I was in the market to buy an SUV and knew I wanted to buy an Audi. What I didn't know was whether I wanted the q5 or q7. Anthony was so patient with me. We test drove both cars, we drove on the streets as well as freeways and he had me do things, like take a turn at a faster speed on the q7, so I can feel that it's not top heavy like most larger SUVs are. He was extremely knowledgable and explained every bit of detail on each car to me. He gave me space and time to make my final decision, I didn't feel like he was pushy at all. I was indecisive even at the end. I couldn't decide between two colors and he was so patient and talked through the pros and cons of both with me. I decided to go with the white. He went above and beyond -- I guess the detailing guy was cleaning the car in the dark and missed a few spots. Anthony saw it and immediately started cleaning it all himself, in 90 degree heat! He spent 30 min explaining all the options of the car to me, from the navi, to media, car options, sunroof options, helped me sync my Bluetooth, my contacts, programmed my seat for me, everything! I was all set to go! Thanks for being so thorough! The financing part was easy peasy. Anthony laid out both options for financing and leasing and the numbers were so easy to understand. The signing part was super fast and we didn't get any pressure to get additional options, which I really liked. As for the car itself --- AWESOME! What a beast. We ended up getting the 3.0 engine as opposed to the 2.0 and I don't regret it all. I've never driven an Audi before but I now know why customers are so loyal. We had a great experience working with this dealership and with Brent Atkinson. When we first came in to see the new 2019 Q3 Brent explained how he was focused on building long-term relationships. I thought: yeah, sure, typical sales-speak. That stuff is easy to say. There's five stars here because it turned out that these were not just words. Brent was always cheerful and responsive -- and we kept him busy with LOTS of questions. We reserved a vehicle that was not scheduled to arrive for a few weeks. There were concerns on our part about timing, so Brent and his manager Leo took special steps to accommodate us. The fact that we were buying what is about the least expensive new Audi rather than a model that costs twice as much never made a difference to how we were treated. I've spent the last several days with the Sales Manager over the phone and via email trying to schedule an appointment to tour the dealership. I've filled out forms, sent countless insurance information, my drivers license. I want to buy a car. The condescending tone from the dealership is that they aren't interested in providing a speck of customer service. When I'm spoken to I'm spoken over. It's disappointing because this is the 2nd time I've tried to give them my business but I'm always pushed to another Audi dealership. My last experience was similar so my bad! In March of 2016 we decided to give Audi Concord a try. Our experience with the sales person and the finance department were rather pleasant and assumed this dealership was based on "establishing long-term customer service relationships through superior service and dedication to quality". Fast forward to April 2018. While my wife was driving her 2016 Audi A4 at Audi with our toddler in the vehicle when she noticed smoke and the smell of burning plastic/rubber emanating from the front of the vehicle. On Monday 04/09/18 my wife dropped the vehicle at Audi of Concord's service department to have an "Audi Certified" tech identify and isolate the problem. Service Advisor called and informed us the tech did not locate any problems after a detailed inspection and car was ready to be released. (V/M avail) On Monday 04/09/18 at approximately 1715 hours, I drove to Audi Concord and spoke with the above service advisor. The service advisor confirmed the tech completed a detailed inspection of the vehicle and did not find shorted wire which could have caused the smoke and burning smell of rubber/plastic. Prior to driving the vehicle back home I requested the service advisor to inspect where the smoke was emanating from. The vehicle was brought to the front entrance of the service department (Where I believe surveillance cameras are in use). The service advisor opened the hood and I identified where the smoke was seen. The service advisor removed a plastic cover over the radiator. To our surprise, brunt/frayed wires were located attached to the radiator. The service advisor asked another employee his opinion of what the wires were and the 2nd employee stated it was the coolant temperature wire. Shortly after they brought a tech to the vehicle and pointed out the wires. The tech identified the damaged wires as the home link harness. The tech stated the damaged wire may have grounded which caused the smoke and burning plastic smell. The service advisor implied the tech did not check under the cover and would contact the shop foreman. The service advisor kept the vehicle and stated he would speak with the shop foreman. A few days later we received a call from the service advisor stating the damage was caused by rodents and the warranty would not cover the repair. The service advisors by own admission stated it was an unusual location for rodents to access. The vehicle has always been garaged and there is no evidence of rodents where the vehicle is garaged. The service advisor stated the repair would cost $443.92 ($63.92 parts / $380.00 labor) 2 hours to re-pin all four wires. Due to the incompetency of the "Audi Certified" tech to identify the problem we declined the repair. My wife and