I've asked for hot peppers and they dont add them. Just mistakes that scream they don't care. Second, when we call to explain the wrong order the staff is not apologetic, and only offer for us to return the food and they'll remake the order. They dont even apologize and honestly it's not ideal to drive back out and wait again for another order. Theres no coupon, no concessions. Finally I've also noticed a significant decline in the quality of the bread. It just doesn't seem fresh anymore. I'm honestly saddened by it all. This used to be somewhere I'd go to for party platters that were crowd pleasers! Now I'd be afraid to get a platter for a party from here.
