Out-of-State Buyers Beware! Seller/Owner (Brian) did not disclose significant cosmetic defects with…read morethe vehicle (Ferrari California). He initially asked for a cash deposit (cashapp, Zelle, etc) to hold the vehicle until I could arrive 4 days later. Thankfully I used a credit card (disputable vs. cash). Upon arriving I found major cosmetic defects with the vehicle that he brushed off as nothing (the perimeter of both headlights were scratched/crazed and the entire dash was delaminated and puffy). The vehicle was not even washed or detailed and the weather had been clear for several days prior to my arrival. After seeing the true condition of the car I was not happy so I decided to pass on it. He refused to refund my significant deposit even though I never agreed or signed a purchase agreement and he never disclosed the deposit was non-refundable (otherwise I would not have sent one). This is a very deceptive and unfair business practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! He is NOT honest! Any response to this review by his company would be lies!

I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

Then on another occasion, one of my back rear windows on my vehicle broken due to someone trying to steal my car. I took it back to the same Scottsdale place things would be different after we discussed all problems. come to find out. Nope they replaced the window, but left all the shattered glass inside my door so I decided to thinking maybe using a different glass location would be you know a better outcome however they replaced my front windshield and couldn't even install it correctly. The weatherstripping around the windshield is rolled underneath and my windshield squeaks the weatherstripping squeaks. It leaks water inside and it rattles. I've had the worst experience every time I've gone to Safelite auto glass. I would never recommend taking your vehicles to any Safelite auto glass in the valley. I sure won't be taking any of my vehicle vehicles back to any of their shops. Their customer service sucks. I asked for the general manager to call me so we can discuss things got a call back.
