    I can't recommend Audi bakersfield enough. Special shout out to Aaron V who went above and beyond for my wife's RS3 delivery. This is a truly no BS dealer that will treat you right - and that's what you want when you're buying cars of this caliber!

The vehicle I bought is defective and has many problems. It's a nightmare! And the worst part is that they make promises they never keep. There's absolutely no transparency! And it seems that if those running this business aren't capable of solving problems, what will the others be like? The vehicle has already left me stranded on the street three times. I've spent over $1300 out of my own pocket and haven't been able to fix it. The vehicle has transmission problems, the disc brakes don't work, the TRD is damaged, and it's illegal to sell a vehicle like this. The transmission fluid is contaminated, the brake fluid is contaminated (this was the only thing the dealer changed). Everything else is useless. And I'm losing thousands of dollars. I hope you're not the next victim. I call and leave messages, but they don't answer my calls. I've been to the dealer more than 6 times and the only thing they corrected was the brake fluid change. Today, March 25, 2026, I was informed that they would refund my money, but that they would not reimburse me for any of the funds I had spent on repairs and maintenance for the vehicle. I have purchased no fewer than 14 vehicles--both new and used--from this dealership. There is absolutely no transparency left, and not only that, but they also informed me that they would no longer sell me any vehicles--despite knowing full well that the vehicle I purchased suffers from numerous serious defects. This dealership should be investigated for endangering human lives by selling vehicles with such serious flaws--defects that could potentially lead to a fatal accident. Bill Wright Toyota should change its policy regarding used vehicles--specifically, it needs to thoroughly inspect its used cars before selling them to the public. Sammy Jarrar, a manager at Bill Wright Toyota, should be disciplined for treating customers inhumanely and for failing to be more transparent.

Instead of stripping the screw and doubling the cost of the job, they turned it down. I'm appreciative of that because I wasn't expecting to spend any money that day to begin with and they were honest about the issue. Manuel was helpful and kept me updated and asked if I needed any refreshments during my wait. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and nice. If I lived closer, I'd go there to get more work done.

    My local VW dealership (AV VW) recently closed and I was looking for parts. I ordered parts for my…read more2007 beetle. I called a week later and ordered parts for my 2019 beetle. They did not call me to let me know when the parts had arrived for either order. Both orders were paid in full upon ordering. That is just poor customer service! Then my 2019 beetle popped a code. I thought I would give them another chance. My mistake. The woman that I spoke to told me how much the diagnostic test would cost, even though I shared the codes, and that it might or might not be applied to the cost of the repair if I had the work done there. Ridiculous! She further explained that each dealership is a franchise owned independently as if that would explain the poor business practices. I called a different dealership and was told this was a well known problem and would be covered under the 120K warranty and the diagnostic would be applied to any work I had done there. That's the difference! I cannot recommend this dealership and most especially the parts or service department. Go elsewhere for your VW needs.

He made us feel comfortable the entire time, like we were dealing with a friend or even family. The entire process was seamless. When we came into the dealership to finalize, everything was ready to go and we were in and out quickly. Our vehicle was beautifully detailed, the tank was full, and he even had someone walk us through all the features so we felt completely confident driving off. I've been…read morelooking for a car for a few months now and I decided to check their site because I used to live in the neighborhood across the street. I was interested in a Honda Fit at about $7k. The site said it had a clear title, but first thing I am told is it's a salvage and I wouldn't be able to finance it. I already didn't want it after hearing it's salvaged, but it was disappointing to come all that way when they could have filled out the info correctly on the site. ‍ I then was told which cars could be financed, so I checked out the Toyota Matrix they have (and they still have both of these cars). I test drove it, it seemed okay, but my sister was in the passenger seat and when she closed her door she noticed an odd sound as if it had been damaged. What do you know? We got the Carfax and it had been in an accident that affected the front and sides. ‍ Overall, the people I spoke to were friendly and weren't forceful in trying to get me to put money down on either of the cars I was interested in. I just wish they could fill in their information for each vehicle entry correctly on their site. Besides seeing the title status, the only way to know the Carfax is to go down there and have them show it to you to.
