I didn't buy my car from here but I typically walk into this dealership as the location is favorable for me. However, I'm not too happy with the service I receive here. The staff is nice so are the loaner cars but somehow the main reason behind my visit (servicing) is never satisfactory! I had given my car due to a recall back in October and thought it was fixed but I was wrong. I had to take it back as I kept getting the passenger airbag error messages (got my car today hopefully it doesn't repeat). Also, right after I got my car post first recall service and turned on the AC, I could smell a strange foul odor. It was never there before! When I complained I was told I have to change the air filter etc for an additional fee! The last few times I got my car from them it wasn't cleaned. Infact my service advisor had to take a cleaning spray and wipe the dirt off when I didn't seem happy. So I didn't even know my car is supposed to come out clean post service until today! Lastly, the work is done pretty soon but probably due to the rain is getting the job done the quality is compromised and also the cleanliness bit in my case for almost all the times I have visited! Will definitely explore other dealerships instead of this for my next service. read more

The people here are CRAZY. I have been receiving unwanted phone calls literally for about a year from some moron named Jack T. Serena that works at this dealership. I have contacted this place several times & told them this guy has the wrong number & to stop calling me. He continues to call and leave voicemails which show up in my blocked voicemails. Took my car in for minor repairs and recalls a few times mainly because Audi Chandler was the closest option for my Audi. I was provided quotes for cautionary repairs that Audi recommended. $860 for front brakes. Luckily, Audi Gilbert had opened by this time and I took my car there for a quote to compare. Under $400 for that same service. Not sure if the extreme difference was a result of Audi Chandler's repair shop being run by Penske instead of Audi or stereotypical auto repair price gauging by their management but being a full magnitude off on price for a regular simple repair is not a good look..... One positive, Nick, an account manager, was helpful in the services department but it took three tries with lazy, clueless employees before I was transferred to Nick handling my account. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt the quote variances weren't his fault directly.... When it comes to repairs, skip Audi Chandler. Go to the new Audi Gilbert for your repairs. read more

No problem, got a next day appointment a sweet loaner 2015 A3 and even accommodated my wish for an early oil change. Smooth all the way around, no time off work for me and the service dept did more than expected; brake wear measured and the car detailed inside and out ( it was really dirty). I purchased a used 2018 Audi A7 at this location at the end of December 2019. My experience was a little mixed but by the end of the process, with the intervention of the GM, I am fully satisfied and can highly recommend this dealership. The car buying process was easy, no hassle or aggressive sales people, buying at the end of the year I got a great deal on the car. After I got it home I noticed that the back shelf (privacy shelf for the trunk) was missing; and then after cleaning my car for the first time, one of the back seat carpet mats was also missing. I informed my sales representative and he said that those items were missing when it was traded in and that it would not be covered by the dealership. So I requested that a full list of missing items be disclosed to me so I could know if it was missing or if the dealership misplaced them when detailing the car. This was unanswered for over a week and this was really the main roadblock which soured the experience. So I email directly the GM, Aaron Enriquez, who replied within 20 minutes to apologize for the lack of communication. After understanding the issues Aaron provided the cover and mat for free since it wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase. He called me to schedule a time to pick it up and even offered to fill my gas tank up when I did. Now the free fill up is something that he didn't need to do, but that small gesture shows his commitment and understanding of outstanding customer service. You might wonder even after my experience why I'm giving the full 5-stars and not 4. Its because I really believe that if you are in the right then this General Manager, and hence the dealership, will do the right thing to gain your loyalty. To me that's the end all, does the leadership at the top care; and in this case, the GM very much cares to do the right thing. The staff members at Audi Chandler are some of the friendliest I've interacted with, from the salespeople to the financing department. I'd been kicking around the idea of getting an Audi as we needed to trade up from my compact hatchback to a car that can transport more than 2 people comfortably. I was interested in an A4 or an A5, and knew that Audi Chandler had a manual transmission A4 on the lot. I walked in on a Friday with about 15-20 minutes of free time before dinner and worked with Jorge to take a look at the interior and exterior of the two models. Before I left, I told Jorge that I would likely be back in on Saturday or Sunday for a test drive and he didn't pressure me at all. I came back on Sunday and worked with Adora (turns out, Jorge wasn't working that day) and she let me test drive the manual A4 as well as an automatic A4 with no problems. I wasn't expecting to walk out on Sunday with an Audi, but Adora worked with me to get the deal I was looking for and that was that. The whole process was pretty painless and I really didn't feel pressured, cornered, intimidated, uncomfortable, etc. throughout the better part of my afternoon. Service center review - I have an Audi that is on that edge of trading in versus getting fixed. So I brought it in to get it diagnosed and all they did was put a computer on it to check the engine light. It costed me $200 for $170 worth of labor and $20 of supplies and parts and tax. I decided to do a trade in instead of labor so no service was done on the car. I asked how many hours of labor was included in a diagnostic or what their hourly rate is and they couldn't say. I tried to return the car early and they wouldn't do that. I asked what supplies and parts were installed and they said the mechanics using their tools. What is the difference between labor and supplies and parts and they couldn't tell me so they were double dipping in costs at a percentage of the overall cost. read more

