Steakhouse Panini with Au Jus and Chips
    Doug G.

This ABC sits directly on South Cobb Drive and sits in the shopping center that is anchored by Publix. Parking is never an issue as the lot that services this location and the two other businesses in the same small strip has enough spots for all. I have come through this location for bulk orders for the office and for individual lunch/dinner orders. The bulk orders were always done well, prepared when I arrived and always correct. The staff has always helped me carry my items out and made sure I knew the distinctions in varieties of my order, specifically the coffee blends! My personal orders are normally sandwiches and chips. My go to is usually the steak sandwich with their plain chips. I always enjoy the variety of bread for this sandwich, the French baguette. It holds up so well to the juices of the meat and carries the meat and cheese so well! Service wise I have had good and "meh" experiences. I will say that on my morning visits, I always get stellar service. It's weirdly my afternoon/evening visits where the counter service is less than stellar. Maybe folks are just tired by that point? Whatever it is, they seem less enthused about assisting customers as the day progresses. It has never been outright terrible, but it is a noticeable difference and can sometimes be a little unpleasant. Overall, ABC has been a staple in many cities I have lived. Their food is consistent and tasty. Prices are a little off for the serving size of their current menu, so I don't frequent them as much as I used to...but when in the mood and in the area ABC is a solid option!

Atlanta Bread Company (ABC) is a Nice break from the run of the mill fast food chains. The food is fresh and tasty. Two can dine for roughly $40, which includes a cup of soup, 1/2 sandwich, small fountain drink, bread, and a cookie. The bread as a side is a little odd and less healthy than the traditional apple provided at Panera. The restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Working at the airport for years, I used to love eating at ABC. So when I moved to Smyrna a few years ago, I was excited to see that there was an ABC just minutes away! I love the Greek Salad which I always add grilled chicken. Its tasty and always filling. The only down side about my experience here was the French Onion Soup. It was just very salty and the flavor was just meh. I used to love the soup at the airport. Not sure why the flavors were so different and far off, you'd think it would taste the same. Overall, the cashier was friendly, (he just needs a smile on his face), and my salad was good.

The Staff that waited on me was awesome. The Cheese danish was amazing!! The Coffee was great (and I don't put sugar in my coffee so I can really taste the coffee). The bacon egg and cheese Breakfast sandwich- not so much. I put some jelly on it and rolled with it. Its hilarious because when I picked up my plate, an employee directed me to the jelly and I grabbed it but was thinking- why?? I know I am not going to put jelly on my danish nor my egg sandwich. I get it now. It made the sandwich. Good looking out. I will def come back for the danish and drinks and great customer service. The location is great. Parking is easy. Dining room is decent. I will be back to have coffee and danish for sure. Meeting rooms at 10 bucks an hour are a great amenity for this location.

Came here for a quick soup run for my mom, who just had dental surgery and couldn't eat anything but soup. I got a sample of their Butternut Squash soup and Chicken and Wild rice. And them both was amazing. So! I decided to get them both. The butternut squash was smooth and creamy with a ever so lightly buttery sweet taste. The Chicken and wild rice was thick and hardy. The service was pretty slow, considering it was just us along with one person already seated with his food. And a gentleman came after we had ordered. The few employees there seemed like they was trying to find things to do to pass time by. Like sweeping the floor several times and walking back and forth. But I was okay I wasn't in a rush. Once I got home I wished I had gotten me a bowl of that Butternut squash. It was delicious.

One of my favorite weekend traditions is exploring a new coffee shop every Sunday somewhere around the city, and this week I decided to give Rev Coffee a try. While I didn't order any food, several menu items looked tempting and worth trying on a future visit. I ordered the Iced Banana Pudding Latte, and it was delicious. What stood out even more was the customer service. The staff had genuinely positive energy, and the cashier was especially helpful in sharing his thoughts on the different drinks I was considering before making my choice. As someone who enjoys writing and working from coffee shops, my only suggestion would be a larger bar-style workspace for laptops and those of us who like to stand, pace, and type while working. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means. They also don't offer a military discount, but that's fairly common and never something I expect when visiting a coffee shop. Overall, I had a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting, the coffee was enjoyable, and the staff made a strong impression. I would definitely recommend Rev Coffee, and it has earned a spot in my regular rotation of coffee shop adventures.

