Attitude Cafe is a true hidden gem and easily a go-to for breakfast and brunch. This was my second visit, and it delivered once again. The Salmon Arugula entrée was fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared--simple yet elevated. The ambience is spacious with smooth outdoor seating that makes the experience even better. Service is efficient, the space is clean, and you're greeted warmly from the moment you arrive. Consistent quality, great vibes, and worth coming back for every time.

I placed an order last week for pickup, and I was treated quite rudely at the café. When I first walked in, they assumed I was a delivery driver and told me to wait outside, ridiculous :) Because of that, I gave them one star on Uber. But when I ordered again for the second time, my food came with such a ridiculous note. I honestly don't care where you're from, you rude guy!

I need to come back for food! I work so so close and this place is a gem! It was super clean, the waiter was really nice even when I was rushing to go to work! The iced latte was really good! One of the best I had, so I need to come back to try their food! I always recommend this to friends and family who have time to drive to Los Angeles and witness its eclectic coffee and brunch place scenes!

We got the bananas foster french toast and the breakfast burrito. The bananas foster was one of the most delicious things I've had in a really long time, it was even served with a side of vanilla ice cream! We sat inside and it was nice, but they have outside seating that looks really cute too. All the servers were friendly, and the food came out fairly quickly. Will 100% be coming back to try some of their other dishes!

Attitude has been my Sunday brunch spot for last 4 years. Their food is good and the coffee is great. Staff is always friendly. They have pet-friendly area outside with water bowls. Very relaxed atmosphere with lots of natural light. Try Mediterranean toast and Italian breakfast!! Breakfast burrito and French toast are also a good choice too.

Gem. I've come here now, 3 times. I'll be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of the food... yet. The Parmesan fries are great! The salmon tacos are far too messy, and weren't fried all the way. The Brussels sprouts were charred more than I'd prefer. BUT, my rating is solely based on the atmosphere, prices, and the service. I actually have this saved as a go-to place now, when I just want to get out for a few glasses of champagne. I'm solo, so it's perfect. Hopefully, I can get fruit in each glass (like last week) all the time lol. The staff is attentive, the music is great for the vibe, super cute and not busy. I had been waiting to review, just to make sure this is "my spot." Well, today it was solidified when the owner remembered me from last week. Even remembered what I ordered and where I sat. HUGE, for someone like me. I'm still new to LA, so feels good to find a spot. Recommend to everyone! All in all, still my favorite place to go on a Sunday solo.

What a cute little spot! Drive by and had to stop in for breakfast because the cafe name is fun. Clean and spacious- we opted to sit outside by the pool. The server was friendly and quickly brought us waters. I ordered the chilaquiles and my husband ordered eggs Benedict with sweet potato fries. Both were great. If you're passing through, id recommend this little spot. She said it gets pretty busy on weekends.

Impeccable food in service of the Empire! One might expect this hidden away gem to house Rebels, but I could not believe my visor to see it ran by Imperial Sympathizers! I ordered the Chilaquiles with soft scrambled eggs. How pleased was my robotic palette!! Perfect heat, perfect texture (chips still crunchy), and flawlessly grown avocado. Credits spent here are credits well spent! We were given the choice to sit inside or without, and we chose outdoor--it was quiet, calm, and a nice break from the busy flyways of Los Angeles. This place deserves 10 stars if I could give it! We came here with my brother and his girlfriend when we were in town, and I'm so glad we did! The space is under construction and in the next few months I think will be beautiful! Our server, Bill, was incredible! He talked to us for a long time and told wonderful stories! He was hilarious and made our visit amazing. The other owner came over a few times to talk to us too, and they just made us feel so special. The food Is really good here. Everything is very fresh and homemade. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was incredible! Probably one of the best I've ever had. Bill was so nice that in the end, he brought us some French toast which was to die for. We were all so full yet somehow found room to devour it! After having two dishes here I can confidently say that you can not go wrong with anything, everything was so well seasoned! I was pleasantly surprised, the only reason why not five starts for me was that the panini was just regular bread not your traditional focaccia, ciabatta, or baguettes and also I had ordered a latte and it was basically black coffee with a splash of milk and it wasn't that hot at all, next time just skip the latte can't have everything I guess. read more

