I am VERY dissatisfied with GM as a whole company, I would never own or recommend a GM to anyone. (Which is horrible, because i have owned 3 in the past.) GM has zero customer service and honestly can care less about their vehicles being a lemon. July 2024 I put a work order in for a brand new z71 traverse, was told it will take 3 weeks..... didn't get my SUV till end of Oct 2024... frustrating, but okay not a big deal. Put down $19k with my trade in and cash. Fast forward to May 24th, 2024 with a whopping 3,500 miles my engine completely blew! No warning nothing, my whole vehicle locked up, shut off and my steering wheel was completely locked up. Scary when you are going 40 around a corner and everything locks up and you have NO CONTROL over your brand new car. Got a tow to Chevy of Auburn and about 1 week later was told "we don't have a date of when it will be finished- couple weeks or a couple of months." When I am making a $640 car note each month, plus having uber bills to get to and from work each day I just simply could not afford both. Little to no communication with the managers at Chevy, the only person that seems to care and contact me was McKenna with service.. she was nice. Fast forward to mid-July, I went in talked with Dan and he offered me a buy back of $43,000. Which to me is a low ball offer, but I needed out of the vehicle to get into someone else reliable to get me to and from my jobs. Called corporate GM several time, they didn't care their vehicle was crap. Chevy of Auburn then turned around and sold my old vehicle for $50,800! What an absolute scam they are! I tried to speak the general manager (Ryan I believe?) and he pushed the call off to Zach. Who then gave me some lame excuses about "why they needed to price it like that- they have to get it certified, blah blah blah- Candi the sale lady didn't not make more money on this sale" total crap. GM and Chevy of Auburn- would not recommend ever! Stay far far away from this place, they don't care about you, they only care about your money. I guess the saying is true, car sales people are scumbags. After all this Candi (sales lady) literally told me "this is why you don't buy a brand new model" why didn't you tell me that prior? Ohhh because you wanted the sale, gotcha. STAY AWAY! I saved up for 2 years for this car and my down payment and for what? GM to steal it from me.. sad world, you know GM could have given me all my money back, but they didn't. Greedy GM and Chevy of Auburn.

Excellent parts department!!! The service was quick and easy in the parts department. The gentleman at the desk even printed out photos to help me get the correct parts.

We decided to take our Chevy 2500 and 40 foot travel trailer on a road trip down the Oregon Coast for our honeymoon. As we began the first day of our trek, we experienced a semi serious transmission issue which could have potentially been ended our trip. However, with the help of Matt Carreno (service director) and Tony (transmission mechanic) they were able to expedite the parts and got us on the road the next day. The truck drove and towed beautifully and we're so thankful for their help and awesome customer service. We highly recommend using going to Auburn Chevrolet. They are a prime example of how a dealership should be run.

It's awesome to get junk mail daily. It gives me an opportunity to recycle. What's not awesome is crap marketing attempts by car dealerships. If I believed someone actually wins one of these things or was addicted to gambling I'd be all over this. I'm a little concerned that because we bought a new car last year we've been put on a mailing list as potential customers. There's no logic in there. And I don't want to buy goods for thousands of dollars for someone unable to see where this is bad marketing. What I'm also curious about, is the cheap plastic thing in the 2nd picture. It's not free to recycle so are you contributing to my trash bill this month? Please do the environment a favor and hire a new marketing team.

    Picking up the new wheels.

He made this experience really easy. Negotiating was amazing and he was also just a good man to have a conversation with. Please work with this man he knows how to help and deliver with his promises. I would say I had a worse experience in the finance part of the process. Helen wasn't so easy to work with. She was pressuring us into buying an extended warranty they were selling it to me on a discount which wasn't a terrible deal. But she was almost insulting, just because me and my wife are young doesn't mean she gets to just talk like that. Went on a 15 min rant on why i should get the warranty after I said no like 20 times. Seems like she forgot the meaning of the word "no", then had the audacity say things like "if the car breaks who you are not gonna call?" And "do you know how to fix a transmission" transmission does not go out that easily. 0/10 experience on that side. Overall avoid Helen and work with Todd.

I fully understand what purchasing a vehicle "as-is" means, and I accepted those terms. However, I…read moredo not believe "as-is" should extend to items that were misrepresented. Before purchasing my vehicle from Rairdon Auto Sales in Auburn, I specifically asked about recent servicing and an electronic issue I had noticed. I was verbally assured that the vehicle had been serviced, including fluids and filters, and that the electronic concern had been inspected by a manufacturer's dealership and confirmed to be normal. After the purchase, the issue persisted, so I had the vehicle evaluated by an authorized dealership. They confirmed there was, in fact, an electronic issue and noted several maintenance items had not been completed as represented, including low or dirty fluids and an unchanged engine air filter. I chose Rairdon as a large, reputable dealership because I expected a high level of honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. For future buyers, I would strongly encourage independent verification of any claims prior to purchase rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. Reputation matters, but it ultimately relies on the integrity and follow-through of those representing the business.