There are several outdoor tables, and lots of chairs out in the grounds as you head towards the river. The staff is awesome - super friendly and welcoming, and happy to explain your new membership and a points-based loyalty program they offer in addition. The baristas are superb, and there's a wide range of morning pastries as well as a fab Venezuelan lunch menu. Located in Mableton/Smyrna, this coffee shop is actually connected to a leasing office perched along the Chattahoochee river. This quiet suburban neighborhood is the perfect location for this quiet coffee shop and you have the option of sitting inside in the beautifully decorated cafe or outside facing the street or the river. I always drive by this place and while out and about with my son one afternoon, I decided to pop in and sit for a bit. There were a few folks in front of us which gave me some time to look around at the cafe and the menus. I knew I should expect coffee, but I wasn't expecting Venezuelan treats! There were empanadas, tequenos and more on that special menu and although I didn't indulge that day (after a big lunch), I'll definitely be back to try them out. I did however go with one of their seasonal drinks - the french toast latte, specifically, (which was recommended by the lovely woman behind the register who I'm pretty sure is the owner!) There were more people lining up than I expected and only boss lady in the shop, but she was hustling! She was super patient, kind and handled each guest with care. My latte was absolutely delicious and the service along with the good energy made our visit even better. Can't wait to return!

I visited on a weekday afternoon and even before 10am, there were other guests buzzing around this little coffee shop. Bolivar is located within a grocery shopping plaza, meaning they have tons of parking which is always great in ATL. The coffee shop itself is so beautiful! The decor, plants and art all channel Colombia, all by way of Atlanta. There were a few tables inside and outside, allowing space for those there to work, chat and lounge if desired. It was really easy for me to find a comfy seat next to an outlet to settle at for a few hours. I started with a hot latte and a Pastel conquistador and was so pleased by both. I didn't even realize that I had sped through my first cup of coffee before I was onto the next. The ladies behind the counter were helpful in sharing their favorites as I decided on my next orders across my 5 hour visit. Each order was better than the last. A little on the small side with minimal seating, but they also have some patio seating at the front. However, I do believe they just opened a new location in Marietta in a much larger space. Service: No complaints about the service. Despite the busyness, I didn't stand in line for anymore than 5 - 7 minutes and probably waited less than 10 minutes for my order. Pricing: Pricing was very reasonable, with drink pricing ranging from about $4 - $8. From what I could see for food options, prices were all under $15. Food/Drinks: Regrettably, I skipped the food this time and only tried an iced matcha. They had a summer version called the Tropi Coco, which combined toasted coconut, coconut milk, and coffee or matcha. However, I don't think the Matcha version included toasted coconut, at least not the one I tried. Unfortunately, the drink didn't quite hit the mark for me. I mostly tasted coconut milk, with some Matcha flavor, but the flavors didn't blend well. Perhaps it was a matter of the ratio. My sister ordered the same drink and experienced the same issue, although hers seemed to have even less Matcha than mine. While I'm not sure I'd get the Matcha again, I'm still open to trying some other menu items. The empanadas and tasty looking Colombian treats were calling my name, so I'd like to go back and give them a try! I'd imagine if you're a coffee lover you'd want to give their Colombian coffee a try though!

When I walked it, there was one lady in the back cooking and one lady sitting on the food expediting counter looking at her phone. Sitting in yoga pants on a counter in a restaurant where food will be passing over. Nice. Neither acknowledges me or greets me, but I'm off to the side reading the menu. Fine, not a big deal. I decide what to order and approach the register, front and center. Lady in the back continues cooking. Lady sitting on the counter continues to sit and look at her phone. Doesn't look up at me. Occasionally will look around the store blankly but never at me. Charitably, I assumed she didn't work there, maybe a friend of the cook keeping her company. Maybe the cook would be out to take my order when she's done. After at least a minute or two, the cook comes from the back. The counter lady puts her phone down and stands up. Sweet! Finally I can pay $8 for a very mediocre bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Now they're both standing in front of me, yet to say a word. I say hello and the counter lady says hi. And that's it for communication. They stand there blankly staring at me. I'm standing there experiencing the absolute oddest interaction I've ever had in a restaurant in front of two people who don't look like they're experiencing much at all. They looked at me but wouldn't say anything. They stood there for probably a solid 2 minutes staring at me. Finally I just turned around and left. If I were the owner and saw this interaction I would fire both of them. What an absolute terrible way to present your business. I will never come back. I will never recommend this place. If someone asks me about it, I'll tell them to actively avoid it. It's overpriced to begin with so you'd expect there to be something to make up for it. What an absolute waste of a great spot in downtown Smyrna.
