    Our experience with AUDI CHANDLER was outstanding. The vehicle was priced very competitively. As a result, I didn't even negotiate on the price. I offered to purchase the vehicle if they could match my banks interest rate, and they came back a quarter point better. The GM, Aaron Enriquez stopped by to introduce himself and provided a copy of the CarFax along with documents that showed there was some paint work done to repair some road chips. I like that type of transparency and honesty when buying a used car and AUDI CHANDLER went beyond my expectations. The buying experience was stress free and every aspect of our interaction was very professional. AUDI CHANDLER is changing the car buying experience for the better.

    Purchased an 2024 A6 with the Black Optic Package on yesterday with Moises Hernandez and my total experience was beyond my expectation. All parties involved played a key role in my new purchase.     Great experience with Max C. He had made a personal video for my daughter when she inquired about a Ford Explorer Platinum. She was looking at cars with me and making calls. This was a 5:00pm call. Max stayed late to make her a video and send it so I could see the vehicle. I was tired and actually ready to buy, but nothing was grabbing me. Also, a few of the other dealerships seemed uninterested and not open to negotiating reasonably. As I said on my Google review, " We didn't just fall off a turnip truck." I actually enjoy looking for cars and showing my daughter the process. It should not intimidate anyone. You have the checkbook. Anyway, Max had the car pulled up and waiting. The car was in excellent condition and had crazy technology which I'm still learning. We negotiated price and Audi Chandler worked with us, giving us a reasonable trade -in offer for our vehicle. We continued with pricing terms when Aaron, the general manager, came out to talk. Instead of being immovable like other managers playing hardball, he was upfront and polite. I believe one should be polite, both buyer and seller. They need to make money, but I prefer they make less from me, Ha ha. So we finally agreed on price. There were no hidden charges or sneaky fees. Max had the car detailed, put on 2 new tires and offered an additional protective coating at no cost. As my Dad always told me, "Don't buy a car or home unless you love it so much that you don't mind writing that monthly check." Well, I love my car. Toddy, in finance, was very nice and informative about extended warranties. I know the drill with warranties, and understand that they can really come in handy and sometimes they are just too expensive, it depends how on your needs and one's peace of mind." I had to leave as quickly as possible so I wouldn't start looking at their beautiful Audis. Thanks again Max

They seemed really sorry for whatever mix-up happened and wanted to make it right. They also made sure the car was full of fuel and provided a check for the inconvenience. I believe it would be worth giving them another shot in the future. Warning: Stay away. It's been nothing but a hassle. Before we left with the car, the salesman (Niko) knew the tire needed air and possibly needed replacing. Only had the car for 3 days, during which the rear light went out, and the A/C was blowing warm air. Apparently, the inspection and prep-for-sale procedure doesn't work well. Waiting for "The Warranty Company" to approve repairs. What a joke. Autonation Toyota should just fix the car instead of pushing it to a Warranty Company, where you get strung out for who knows how long. Most people buy a car to drive, not sit at the dealership you bought it from waiting for the warranty company to approve repairs.

We told the…read moresalesperson, Daniel, from the beginning that we were just checking things out and not going to purchase until we had completed our research with 3 different vehicles. We thought we were pretty clear from the start and that he understood that. He was informative and if he did not know something, he looked it up before responding so that he could give us the correct information. Daniel explained that he was new and that is why he sometimes did not know the information and did not want to give us false information. Now comes the biggest reason for the 1 star. His "manager" Greg never spoke directly to us even though he walked to Daniel's desk where we were sitting to retrieve some paperwork. I believe Greg was determined that we were going to purchase that day one way or the other. We told them we had received a quote from Carmax to sell our vehicle to them and therefore would not be trading a vehicle in it we purchased from them. It went from "we can match what they are offering" to "they could not have offered you that much" to "do you have proof of a quote that they offered you $18,700?" So in reality they were calling us liars. My husband showed him the email and then all of a sudden it was "They will never give you that amount. They are going to nickel and dime you and not give you any more than what we are offering ($13,200)." During this entire time, they did not give our key fob back so we were stuck there for 3 1/2 hours- MUCH longer than our expected research time. Guess what, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from Horne Hyundai in Apache Junction. The entire experience was completely different from that of AutoNation Hyundai of Tempe. I will not recommend their location or services, nor will be return. If I could give AutoNation Hyundai of Tempe negative starts rather than having to give at least one star, then I would. Additionally, Daniel at one point had the nerve to ask us why another salesperson had been speaking to us. Seriously? She never tried to take a sale away from him. In fact, I was the one that spoke to her first. She obviously had been a salesperson longer than him due to her knowledge. I am not sure if he was concerned because she was female or if it was because she was a different color than him or maybe a combination. However, that was definitely a put off to my husband and me. Completely unprofessional to say the least.

The vehicle looked exactly how it was posted online. On top of that they sent me a video of the vehicle right there at the dealership for me, just to let me know that it's actually there. I was able to discuss prices over the phone get the entire layout before even entering the doors. We were happy and satisfied by the time that we walked out the doors with keys in hand. Chuck took the situation seriously from the start. He acknowledged my experience, made it clear that this was not how they operate, and stated that this was far from the values of both their dealership and Chapman as a whole. He immediately took action. Chuck personally looked into everything and went out of his way to make things right by ensuring I was placed in a vehicle that truly met my needs. He arranged for me to work directly with one of his trusted salesmen, Andrew, and made it clear that when I arrived, I would be handled exclusively by him--no confusion, no runaround. From that point forward, the experience was a complete night-and-day difference compared to what I dealt with before. The level of professionalism, communication, and respect shown by both Chuck and Andrew completely turned the situation around. I genuinely appreciate the time, effort, and accountability Chuck showed in taking control of the situation and making sure it was handled properly.     I am highly disappointed with the service departments inability to resolve a severe, ongoing issue…read morewith my 2020 Kia Optima dual-clutch transmission (DCT). I have brought my vehicle back to this specific dealership 5 separate times to address persistent, unsafe transmission malfunction and severe juddering. During this process, the service department attempted to resolve the issue by performing the official TRA083 software update. However, the software patch completely failed to fix the problem, and the dangerous transmission symptoms have persisted. Instead of taking the necessary mechanical steps to properly diagnose or repair the vehicle, the dealership has essentially washed its hands of the situation. On last visit, I was told to change the spark plugs (not recommended any of the times before) and still told it may not fix the issue. All at my expense of course since the vehicle is just recently out of warranty. In addition have been told that I should just expect these issues from a DCT. This has left me driving a car that is paid off, unreliable and defective, that this Kia dealership is unable to fix. Kia Corporate has been no help either. Despite the extensive service history, I was simply told to take it to another Kia service center. Neither Kia Corp or this service department has stood behind its repairs or provided a meaningful technical solution for these known TSB-related issues.
