We took the sunset tour, had a great time. I believe there were 8 drivers and 3 guides. Rob, Allen, and David. They were very in tune to keeping everyone safe. We stopped at several points on the tour where Rob explained how the terrain would be and how to use our machines to get the best experience. Offered plenty of water and snacks. The terrain was rugged, sandy, and great vistas and valleys. This trail(s) are world renown. We did some awesome acends as well as defends..fast and fun. If you are looking to go crazy and off on your own, this would not be the trip for you. The guides keep you in a straight line at all times. Again, safety is number one. Epic ATV tour with our guide Dave! It was my 22 year old son, myself and our friend Ralph(65 years old). All had some experience on motorcycles and/or ATV's...which made our tour guide Dave very happy! He led us on an awesome tour through sand dunes, trails, rocky terrain and a climb to an overlook with a 1000' drop at the ledge. Short stops along the way so Dave could impart his knowledge on us of the history of the area including the ancient(and current) local Indian cultures. We booked a 4 hour sunset ATV tour, 48 hours in advance while visiting. Not only was the price we paid different from what is advertised on their website, life happens. Yeah, every company has their cancellation policies, etc but again, LIFE HAPPENS. We called to ask about even a partial refund the day of our tour as the previous day, unexpectedly we had to make a trip to the ER for heat exhaustion and clearly, I am not going to go on a tour in 108 degree weather right after being hospitalized for a heat related incident but of course, Cindy, who we booked with and spoke about this insisted we would be fine and for people who "are used to this type of weather, it's not that hot." I was born and raised in Las Vegas, I know what heat is and then follows up with, "I had to turn a lot of people away for that day because we were booked." I know you're a business and hungry for money but someone else could've paid and actually enjoyed the tour instead of just paying over $300 and not being able to go, for MEDICAL REASONS and then that's followed up with, "If you can send proof we can work with you." This isn't an excuse for an absence at a job. I'm not sending my health information over to some company, you must be hurting for the money that badly and also have made no exceptions even reading someone else's review after getting hurt on your tour they were still pestered for money regarding damage to your equipment. To top it off, thanks for your autogenerated email "Thanking us for riding with you and leave a review!" Which prompted this review. If you're at all close to St. George, you HAVE to do this! Can't say enough about how great this tour was. The scenery was breathtaking and there were all sorts of different terrain to explore. It was my first time on an ATV and our guide made sure I felt comfortable, and when I wanted to take it up a notch we did. We also learned about the different rock formations, flooding in the desert, and some of the plants. It was a complete experience and I'll definitely be back! read more

Out here in rural Utah, I have researched extensively on what ATV tour to book. Browsing through Yelp, I stumbled upon this wonderful business. Greeted on a stretch of road overlooking the crystal clear water and orange beach of Sandy Hollows Reservoir, we were greeted warmly by our tour guide Chris. Chris introduced himself to us, then introduced us to the ATV's. He then showed us the gear we would be using. After suiting up with a buff, sunglasses, a snug helmet, and of course, sunblock, Chris walked us through the controls of the ATV's while keeping it interesting, but also informative. Chris asked us about our experience with ATV's, and then we were off! Chris kept us well hydrated (he encouraged us to drink water, and was constantly offering some of the many bottles of CHILLED water in the cooler), and he even brought some of the best snacks ever for breaks! But Chris was not only a great food/drink provider- he said as also an AMAZING tour guide. We would stop alongside some interesting places- such as areas with climbable rocks, or different types of cactuses, and Chris would explain about the animals, geography, and plant species. As we neared the end of our 4 hour long adventure, I thanked Chris for a truly amazing trip. Chris thoughtfully answered our questions, and we got to learn about his own past. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Excellent tour... almost too good, as my wife rode on the back of my 2 seater and was not really ready for the speed nor the rough terrain. If you are looking for a leisurely ride in the desert, this ain't it. This was legit off-roading on some nice machines... quite different from any other atv tour I have taken in other places... Costa Rica, Cozumel, Los Cabos, etc. The terrain combined time on sand dunes, gravel roads, and rough rocky paths through the desert... in and out of canyons, and alongside some beautiful cliffs. All in all just a great tour for those looking for some adventure. read more

One of the best times I've ever had! We went on a 3 hour tour with Joseph and he was absolutely awesome. He was very kind and extremely knowledgeable! Very patient and thorough on safety which was so awesome because we had kids with us. I loved learning about the area and hearing his dad jokes. Safe to say good times were had all around. GREAT COVID ESCAPE! I usually don't post reviews but our sunset tour was the BEST part of our recent 4 day stay in Zion National Park. Our Guide was Joseph. He was very attentive and informational, and his instructions were clear. Additionally, Joseph did a great job adapting our tour given a recent windstorm that had erased previous trails. I don't want to give too much away but the views we experienced were spectacular! The machines were well maintained and the DOT helmets and personal equipment were clean. Allow plenty of time to find the meeting point as we were told GPS system may not get us there and turn by turn directions are extensive. We won't hesitate the opportunity to book another tour with this company and will recommend it to our friends. read more

We recently did the sunset 3-hr tour with our son in a 4-seat covered UTV. What fun! Cary our guide was great with helping everyone get used to their vehicles, and took us all over the trails south of Sand Hollow. He provided a safe yet exciting experience, with information about the area as we traveled along. Beautiful views and scenery of the red rocks and sand. The setting sun enhances the colors of the layered rock formations and Cary provided stops to rest and take photos. Our son loved the experience so much he now wants to buy a UTV! read more

I'm not one for superlatives but this tour was spectacular. I've been on ATV tours in the past but this 4-hour sunset tour was on a level all its own. Our guide, Rob Olsen, was fantastic: informative, fun, good humored, and patient. The machines were impeccably maintained and perfectly matched to my wife and myself (wife is 5'4", I'm 6'5". 300lbs). My Can Am 650 really pulled me effortlessly. Sand Hollow State Park has to be one of the most impressive playgrounds for ATVs and rock crawlers in the US. So many terrain changes: from hard sand and gravel to dense sandstone and beautiful red sand dunes. There are so many beautiful photo ops as Rob was more than willing to take all our group shots. Most impressive was the top of a cliff near the west rim overlooking St. George and Hurricane from over 1000'. Just gorgeous. Do not hesitate to book with this wonderful company. Maryland native here. We did 2 ATV's for the Sunset tour this past Sunday with Josh as our tour guide. We had an AWESOME time and were the only 2 people on the tour! Josh tested out our ATV driving abilities first and showed us exactly how to maneuver any of the different terrains (I really appreciated this). I have been on several other ATV tours and this one was by far the best one we ever went on. Not only was the guide (Cary) very knowledgeable about ATV safety and instructions, but also about everything we saw (and didn't see) while on the ride. We did the 4-hour sunset tour in September 2018. We are all experienced riders, and he geared the ride to our capabilities. We had an awesome time riding the sand dunes, rocks, and seeing "Jurassic Park". It was well worth the price and we would do it again if we come back this way.
