Great experience! I booked an appointment online for basic exterior+interior with waxing. Jeremy arrived super on time (5 minutes early) which was rare to find nowadays. Super chill dude. I had a couple questions regarding the paint for my older car and he patiently provided his personal assessment, then went straight to work. I had some great convo with him as he worked, but I kinda felt bad for distracting him so I headed back in to let him focus. My car had been absolutely filthy prior to Jeremy's arrival; last time I got a wash was probably more than a year ago. I found Ngenious Car Care via a Yelp search and decided to go with them after reading all of the positive 5 star reviews. I can definitely see why Jeremy is so highly rated and why all his customers are so satisfied. I was in need of a deep cleaning for the interior of my SUV as I had recently spilled some food in the trunk. I didn't have time to clean it up right away and the car had developed a nasty smell over 2 weeks. I was able to book an appointment for the next day via the company website. Jeremy was on time for our estimated 3.5 hour appointment. He shampooed the trunk multiple times and I hadn't seen the interior this clean in a very long time. After 5.5 hours he was done. I appreciate his dedication to the job and attention to detail. The next day when I got in the car there was still a faint smell of the spilled food. It was definitely better than before but it wasn't completely gone. I called Jeremy to see if he had any ideas. He volunteered to come out that same day or any other time I was available at no additional charge. So he came out that same day and spent 2 more hours on the trunk where the food had spilled. This time he completely removed the folding 3rd row seats as some sauce had trickled down to this hard to reach area. Do not hesitate to hire Jeremy; he did an amazing job on my 2006. I had typical scratches and swirls throughout and foggy headlamps. Jeremy explained the color correction, and I opted to also get the ceramic coating to protect the color correction. I'm so glad I did both especially after the 8 hrs he spent to bring it back to all its glory. All of the fine scratches are gone and the paint feels smooth like a new car and the headlamps look incredible. Jeremy is very responsive and communicates before he arrives and provides clear expectations on timing and details. Holy smokes this review is sooooo late but Jeremy is awesome!! Let me start off by saying that he arrived 15 min early, which I absolutely loved and he was so professional. I had purchased a used car and damn!...the previous owners had a dog and there was so much dog fur embedded into the car seats and the back of the car that I thought he wasn't going to be able to remove it. But a couple hours later he managed to remove all the dog fur and have my car looking clean and shiny! And this was done at my home while I was working!! Such a convenience and it was during the day so I know Jeremey was putting in work. Offered him some water and told him he did an amazing job!! Wow never did I hire any one more entrepreneurial than this guy! He's a one man team who started this by himself and branded his company this far! Amazing guy, very attentive to details, hardworking, polite, on time, even went out his way to buy stronger detergent for the stains on the seats. He even gave me a discount right off the top from $150 down to $130 after I told him I'm buying this service for one of my dad's Christmas gift. He told me going to take around 3 hours, but ended up focusing on the seats to make me happy with the results and ended up staying for like 5 hours! No extra charge! I should of taken the before picture to show the stains, but with 3 kids it was stained up on every inch of the fabric. He was able to get rid of all the stains, the foot prints on the door sides, and he also was able to make my center console leather look brand new (two other company said I need to go to upholster to get it refinished). I was already happy with the result of the interior which was my main focus on the car, but then he went out of his way to make the car shine like it's brand new off the dealership lot, wheels flawless, tire shine and the windows completely streak free! I've gotten quotes from the bigger companies ranging $175-$250. This is the only guy with 5 stars reviews and half the price from competitors. You can't lose by hiring this man! Professional, incredibly thorough, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I've been taking previous vehicles to get cleaned and detailed by other businesses, and Jeremy is the best of anyone I've been to. We bought a used van, year make 2009, and it smelled like someone lived in it, most likely with cats. The smell lived in the air vents, and you could smell it on your clothes when you got out of it. Guys, it was straight up PUTRID. We almost didn't buy it because of the smell, but it took us so long to finally find a van that we couldn't pass it up. I booked an appointment with Jeremy right away and told him about my problem. I cannot emphasize enough how thorough he was; he spent hours and then some tackling the problem, and did not stop until it was fixed. After Jeremy took care of it, I didn't smell a thing. It has been a few months since he cleaned our van, and the smell is still gone--completely neutralized. I highly recommend Jeremy.
