They advised me that my radiator and my power steering pump were going out so I agreed to get that replaced at the same time. These "experts" replaced the power steering pump with the cheapest option available and put in the OLD FLUID into the pump. Not even 2 days later the pump went out again. I called them up and they said "oh, you didn't pay for new fluid." Really!?! After me railing them on the phone about their "expertise" in auto repairs, they replaced my pump again (still with the cheapest trash option available) and sent me on my way. Turns out that along with all of this, they used the wrong thermostat for my truck so my readings are all off for temps. They also did not flush my radiator system and put new fluid in on top of old fluid that was sitting in my pipes still. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

The mechanic (I think his name is Jerry) insisted he was giving me a good deal. The Kia dealership a few miles away quoted me less for the same repairs. I had also specifically told the owner and written down my concerns about my Sedona, saying I would not be interested in fixing this auto if the repairs are too much money. $2000 for a 13 year old beat auto is too much money. They didn't care or they didn't listen. Instead, the mechanic encouraged me to spend even more money by getting my tires replaced with them while my car was at their shop. I refused to let them fix a thing. And, I'm upset that they wasted my time by lying about "helping" me and giving me a good deal. Also, I wasted my money since the diagnostic charge was $115. In the end, I paid them to do nothing to my car. My impression of the mechanic and the owner is they are not honest nor do they have integrity as their sign on the building says. I found them to be unhelpful in every way that was most important to me. I also felt they wanted to argue with me about the cost of my repairs and the service they gave. That was very unprofessional. If I was closer to home I would not have taken my car here. But, I was 2 hours away from home when my Sedona was leaking coolant. If you are looking for someone to repair your car, I suggest avoiding this place. Maybe take it to a dealership and ask them if they can give you a discounted price on repairs as I did with Kia.

But my experience with getting new brakes and rotors was subpar. I had an appointment, they re-iterated the time frame once I got there, and it still took more than twice as long and over 4 hours. Even though they knew I was coming in for a brake and rotor change, the parts were not readily available. They have to procure everything, and every time they needed an item (expected or unexpected), they had to call NAPA and have them drop parts off. Literally saw a NAPA truck every hour drop items off. Which means an hour wait every time they need something. On top of it, I wouldn't have thought any shop would be more than a dealer. I should have price shopped as they were $300 more than the dealer. And charged me a $54 break inspection even though I told them I'm here for this service based on your recommendation from the last time I was there. As much as they pride themselves on transparency, they really aren't. Their quotes/invoices do not break out labor hours, labor rate, or parts costs.