The experience I had at Audi Chandler made me want to buy a car from them AND help THEM move. I called about a used car they had advertised and spoke to Clark Smith. Unfortunately by the time I dragged myself off the couch he was assisting another client but made sure I was taken care of by another sales associate. There was no aggression with me being his lead, he made sure my time was being valued. My test drive was comfortable, I was allowed to take the car on the freeway as well as on city roads. When we returned, everything was no pressure. The sales manager James came and spoke to me about my options. There were some mechanical issues with the car which he outlined how they would fix and warranty. He also advised me on the sale/trade in of my current car as if I was a friend instead of someone being sold. Although I did not purchase my car from Audi Chandler, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car, or anyone who wants to be treated like a person and not a sale. I'm not sure I am qualified to explain why you should buy an AUDI vs another brand of vehicle. For me, it basically came down to my 5 year old who said "this car is cool...because I say it's cool" That being said, if you are in the market for an AUDI, give these guys at Audi Chandler a shot. Even if you gotta take a bit of a ride to get there. I have to say that I was probably a very difficult customer. I think we must've cancelled, at least two, appointments with these guys, before we finally got over there. Additionally, my wife and I were not in agreement as to which brand of vehicle to purchase, so we went back a total of 5 times before we finally ended up purchasing the vehicle. Hats off to Kevin, Lou, and Chris over there, who were very attentive and patient. They kept an open line of communication that was appropriate while not being "pushy". Worst experience I've ever encountered at a dealership. My son and I weren't greeted or welcomed by a single soul at the dealership and when we walked inside there were about 4 employees inside sitting around, not a single customer. When approached by a salesman (didn't catch his name as I was incredibly flustered by the feeling I had right away), I asked to test drive one of the vehicles on the lot and was instantly addressed with they don't typically allow test drives without completion of a credit app. I proceeded to share that my husband and I were in the process of comparing the Audi to the BMW and Mercedes, and would be paying cash once we decided which vehicle best meets our needs. He then agreed to allow for a test drive. He met me at the vehicle and proceeded to speak to me in a belittling manner, told me that the kind of people who buy those types of vehicles don't like to buy them with a lot of miles, so he'd let me drive it around the parking lot. I shut down at that point and asked him if he was speaking to me in such a manner because he knew he wouldn't have my money in hand that very moment and he responded with "it's a management thing". Well, if that's the case, I highly recommend the management review their standards for excellence when it comes to customer service. I informed him that I was no longer interested in a test drive and I'll take my business elsewhere. To the gentleman who made me feel like an unworthy piece of crap, I'd like you know know that I have a graduate degree, an 850 credit score, and make more than enough money to purchase any of the vehicles on your lot, so I'd suggest you made a mistake by blatantly judging a book by its cover. I bought my used car here and I'm pretty satisfied with the transaction. No pressure and no haggling with the sales. I was in and out in less than 4 hours. Although I wanted to be done in 2 hours, somehow they have to process paperwork for 2 additional hours. Kevin Gray was my salesman; very courteous and professional. I'm not a big fan of buying a car from a dealer salesman because I hate haggling but Kevin did not do that. He was there to help me with the smooth processing; showed me the car, gave me time to inspect the car - pop the hood, check under car, etc., Test drive it, provided paperwork for items he can't answer, and lastly helped me with paperwork and payment. I didn't give 5 stars because my goal was to complete the transaction between 2 to 3hours timeframe. I did the research about the vehicle, I know what I wanted, and came ready with my own financing. So in my expectation, 2- 3 hours to purchase a vehicle should be sufficient time. Overall though, I'm very satisfied with the experience. I'd highly recommend this place if you are buying a vehicle. Great service, went in for a car detail and the service department advised me my car was still under warranty and servicing was needed which they did before my car detail, and gave me a loaner in the meantime. Detailing needed more time and work than originally planned as it needed a clay bar taken to it. They did this complimentary without extra charges. Forgot to add a quarter tank of gas to the loaner before returning and they told me not to worry about it. Will certainly be retuning to them for all my car needs, they have my business. read more
