall, though, having access to covered courts is a luxury we're not really used to in the city. and it's great! Looking forward to future improvements to an already great facility.
