His company was referred by my realtor. My goodness, it has been 23 years and my solor screen windows and patio screens are all tight, and looks great!!! Kind of amazing specially screen doors we open and close all the time. I wash once a year and back to original color. I didn't know anything about solor screen windows since I moved from Seattle. He explained everything I needed to know before deciding. I couldn't remember his company name. So I had to look for him. But, it wasn't hard, because many customers mentioned his name " Tom " how honest, professional, reliable, reasonable price, 25 years service etc. I do recommend his company 100%. There are probably a million solar screen installers in Las Vegas. Most of the ones I talked to sounded like used car salesmen trying to sell me things I definitely didn't want or need. Just as I was about ready to give up, I came across Atomic Solar Screens. I sent them a message through their website asking for a ballpark estimate based on my measurements. The price was about the same as everyone else, but the no-nonsense reply immediately gave me the impression I was dealing with professionals who had been doing this for a long time. They quickly sent one of their installers out to take exact measurements. I don't remember his name, but he was great. He made sure everything was measured properly and answered all of my questions. Tracey followed up later with the exact price and timeframe for manufacturing and installation. The whole process took a little over two weeks from start to finish. This company is AMAZING! First, Tracey (with an E) is ontop of everything scheduling, communicating and just overall very pleasant to speak with. Mike, the owner, came out personally on a quick turnaround with an employee for the measurement. We got a fair price to rescreen more than 15 windows and TWO sliding patio doors. Because we needed patio access during the process, Mike offered to switch one door out while the other was rescreened. Switched them back again, had his worker Augustine make two trips, FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. The NEXT DAY, the second door was ready. I highly recommend working with this family owned business! It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone there was a consummate professional from start to finish. Their secretary was competent and knowledgeable, the father and son team were friendly (including to my pit bull) and gave an extremely reasonable price. Augustine installed the solar shades quickly and when he realized that my sliding glass door was wonkily installed and that the shade for it wouldn't fit, he explained why and let me know about when it would be ready. They resized it at no cost to me and he was back when he had estimated to install it. I can already tell that the solar shades are well worth the extremely reasonable price I paid for them. They look great and are sturdy. My parter also has them at our other house and has had them for over ten years. They hold up great over time, especially if you clean them annually as recommended. I moved here a few years ago and wish I had gotten them sooner! And thanks to Tracy at the office for always being available to answer questions. The bronze screens and almond frames we chose are a perfect match for the new paint job on our house. We went with the 90% screens rather than the old 80% we had before and we already notice a big difference in our sunroom. Before, even on just warm days like 80 degrees the sunroom would get hot. Today it's 87 and the sunroom is comfortable. You can also feel the difference in the windows facing the sun. The price was very reasonable so we decided to do the whole house. Less than two weeks later, we got a call to schedule an installation. The installer was very prompt and friendly. The process was hassle free and the screens look great. Even just after a few days, I can already feel a difference inside the house, especially upstairs where we have a lot of big windows and the temperature would feel much, much warmer than downstairs.