I ordered the French toast plain with bacon, sausage links, and scrambled eggs with cheese. For my beverage, I enjoyed a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. I also had a side of garlic fries. Update: Went back and the food was so-so. Limited menu and overpriced. Slivered into nothing chicken breast. Tiny portion of french fries with sandwich. Rip-off on drinks -- even soda or ice tea. The main positive is that it is a quirky, quiet place adjacent to a small hotel pool. read more

GREAT local neighborhood spot for breakfast and lunch. I can't believe it took me over 2 years to try Attitude despite living right around the corner. The owner has really made the spot nice and cute and they have both inside and outside seating. All the staff were so nice to us during our visit and honestly everything on the menu looked great. I got the eggs benedict with fries which was very good and I highly recommend it. The eggs were a perfect creamy/running consistency. Wow! Just stopped here for first time and not only is it a positive ATTITUDE, but the food is excellent! I had not been to this spot since the dingy (but sweet) Fiddler closed because I'd heard they had to liquor license and that it was not good. Lies! They serve cocktails for Sunday brunch (not sure about other days) and though I didn't want one today, it was nice to know that it's an option. Now for the food. The same chef as was at the Fiddler, and I was absolutely elated that the Lemon Chicken Couscous soup is on the menu still, and just as I remembered it. Simply delicious ! As I spoke to my neighboring tables about their meals, which all looked delicious, they all raves about the food. The servers are all Adorable as is the diminutive owner who is bouncing around pitching in! Please stop here ! It's so good! read more

Chicken Panini--beautiful presentation but kind of bland flavor...just missing something for that added flavor boost. The avocado toast I ordered was served to me burnt. They didn't even offer water or gave napkins. The table is super dirty and the service sucks. The name of the place is perfect for the kind of service they provide. Lol. Came last minute for a late Saturday brunch. Parking was easy in the lot where the Thai restaurant is. I ordered the acclaimed Chilaquiles and they didn't disappoint! The corn tortillas/chips and flavor of the sauce was heavenly. I did over easy eggs cuz I love the flavor when the yolks break into the mix. I do suggest ordering an extra egg as the ratio of chips to protein needs more. It's next to a cute hotel with a pool. It's adorable! Can't wait to come back :) read more

I met a friend for lunch here last week; I'd never even heard that f this place before. Everything about it is great! Including an outdoor pool area. You feel a bit like you're at the beach while still in mid-city hollywood. I got the avocado toast with scrambled eggs. I thought I'd know what to expect but when I took a first bite, it was an explosion of flavors! The bread was buttery brioche, quite an interesting spin on regular toast. My friend and I shared fried and they were shoestring style and crispy. Nothing about our visit disappointed us. The wait staff was reliable, knowledgeable and courteous. The food, the service and the music were phenomenal. The outside area is super cute next to a pool that I believe belongs to the property next door. Inside they have a full bar that I didn't take advantage of. I also had a coffee and a bellini. The coffee had free refills. Parking was super easy right in front on the street but that may depend on the time and day you arrive. The decor inside is super cute. Check this place out. read more

Attitude Cafe was such a fantastic find for a weekend brunch! The owner, Melissa, is an absolute doll, and they deserve all the business and success. We were seated right away on a Saturday around 1:15pm. They have an ample amount of seating, both indoors and outdoors, and a super cute, modern ambiance. Our server took slightly long to take our order, but once Melissa realized, they more than made up for it. Both she and out server apologized numerous times for the snafu. I got the veggie omelet with regular eggs, and my dining companion got the salmon benedict. Both of us chose fries for our side--they were seasoned well and crispy. My omelet was delicious and I ate every bite. We also got a side of fruit that was a nice size. At the end of our meal, Melissa treated us to a scrumptious slice of chocolate cake as yet another apology for the slight delay in placing our order. Street parking in the neighborhood was easy. All in all, an excellent meal--I can't wait to recommend it to all of my friends and return to try more items. read more

Really wanted this place to be good, but I would recommend going elsewhere. Ordered the chicken & waffles and the chicken was really greasy and slimy, the waffle was very dry and had an odd flavor and texture. The breakfast potatoes tasted burnt and were overcooked. The avocado toast was very bland with no flavor. Their service was incredibly all over the place but I think it's because it's new? We had a different server every minute and orders kept getting missed. The food we ordered was pretty good. Got the chicken sandwich which was pretty good and the French toast which was yummy but felt like they skimped on the topping. Not sure I understood the high praise but it's cute in there. Maybe it deserves another shot on a less busy day! read more

