First off, a lot of his previous reviews mention his personality and level for attention to detail - they were not wrong. Jon is an awesome person and has a great character; trust me, that means a lot when doing business with someone. He arrived very professional and with everything he needed. We got his 4K Premium Package and WOW!!! This detailing service was an anniversary gift for my wife - uses her car primarily for travel to/from work - and it was long overdue for a full cleaning. Also, her vehicle is well maintained and not full of trash or stains.. we take care of her vehicle. But, Jon arrived and got straight to work on her car. When he finished, we could've easily photographed the car and posted a for sale listing - he's that good! Great prices and the amount of time he spent on the vehicle was beyond what I expected; in the best of ways. I was informed there would be a $50 estimate fee, which I had no problem paying, but after agreeing to it, I received another call suggesting I may want to find someone closer to my area instead. I completely understand businesses setting travel fees or service areas, but the communication made it feel like my project was more of an inconvenience than a valued opportunity.
