I had a rough experience here about a year and a half ago and didn't know that I'd return. However, I was offered a free oil change for my trouble and was greeted by new faces I didn't recognize. I was shocked at how different my experience was. I met Matt and the manager Jason. They were attentive and accommodating. I just went in for a second service at my expense and while waiting I encountered an eager and professional sales associate named Rubio. He explained their vehicle exchange program and offered me the same payment on a brand new one. Hesitant, I politely declined and he graciously stepped away after giving me his card. As I sat there and observed the attentiveness of the staff with other customers coming and going I felt I needed to get more information and test the waters. WOW is all I can say. I was treated with million dollar service and sure enough, left that same afternoon with a brand new Q3. I am SO glad I gave them a second shot. I'll be forever be a loyal Audi customer. I am a bit embarrassed I can't recall the names of the other managers that helped me through the process but was so impressed I found it necessary to say thank you. They are liars and scammers. They took down our precious Yelp post. We told them the car we wanted and Brandon and Carlos sent numerous emails back and forth until we got close to our price. Then Carlos told us to call "Happy" to confirm the deal. When we called Happy he said no that was not the deal but that it was without the "money factor" that would cost another $10,000 more! No money factor is 75% increase! They said they had made a mistake and too bad for us after many many emails!They had texted it us in writing and they were lying and their word was no good! Then they posted to our Yelp review saying they wanted to talk and then had it removed!! SCAMMERS! Don't go here or you will end up Ripped off. Dishonest sales dealership. I was told that if I traded in my AudiS3 lease for an Audi A4 they would "eat my mileage" and I would not owe anything. Sounded like a great deal until I got a bill in the mail for $2,800. Tried to resolve the issue with financing and sales manager but no luck. Sales manger said, "oh the sales man should not have told you that, he should know better. Even the sales man agreed with me but it didn't make a difference Don't trust these people. Stay away ! This place will use a denied contract multiple times and will use illegal practices to force a lease or sell! Your credit will be hit with 3 hard inquiries they will tell you they'll get back to you while they seek legal options to force a lease agreement or sale. If the initial contract you signed first , falls through ; any changes going forward you must resign. If you choose to opt out that is your right to do so. If a sales person lets you drive off before finalizing set agreements .... and you choose not to resign another contract , return the vehicle and trust me , GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Do not do business with these people. No business ethics at all. I was in the middle of finalizing a car purchases (I had approved the quote and their financing team had pulled my credit history). Literally seconds after I hung up with their finance team to do final financing approval, the sales team called me to say someone else bought it and the sale already went through but they had other more expensive options if I was interested. Worse Audi in California, stay away from there. Customer service is awful, Paul González from service department is so rude. I would never go back there! My car started with a warning signal and according to paul it was nothing, I wonder if this man who is not a mechanic can give these answers, at my insistence for the second time at the dealership, paul gave me an appointment for two weeks of waiting, unfortunately my car got worse and after three days there was no longer a warning on the screen, it became an emergency to stop driving and stop immediately, pay for a tow truck, take it to audi, after talking to them about what was happening, now My car has been waiting for a week to be inspected. They quickly scheduled a time for me to come in and serviced me car as well as provided an Audi loaner vehicle. Although I am unhappy with the initial encounter, they did make an effort to make up for it, which I do appreciate. Matt was very helpful, as was the manager, Dave. --- from 06/05/17 I am very dissatisfied with the fact that this business did not follow up with me regarding scheduling a service, considering I took the day off to take care of it. I even left a voice message at the service desk and left a message with the receptionist. That was at 9 am. It is now 4:15 pm which is way too late to take care of since it is out of the way. It's a shame. I've done business with the one in ventura/Oxnard and it is like night and day. Most exasperating car purchase ever! First, we knew what we wanted and told them exactly how much we were willing to pay. We left when they couldn't do it (which we weren't upset about!). Manager called us back later that day to say they could actually do everything we asked. Drove all the way down there (from McFarland), waited over an hour in the lobby, only to find out they weren't actually going to give us what we asked. They were SUPER SHADY about it though. They said one thing to us & then left it out of the contract. When asked about it the manager claimed they couldn't do what we wanted. We left, again. Two days later they called us BACK DOWN to do the deal we actually wanted. Fine. We bought it. I like the car. ALWAYS check the contract with this particular dealership! THREE MONTHS LATER I get a letter from the DMV regarding the registration on my trade-in car... that AUDI NOW OWNS. They never sent in the DMV transfer of liability form that I filled out when we bought the car & traded in the old one. RIDICULOUS! I haven't been that pissed in a long time. STUPID! All of the people I worked with at Audi Bakersfield were shady except for the original salesman, Ben. He kept trying & was really kind. Stay alert if you go here! Check & re-check EVERYTHING! This review is for Bakersfield Audi service as I haven't dealt with the sales department. I bought my Audi A4 from Oxnard. But the few times I had to take my audi for service, its been wonderful. The service guy, Matt Castello, is awesome. Every time I've had to do service, its been painless. Matt let me know what to expect and everything happened as he said. I don't know if loaners are standard at all Audi locations, it has been nice to receive a loaner when dropping off my car. The wonderful overall service experience will have me considering the sales team when its time to buy my next Audi, instead of heading to Oxnard first. read more

