Buyer Beware!! I hired George Grant to install 2 TVs, surround sound, and a security system on a…read morerecently purchased home that I was remodeling. I spent a total of $9533.14. George is very personable and was very responsive at first. However, when it was time to install, there were delays and he/his co-worker left messes behind. This was aggravating but I tolerated it as I needed to get everything up and running. A few months after installation, I had an issue with my TV and I learned that the TV that I purchased through Grant Elite Installations was not what I received. I then examined all my equipment and learned that most of it was not what I had ordered and WAS OF LESSER QUALITY!! I contacted Mr. Grant and he said he would make it right saying it was a distributer problem. I emailed again a few weeks later and he again stated it was the distributors fault. He still didn't refund the difference. I filed in small claims and won a judgement of $2203.95 plus costs and interest. See photos. I urge everyone that left a 5 star review to look at your product - since he did it to me, he probably did it to you!

They were very professional, made sure to work with me on the exact options on the TV mount and how it would be mounted (ie - could they hit a stud and get dead center on the wall). I noticed that they also tested the mount to make sure how secure it was prior to adding the TV (even though it was a fairly small 43 inch TV). Also very polite and made sure to vacuum up the small amount of dust from drilling into the wall. I will definitely use them again.

He was alone but he told me he could handle it and he was right. He removed my current tv and peripherals and mounted my new one in place and hooked up all peripherals. He definitely handled everything impressively. He was in and out in @ 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and use them if needed in the future.

Taking a chance I reached out to him, he replied immediately and was available to come by the next day. In one day, Ben and Mehta fixed our garage door, replaced the lock on an interior door, added a weather strip to two doors, ripped out a shelf and painted it to make room for the washer and dryer. Purchased, transported and mounted a 75' TV, replaced a shower head, and installed two curtain rods. They were on time, professional, clear communication and resourceful. I explained I needed a couple of days to get TV down from wall mount (per LG instructions) because I am handicapped and just can't do it. Raj said he'd bring another guy along and not to worry about it. They showed up on time, quickly determined what the issue was and had it fixed in 10 minutes.
