An appointment was confirmed for May 28th between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. I received both an email confirmation and two follow-up text reminders throughout the week, which initially reflected well on the company's professionalism. In preparation, I rearranged my work schedule and took the day off to meet with the technician in person. Approximately two hours before the appointment, I received a call from Abby, the scheduling supervisor. She initially referenced an incorrect time window of 3:00-5:00 PM before I corrected her, and then informed me that the technician would be unable to attend at all. She apologized and offered to reschedule, noting the next available appointment would be seven days out, and suggested I was free to contact another company if I preferred. While I understand that scheduling conflicts can arise, the manner in which this was handled fell significantly short of acceptable customer service standards. Atlas AC had a full week to identify and communicate any scheduling issues -- proactive notification the day prior would have allowed me to preserve my time off. Instead, I was informed of the cancellation with only two hours' notice and no meaningful resolution offered. It is reasonable to expect that the same 24-hour courtesy cancellation standard that businesses request of their customers be extended in return. They scheduled me for service. Received confirmation by text. Im waiting past my scheduled service and no one shows up. I decide to call and check, they told me I was not going to be serviced because they added someone else to the schedule. Other than being short and rude, I got no apology. They were just going to leave me waiting knowing they were not going to service me. Last time I deal with this company. Does not understand how to keep a schedule and have no courtesy to call you back when they cancel your service. read more

I live in the Austin area. My heat would not turn on and there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Things had to be replaced. It was a big job in an older house. I had the pleasure of meeting Bryce and Mike, who worked together from 11 A.M. to 9 P.M. I did not realize that they drove from San Antonio to get this job done.. Not once, did they complain, stop working or even showed any signs of exhaustion. They had to come back the next day with a part to finish the job. Incredible service! So thrilled to find a company that has exceptional customer service. They were reasonably priced, went above and beyond, came out quickly, did an incredible job on installation of the unit, and their techs were extremely knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. David Solano and his son stayed until almost 9pm to properly install everything and then came back the next day to make sure they finished everything and didn't leave anything left undone. They even fixed issues that a previous HVAC company didn't do right. We will only ever use them from now on. They give you "old school" customer service. We can't rave enough about how impressed we are of this company. We had several companies come out and and give us quotes. I did a bunch of research on each company. BEWARE. Avoid this company at all costs. While they fixed my initial concern , they created multiple other issues. Claimed the AC needed new parts when in fact it didn't. My mistake was trusting them & had them replace it without getting a second opinion. To top it off, I called to insure they could fix the new issues they created before the (unnecessary) part replacement appointment. They insured me their technicians are prepared with all equipment necessary. Another lie. The technician was clueless & said I needed to make another appointment to fix it. Safe to say I found other company with actual qualified technicians who fixed the mess they left. read more

I requested their "$69 Spring Clean" service and after 1 hour I was presented with a laundry list of things that needed repair even though my AC unit was working fine and all it needed was a pound of freon. I told the tech I just wanted freon service and clean coils outside and he said the office would call to schedule the work. After 2 days, no one called, so I called someone else to service my AC and now I am happy. read more
