Like in our case where it was backing up in our showers, tubs and toilets. Well nothing says "Sleep well" like a plumbing emergency at 10pm on a Sunday. We did our "We can fix it with a little YouTube" try only to realize we couldn't find our clean out that didn't exist. In a "what about our morning poo?!" frenzy, we called one of those well-known corporate places and they had someone out at 9am the next day. Now we got great customer service, but we also got a ridiculous price tag for what turned out to be a need for a complete new pipe system (thank you 1950s cast iron). The other place was outrageous enough in pricing that we were willing to swallow a few Imodium or just get out the kitty litter to get some other quotes. Enter our longtime landscaper to the rescue! He told us about these guys and they were on it for almost 1/2 the price, fantastic customer service, knowledgeable and friendly employees and hardworking!
