I am surprised to see so many negative reviews about long delivery times-- it may have to do with delivery location and the amount of wings ordered and how you order (online versus calling). I've been ordering from here for at least 4 years and have always experienced quick delivery and friendly service. I always phone in my order, which has remained the same -- 1 boneless wing combo with a Diet Coke and 1 single order (10 pieces) of boneless wings. I've tried a few of their sauces and have stuck to medium buffalo, garlic, and honey BBQ. The chipotle BBQ sauce is too spicy for me, and I love spicy food! Delivery estimate on the phone typically is 30-45 minutes and it usually arrives closer to 30 minutes. Love this place!! read more

I've only been to this establishment once. The food isn't bad, the wings are quite appetizing. My significant other had the shrimp wrap, also not bad. Both entrees came with fries as part of their combo option. A little pricey for what the food is, and the service too a bit too long, but the place is clean and the staff is super friendly. An unfortunate thing did happen to me at this particular place however. Several days after I visited this place, I noticed on my credit card bill that I had been charged approximately double the amount than what the receipt had said on the day of purchase. A credit processing error or maybe something a bit more unsettling? I'm going to take this matter up with the manager of the establishment. I order from this location usually every other Saturday and have the food delivered in the late afternoon: I am consistantly amazed at not only how quickly the food comes but how it is always still warm when it gets here (very important for the fries!). I traditionally order mild boneless wings with sweet potato fries and, except for one error on the hotness of the sauce, I've probably had a dozen or more orders go smoothly. Have tried about 25% of their menu and can't complain about any of it other than it occasionally being a bit spicier that I would like...but that's just a personal preference. read more

Harlem FDB was packed so went to Atomic Wings ordered the nuclear waste had a nice conversation with the staff, went home and turned on the game then..........blahhhhhh. When you open the container and see brown wings any wingmeister will tell you ....bland!! Hot wings are red. The meal is expensive at $9 for wings, fries, and a coke, and while the service is good, there is literally nothing to write home about at this place. This place is amazing!! I used to live on 114th and order from here all the time, and it's one of the few places that I will go out of my way for to pick up food from. The flavors are all pretty good, but sweet and tangy is the best - my boyfriend and roommate are now hooked! The owner is really nice, goes out of his way to be helpful and the place is always clean. The even have a frequent order card now that gives you free wings for every 8 orders. Seriously though, I still haven't found a better wing place in the city. read more

Atomic wings are neither atomic nor amazing, but they'll do the job when you're in the mood for wings. If you like your wings super spicy like I do, you'll be disappointed because even their spiciest wings aren't that hot. But the flavor is nice. I'm not a fan of the onion rings because they're 90% greasy breading. The cheese fries are a good side to an already crazy fattening dining experience. And if you're feeling slightly healthier, their caesar salad is surprisingly delicious. Sometimes I just order that with chips and salsa. Note that if you order delivery they will probably take about 500 years to get it to you, so don't wait till you're starving to order. read more

Food: The wings were very good, they have two categories of wings, "sane" and "insane". Within these two categories, there are subcategories with increasing degrees of heat. I only experienced the insane category and had the abusive and nuclear options. There is one hotter option, which I did not try, but both abusive and nuclear were very good. They were spicy but not painfully so, although I think I have a fairly high threshold for heat. Their boneless wings, named "chicken littles" were disgusting, they were lightly breaded, which although healthier made them disturbingly chewy. They also were visually awful. Service: The service here is not the greatest. There is a counter to order food, but if you want to eat in, they apparently have a waiter. There is no need for the waiter system. You essentially tip for someone bringing you your wings at your table. Decor: Its a wings place so not much is expected. It is very clean, but also incredibly sterile. I don't want wi-fi computers in a place that I am eating. Also, there is no wood in the place, everything is white and black. I haven't personally ordered anything other than the chicken caesar wrap and the shrimp caesar wrap, but I've had friends order the wings and there has never been a complaint from any of us. The chicken caesar wrap is one of the best I've ever had, which was pretty unexpected since it's from a place more known for their wings. The shrimp isn't bad but because it's fried, the breading can get a little soggy from the dressing. The waffle fries are pretty good too. My friends have always been happy about the way their wings are prepared and love the variety of sauces. I seriously order from here probably twice a week, at least. The online order price for delivery could be a touch lower, but overall it's a really good spot. read more

I live across the street from Atomic Wings (a blessing and a curse!) and get boneless wings for takeout about once a month. I've literally *never* had a bad experience here! Wings are delicious, chicken is super fresh and batter isn't too greasy. There's a huge range of sauces to choose from (the jerk BBQ is my go-to), servicer is courteous and really fast.