I were not confident the "Audi Certified" tech could complete the repair to bring the vehicle to a safe and operable status. Due to our busy work schedules I advised the service advisor we would pick up our vehicle on Monday 04/16/18. Service advisor allowed us to use the loaner vehicle for the weekend without any difficulties. On Tuesday 04/17/18 my wife met with the service advisor who apparently showed her the damaged wires the "Audi Tech" found. For the record, the damage was located with my assistance when the vehicle was ready to be "released" on Monday 04/09/18 evening after the "Audi Certified" tech checked the vehicle top to bottom and could not locate was caused the smell of burning plastic/rubber. My wife drove our vehicle home from Concord Audi and I decided to check under the plastic radiator cover. The wires remained frayed and exposed! The service department did not even take the extra measure to cap off the frayed wires so the vehicle would be safe to drive. ((((Ignition + Fuel + Oxygen = FIRE!)))) We were extremely puzzled why the service department did not cap off the wires with electrical tape when clearly the exposed wire caused smoke and the smell of burning plastic/rubber when the exposed wires came in contact with bare metal. I researched the cost and parts to repair the damaged wires. There are only THREE wires connected to the home-link and NOT four as quoted on the invoice. Six wire connectors (000-979-940) and NOT four wire connectors were needed to complete the repair. The repair was completed with $20.00 in parts and less than 30 minutes of labor. There is NO smoke or the smell of burning plastic/rubber and the Home-link is operable. We own BMW, MERCEDES, and TOYOTA and clearly Audi Concord fell below reasonable expectations. We fully understand the cost of bringing a vehicle to a dealership and do not mind paying for repairs which can be properly diagnosed and safely repaired. #1) Tech was unable to identify and isolate the problem after completing a detailed inspection of the vehicle. #2) Vehicle was released with power wires exposed after the second inspection . #3) Inaccurate quote for parts read more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Audi. I bought a used golf r that someone traded in for a rs3 and worked with Austin for the transaction. He was extremely helpful in emails and all communications and was also extremely accommodating and was even able to lower the price a little. He answered so many questions I had about the car and even offered a loaner on two separate occasions when I had to come back the next day to get a cashier check and when I came back to get a clearcoat done for the golf(which was also expertly done). As my first purchase outside of Craigslist and private sellers I couldn't imagine a better experience. Happy Wife Happy Life. My wife is excited about the new Q5 we picked up New Year's Eve. We love our BMW 328, but the Toyota Corolla we have needed to be upgraded...something like a $50K Audi. So we called and spoke with Chris McIrvin who was immediately attentive and straight forward. I told him my criteria and he quickly found a couple of options and didn't beat around the bush with pricing (which two other dealers already did this week). We arrived at the wonderfully remodeled dealership and Chris came out and met us at our vehicle to begin our tour. My fiancé leased a 2018 Audi A4 Premium S-line and her lease was up the end of January. The last few weeks she looked into leasing a 2021 Porsche Macan or a Tesla Model Y... We purchased our car 10/13/18, it is now1/26/19 and we still do not have our registration. We were told we would have them by today(1/26/19). Checked the mailbox, nope! They even sent a courier out to me to sign DMV paperwork on 1/8/19. Had to email Kris on 1/17/19 for an update. His reply email stated we would have our registration by the end of this week (1/26/19). We have now left him a voicemail to see what story we will be told. Pro: The buying process was seamless and easy to navigate during COVID. The sales staff was responsive and quick. Con: The delivery process was quite poor compared to other Audi dealerships I've been to. The car was delivered to me with broken rear A/C vents and a window-related issue, and it didn't have floor mats even though the salesperson confirmed it had them via email. There was no technician to walk me through the vehicle and I felt rushed through the whole process. I had to drive the car back to Audi Concord (about an hour drive for me), left the car there for several days with a loaner, and the dealership promised they would throw something extra in since I had to make the trip. It's now almost a month later - they were able to fix the window and vent issue, but never gave me floor mats or the additional item I was promised. I waited 4 months or so to write this review because I was waiting to see if there were any issues that needed resolving and, if so, how they were handled. I am happy to say to my car is running like a top - I bought a used car from Danny Keating and every aspect of the experience, from first communication to getting the keys, was superb. I am actually amazed that I am writing a 5-star review for a car deaership, involving a used car deal no less, based on my less than stellar experiences at other places. Every person at Audi Concord, from the receptionist, to the salesperson Danny, to his manager (sorry, forgot his name), was exceedingly polite and responsive. Buying a car there was as painless as it gets. Even the obligatory gauntlet through the credit office was a breeze. I was in and out. I could not be happier with my purchase.
