Didn't need to buy/replace my HVAC burner box, which Little Guy quoted me as $2900. For this reason, I'm giving them a 3 stars out of 5. The technician was fine but doesn't seem knowledgeable. Should try to figure out the least expensive option/route for the customer rather than the expensive route. He also suggested to replace my HVAC eventually that's only a 3-4 years old....

They told her the same thing that she had to replace her AC condenser. The only thing that had to be done to my sisters unit was to replace the fan and to charge the system. Also, the issue was never that the bed was "blocking access." There was more than enough room to either move the bed properly, ask if a ladder was available, or simply arrive with the correct equipment in the first place. Using a customer's bed as a tool was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. Professionalism is not just about completing a job it's also about respecting someone's home, cleanliness, and basic courtesy while inside it.

It all started after my dad contracted it in his nursing home and unknowingly passed it to us. Tragically, he passed away last Christmas Eve, and we thought the problem was resolved. I'm an RN and understand how serious scabies can be once it's in your home, but my mom and brother hadn't told me they were still itching. So basically, scabies had been silently breeding and festering in our home for months. I called a few cleaning companies, but none of them had any knowledge about scabies--until I reached out to Coit in Modesto.
