I noticed he was wearing a 'Back to the Future' hat and we both agreed that a rumored potential reboot of the franchise would be a terrible idea. Our food came out pretty quickly. My omelette was made with bacon, sausage, ham, and a medley of chopped vegetables and it tasted pretty good. The accompanied Cajun seasoned country potatoes were pretty pedestrian. George gave me one of his tacos and it was delicious. The deep fried catfish used was crunchy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. Service we received was very good. I believe my feedback was valid and should have been considered as an opportunity for improvement. What concerns me most is that, even after the employee involved left, the decision remained unchanged. I hoped there would be an opportunity for an open and reasonable conversation, with all sides of the situation reviewed fairly. I have always valued supporting local businesses, and it is disappointing to feel that a long-time customer can be dismissed based on information I believe is incomplete or inaccurate.