Made another and was not even remotely disappointed. This was one of my recent favorite meals by far and dunno if I was just starving or what cause it was all hits and no misses. Our server was very sweet and friendly, as were most of the staff here. The inside is cozy, casual, and comfortable with lots of wood and plants. We ordered SO much food, mainly to try more things, and also because my eyes are perpetually bigger than my stomach. That's fine though! Even the leftovers were delicious as heck. - Cornbread--absolutely smothered in butter and honey, crispy on the outside and very moist on the inside with great jalapeño flavor. Saw some lady on social media say this was gross and dry... surely that was rage bait? - Bread--got both the jam and butter which were both amazing as it came with two types of warm bread that was perfectly crusty and soft. However, given the amount of butter overall in this meal, it wouldn't be a loss to skip. - Peaches--came with farmer's cheese, which is like a creamy, drier version of cottage cheese, that paired really well with the sweet juicy peaches, basil, and fresh lemon dressing. Summer on a plate. - Carolina gold rice--never had this dish before, it's like shrimp n grits met porridge, rich snd hearty with plenty of shrimp flavor from the shrimp butter. - Mushroom-crusted pork chop--easily usurped my previous favorite pork chop from Chez Maggy in Denver, and is now my favorite pork chop :) - Ribeye with bone marrow--also one of the best steaks from a restaurant we've had. My husband's gotten to the point where he doesn't like ordering steaks (usually I'm the offender) because they're usually not very good even from "steakhouses", but this ribeye was great. Perfect crust, perfect med-rare cook, lots of flavor, tender and delicious. Bonus was the bone marrow I saved half of for my spoiled dog. - Sticky date pudding--I think I confused this with a sticky toffee pudding although it's very similar and equally tasty as heck. Don't skip this! Typically I have to be borderline blackmailed into eating all my leftovers but there was no arm-twisting for Dunsmoor's. Street parking unless you valet. There's a line by opening for walk-ins, and apparently a separate line for reservations on the other side of the door.

The green beans were very crunchy and tasty and a little different from the norm. Focaccia was excellent as was one of the special salads of the night (peach and burrata). Overall a very enjoyable dining experience!

We stumbled upon this cute little cafe and decided to give it a try. The ambiance was lovely, with outdoor seating on a beautiful day, and the food was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par. We waited a bit for menus, which the manager (or possibly the owner?) eventually brought over, mentioning that someone would be with us shortly. Despite the waitress passing by several times, she never stopped at our table. The manager ended up taking our drink order and later our food order as well. She was kind and helpful, but I never received the drink I ordered, and I decided not to ask again. At the end of our meal, we didn't receive a check, but the person at the register was able to look up our order and cash us out, although it felt like I was inconveniencing her. Overall, the food and atmosphere were enjoyable, with great menu options. I'd like to give it another chance--maybe it was just an off day. read more

I recently visited Attitude Cafe, and while the food was okay, the overall experience was ruined by how unclean the place was. My table was sticky, and it looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a while. The plates had an off putting smell almost like they hadn't been washed, and the bathroom wasn't any better. For a place that charges what they do, and for a restaurant in Fairfax Los Angeles, I expected much higher standards when it came to cleanliness. The service also didn't help - it took a while to get acknowledged, and served. Overall, I probably won't be coming back. There are other places that serve good food and at least maintain a clean environment. read more

What a joke! Menu was totally inaccurate, could not follow simple instructions, messed up our order 4 separate times. Food was not great...this place does not deserve more than 3 stars. The best part, after all of your food comes out wrong, they padded my check! Haha not today @ttitude. I had them fix my bill, then when you go to pay, you have to put the tip % into an electronic device while the waiter is holding it!!! Feels like extortion while they watch. NEVER coming back here. Fix your menu and get your act together. read more

Not sure why this place has such great ratings! The food was fine, nothing to write home about. Staff was super nice and great service for sure. Patio was kind of weirdly wrapped around a pool.