Service has been declining. I had an appointment at Audi for my car and when I pulled in, there was no one there to assist me (and the other 4 people waiting). I walked around the area to see if I can find someone to check in my vehicle. After waiting a good ten minutes all the staff come out from the back and completely ignore everyone waiting. I don't know if it was assumed we were already checked in, but logically it wasn't possible since no one was there. It wasn't until I asked for help they realized none of us had been checked in. It was disappointing on the customer service part. Also, I was calling throughout the day to ask for an update on my vehicle and I kept getting transferred back to the woman in the front desk. Literally transferred back 5 times. I got frustrated and went in to check on the status after 5 hours of my car being there and they let me know it wasn't done. I get there to see a woman on her cellphone and everyone chatting amongst each other. If someone had answered my call, I wouldn't have had to have someone drive me back to the dealership to tell me my car wasn't ready which someone could've told me over the phone. read more

I found a used car online - it was exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent. The only problem was that I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and it's a long drive to Bakersfield. I knew I would want to buy the car if it was as described and they didn't play games with the pricing when I arrived. I was nervous driving so far, but I had them finalize the price over the phone and I told them I would be arriving with a cashier's check from the bank, so I needed to know EXACTLY what my price would be. Fortunately the car was as described and the price was what they promised. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 - they took FOREVER to process the paperwork. It took over 2 hours to get all the paperwork completed... all for a relatively simple transaction. They didn't appear to be busy - there were no other customers around as far as I could tell. I've bought used cars from dealerships before and if they're on the ball it takes less than an hour. Oh well - overall, it was good, just sluggish. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been calling and leaving numerous voicemails for service manager Jason, the GM Brad and even HR Bricia and who knows how many others and not one of them has returned my calls this has been going on since March. All I want is my refund that I paid out of pocket to Audi San Diego for work done on my car that was not fixed properly at Audi Bakersfield. I feel like they are purposely avoiding me because they don't want to give me my money back on the warranty parts they installed. I filed a complaint with Audi of America and I was told by Audi of America that Audi of Bakersfield that they tried to reach out to me 3 times with no answer. That is a complete LIE! I wouldn't keep trying to get a hold of someone if that was the case because we would be in the process of fixing the problem. Why didn't they try to reach out to me again when they got the complaint? Very shady. read more

Super aggressive sales technique used by the man and women I spoke with while I was there. I was very off Put and felt like I couldn't get any real information or speak with a real person because they were just hell bent on getting another sale that day. I spent a long time working in sales and these sales tactics do not work. They aggravate the customer and make them feel uneasy. I thought I was finally having a normal conversation at the desk of a sales rep when he just straight up asks me for my social security number. I told him I was leaving because I was very uneasy and A LADY RAN OUT OF THE FRONT DOOR AND CHESED US DOWN! Once she got my attention it was more of the same and it was extremely awkward to leave. I already decided on a purchase and just wanted a test drive but I will not be returning here. I'll find another Audi dealer. I suggest you do too read more

On May 5, 2020, as a current owner of a 2016 Audi Q5 3.0 S-Line, and a 2006 Audi A4 S-Line, i went in to pick up some coolant for my Q5 since it was running low, after purchasing the coolant I was walking outside to my vehicle, I noticed a car trying to back out of a parking space in front of my car, as I approached my car to leave, a short man I think a Indian or Iranian decent said to me is this your car, I said yes, his response was next time Park in the customer parking, mind there was no sign indicating customer parking, I said there wasn't any signs indicating customer parking, he then raised his voice and said yeah Over there in a rude manner, I then said oh ok, he then says move your car, after seeing it was a salesman doing a test drive, i said yeah ill move it when I'm ready and proceeded to take my time getting in my car, the look he gave me indicated he was upset cause I parked where I parked, mind you there was no other place to park that was close to the sevice parts department, so I told him, people with your attitude is the reason ill never buy from Bakersfield Audi, mind you I had my issues in 2006 dealing with Jose and Laura Arreindondo or how ever you spell it, as I drove off I called to speak to the service manager and just got his voicemail, I left him a message indicating how I was treated by his salesman, and left him my number and name, I really thought he was gonna hear back from him but forgot what dealership I was dealing with, I will never ever recommend any of my friends or family to this place and I will never buy a car here EVER!!, so I just wanted to express my trip to this lousy dealership. And as always I don't expect a call from the sales manager regarding this issue, some places never change, so if your wanting to buy a Audi i recommend Rusnak Audi or the Audi dealership in Valencia. read more