I flew from the San Francisco area to purchase a vehicle from Westlie Ford after wiring over $54,000 in advance. Once they had my money, the customer service completely changed. They canceled their airport pickup service at the last minute, leaving me to arrange my own transportation from Portland to the dealership. When I arrived, I found paint chips that had not been disclosed, despite being told the vehicle was "flawless" cosmetically. When I raised the issue, management became argumentative instead of addressing the concern professionally. The most disappointing part was dealing with sales manager Mike Melnick. During a disagreement over the undisclosed paint damage, I was told they no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle--even though I had already wired the full purchase amount and traveled hundreds of miles specifically to complete the deal. The situation became especially frustrating because I felt like I was being put in the position of having to convince them to honor the sale and complete the transaction. After already paying in full and making the trip, having to essentially plead my case to buy the vehicle felt unnecessary and demeaning. I ultimately purchased the car because I had already invested the time, travel, and money, but the experience was one of the most unprofessional dealership interactions I've ever had. If you're considering buying from Westlie Ford, especially from out of state, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Stay far away from Way Scarff Ford…read more I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership for approximately $55,000, and shortly after getting it home I discovered a major oil leak. When spending that kind of money on a vehicle, you would expect much better quality, inspection, and customer care than what I have experienced. The vehicle has been at the Chevy dealership since June 15th for diagnosis and repairs. The original issue was identified as a leaking timing chain cover. However, once the technician began disassembling the front of the engine, he discovered an additional oil leak from an oil block-off plug that also requires replacement. What initially appeared to be one issue turned out to be multiple oil leaks requiring significant repairs. What makes this even more concerning is that Way Scarff Ford stated they performed an oil change before selling the vehicle. If that is true, it is difficult to believe these leaks went unnoticed. Any technician performing an oil change should have seen oil leaking down the front of the engine and identified the problem before the vehicle was sold. As a customer, I expected a vehicle that had been properly inspected and was ready to drive. Instead, I purchased a $55,000 vehicle that immediately required major engine repairs and has spent a significant amount of time in the repair shop since purchase. The entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. When spending $55,000 on a vehicle, you should not be dealing with major oil leaks days after taking delivery. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Way Scarff Ford, I strongly recommend having it independently inspected before signing any paperwork. Based on my experience, I would avoid this dealership altogether.

We initially couldn't settle on price but Bryan reviewed a few things and called me back within a day to confirm he would accept my price. He was never high pressure or anything other than open and professional with the whole process, even when we agreed to disagree on price. Within 2 weeks discovered a hidden crack in the top of the radiator, that didn't show during our rather lengthy test drive. When I called Bryan back he got right on it and had arrangements with his connections for us to have things fixed--on our dime but at his cost. He wanted us to be happy, and it worked out just fine. Felt this was like buying a car from my uncle or something. I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable, honest used car source stop in and talk to Bryan about what you want, whether they have it or not. They'll get it for you and take care of you.

Not sure of the lady's name we dealt with, but she greeted us with a smile and was very willing to work with us. We explained our problem, showed her the offer we had received from other business. She took pictures of car and commented on how good the car looked (I spent the previous day removing personal items, cleaning car, removing stickers/license plate holders, etc). She was very excited and took the car for a test drive. Came back all smiles. After an inspection by mechanics (the only problem was the touch screen on the stereo which quit working sometime back), she offered us $100 more than other business. We graciously accepted the offer. I had to repeatedly call just to get help, was passed around between staff, and received little to no communication. Promised callbacks never happened, and no one took accountability. Even more concerning, Service Manager Ian Andreassen and General Manager Gary Robinson both ignored my emails and voicemails and, to this day, have not responded. Completely unacceptable from leadership. I was also told my vehicle would be towed the same day due to safety concerns, only to find out later it was left overnight because of their internal mistakes. No follow-up, no confirmation, no regard for my concerns. I still have no explanation for the overcharge and no reassurance about potential engine damage caused by their error. This service department is disorganized, unresponsive, and careless. They turned a basic service into a serious issue and then failed to take any responsibility. Take your vehicle somewhere else unless you want to deal with the same level of incompetence!! Worst dealership service experience I've ever had. Avoid Bud Clary Volkswagen at all costs.

Go here for your next car, you won't regret it…read more My experience at Prestige Auto Market was not what I expected when I first got to the dealership (In a very good way). We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some.
