It took several days for them to contact me, and when they finally did, they gave me less than 20 minutes' notice before showing up -- while I was out of town. When the job was done, they left dried sealant inside my car, on my paint, and all over my parking space, which I had to clean up myself. I contacted their rep, Joseph, who apologized and said they'd "make it right," but the follow-up didn't happen until the next day. Even then, the weather stripping was uneven and poorly aligned. When I mentioned that the first crew seemed uneducated for leaving trash everywhere, one of the owners Brian, took it personally and called me "uneducated." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. If this is the kind of company Toyota is trusting with their customers' vehicles, that's concerning. I would never recommend PMC Auto Glass. They clearly lack quality control, respect, and accountability. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
