I was in fact interested as the offer she made was quite fair compared to what dozens of other dealers had been making ($1k-$2k over). I was impressed that she did not insult me with a lowball offer and this is what initially enticed me to contact her. After our initial discussion, I was confident that she was who I wanted to do business with. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a deal. She was clear and precise in her expectations as was I. I was not there to play games or waste any time. She was polite, professional and respectful of my concerns and vice versa. I ultimately accepted her initial, full offer, and simply had to bring the vehicle in for final inspection and payment. I knew that my vehicle was 6 years used however in great condition, as specified in my ad. It was literally as simple as that! Quick, painless, NO GAMES! The final price paid to me was EXACTLY as initially offered/negotiated, with ZERO last minute surprises. The Sales Manager, Dan, was equally as professional and personable. I was in and out, in less than an hour! Gave them the keys to do a quick test drive and inspection, then handed them the title, flipped out the plates, we all signed and they gave me a check! BMC handled all the Motor Vehicle transfers AND their (substantial) check cleared my bank the next day. Seamless, transparent, A+ experience! Furthermore, the entire time was COVID compliant! After complaints and letting them know that every mechanic I spoke with told me the mechanics here destroyed your car, and multiple calls to Porsche NA (who informed me they will do nothing to fix the problem) I got a loaner, then "we can take 5k off the price" HAHAHAHAHAH. Weeks later I finally had it and gave a more aggressive call and then they come back with $15k off a $40k engine replacement. They then suggest to try insurance. So my insurance totals my car, says the repair cost is more than the cars value, and now 4 years, tens of thousands in yearly maintenance and 100k later I have no car. Cherry on top - they are charging me a fee for looking at the engine they destroyed and charging me for towing my car in (after telling me the tow would be free) Really? I did NOT get a 2015, no Sirius radio and no trunk cover! After much negotiating, I agreed to sign the lease for a 2014, with the understanding that Max would install the Sirius radio and order the trunk cover. Needless to say, it never happened! Twice, on two separate occasions, he took my car into Brooklyn "to have the Sirius xm installed". The second time, I thought to ask him to text me a photo of the radio before it was installed. Good thing too, because it turned out to be a cheap $89 HD stereo which was NOT what I agreed to. Again, after much aggravation, it was agreed that I would purchase the stereo myself and Signature would pay $250 towards the purchase. I bought the Sirius xm radio - which I must now have installed. By that time, I received a bill from Nissan requesting payment for the Rogue! Yes, you guessed it, they didn't pay the last payment as promised! In the meantime, I'm being jerked around for the money for the stereo - by management - one excuse/delay after another!
