I purchased a 2024 Audi S5 in February. Our salesman was ok, nothing special. We do not live in Mobile, so we set up a meeting place to do the exchange. When we got there, there was only one key and they did not have the vehicle temporarily licensed. I had to drive it home like that and go down to my local licensing department to remedy it. Not a big deal, but expected to be taken care of a bit better right off the bat. Then, they called and said they miscalculated the amount we owed and we owed another $70. Seriously, I just spent $70k on a car and you are going to charge me for your mistake! At this point I have been asking about the extra key for weeks. Completely ignored. I called and spoke to multiple people who kept saying they didn't know anything about my extra key. I finally got ahold of Tim, supposedly a manager. I told him everything, for the 4th time at this point, and he said that he was brought in to help with all the issues Audi had been having with customer service. Great, finally. Well, found out the key was on back order, it would be a few weeks. Ok, no problem, I just wanted to know we hadn't been forgotten. As far as my permanent license paperwork, they overcharged us by over $1000 and for some reason (they did credit this to the bank )the paperwork was just sitting there, not being handled. Soooo, handle it or I am going to have to get another temporary license, at my expense, again! He said he would get that done and overnighted, which he did. Tim asked what he could do to make this right. I said with all my expenses and all the time I have had to take to deal with it, it would be nice if they could send us some swag, maybe some Audi shirts, water bottles, etc. It's free advertising for them and the least they could do considering the amount I paid for this car! I expected so much better. He promised he's send some things and even asked our shirt sizes. Then...nothing. I asked about it, twice. Completely ignored, again! I am so disappointed in the whole experience. This was supposed to be exciting, but instead i am here, spending more time and energy on this. Hope this helps somebody out. read more

Our salesman Devon Clausell was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make the purchase of my new Audi an outstanding experience. My 2 star rating and comments hereafter are based solely upon my experience with the Audi Mobile dealership (back in May 2021) not the sales experience. Audi Mobile really needs someone to greet guests upon entering the showroom. My initial visit to the dealership I was not greeted by several people that sat at their desks working. I looked aimlessly for assistance and no one even lifted their head to give a greeting and let me know someone would be with me shortly. As we walked further along in the showroom, Mr. Devon Clausell noticed us and sprang from his desk immediately. He came out of his office to greet and assist us promptly. Sales process was seamless and by far my best experience with purchasing a car. Each time we visited during the sales portion Mr. Clausell was there at the door to give us a warm greeting each time. After closing the deal, Mr. Clausell informed me that there was paperwork that needed to be re-signed to correct the mileage. I should have made an appointment but I decided to stop by because I was in the area shopping. Upon entering the showroom no one greeted me AGAIN! I walked in and the gentleman in front office kept working. I walked in a little further saw the General Manger talking to the service associates in back and immediately knew I would be greeted shortly. WRONG!!! He didn't even acknowledge my presence. There was another woman in the showroom aimlessly looking around for assistance as well. He instead walked up to her shook her hand and didn't even say someone would be with me shortly. Thank goodness for guy in the office ALL the way at the end on the right. He informed that Mr. Clausell was off that day and he would get me over to the gentleman in finance to sign the documents. Customer service should be #1. If I wanted Toyota service, I would have gone to purchase a Toyota. Guests tend to remember how they initially felt. If it wasn't for Devon Clausell and his excellent customer I would have driven to the next town to purchase my Audi. read more

This is the top-of-the-line level of service and dedication I have come to expect and appreciate at Audi. This team has been outstanding! My car had been through three different dealerships (only one gave me an issue). Before I brought the car in, Sean let me know everything that they planned to perform, and the worst case scenarios for which I might have to account. I agreed. I went in for a repair on warranty and the team treated me with so much hospitality and respect. My air conditioner was supposedly malfunctioning based off the first dealerships diagnosis. I was on a roadtrip heading home and stopped for an oil change and asked them to look at the a/c because I had to recharge it myself. The second dealership had my car sitting for two weeks with no plan or day in sight to even run a test to try and replicate the issue or diagnose anything at all. Not a word was said to me from the moment I dropped off the car, until the moment I decided to call them for an update. They forgot about me in Louisiana. So I decided to pull my car and bring it to Mobile. Audi Mobile called me before the diagnosis letting me know they would have to charge me for the diagnosis unless they were able to replicate the issue for the warranty to take effect. They said my air conditioning seemed to be working perfectly, as designed, but wanted to know if I still approved for them to begin the diagnosis. I said yes. Within less than 24-hours, I got my car back! They called me consistently to let me know that they couldn't find an issue, but that they would keep looking. Finally, they called and said that they put die in the a/c fluid and to come back if the air conditioner actually stopped working (stopped blowing cold), using the die to find the actual leak if there was one. I really appreciate them being so honest and straightforward. I really like being able to make timely decisions with them. They added me to the process. I didn't just feel like a customer, I really did feel like they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate being treated like a friend. These are people that value their job, or really know how to make it feel like they do. I live in New Orleans, but I promise I'm only bringing my car out here to have them service it in Mobile. It would be outrageous for me to not support a business that takes really good care of me. And nobody asked me to write this review, this is solely from my heart. read more

Was working on a deal for a 2022 Audi that was 80K. My wife and I loved the car and were ready to make the deal happen. We drove away with the plan to have the dealership "Run the numbers". Talked to the sale person via text and said we were ready to deal. Zero communication back. 4 weeks later they still have the car on the lot. I reached back out to the Sales Manager last week. Zero calls back. I am over an hour away so not like I can keep stopping in. Audi and Porsche need to CLOSE this dealership down. They should not be allowed to represent luxury brands. Do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY from this business. You will also save yourself a ton of money going to another dealer. The dealer in Pensacola was 10K less for the same car. These guys should take a lesson from a real dealership. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, and don't buy an Audi if you live in this area, this dealership is the bottom of the barrel. I have a 2010 Audi and have been very pleased with my vehicle and service up until moving to this area. Not only does their service department rarely answer the phone, they don't return calls. We took my car to them to have a reset done that only Audi can evidently do. They REFUSED to do this stating it "would not solve the issue". Yet, after replacing the other items they were sure would fix it did not. Now they say I need a new engine, and still REFUSE to do the reset we took the vehicle to them to do. Way to properly diagnose my issue folks, an engine that has been working superbly up until recently. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY HAD, and I have owned several foreign vehicles over the years. Audi Service Mobile is not a place I'd recommend to anyone. I booked a loaner car, waited a month to get an appointment as a result of waiting for loaner availability. When I get there they didn't have one for me. The service manager was highly confrontational and invited me to find another place. After I had to reschedule my entire day they gave me one the service manager was using personally. I went in for no AC. They tried to charge me over $4k to replace my windshield lol Charged me to full car with Freon and put on new sensor. I wasn't going to pay that much for something that didn't seem like the problem so I came to get my car. I brought the car somewhere else only to find it with zero Freon and my new sensor left unplugged. They also stole my Gucci sunglasses. Go somewhere else! Anywhere. read more

I purchase my Audi brand new from the dealership in 2018 when it was owned by Dean McCrary and it has had 2 new owners since then. I have had multiple instances where they preformed "routine" services and have had more new issues come up shortly after. The first time they forgot to put the cap back on my oil tank and I drove 100+ miles on the interstate before pulling over due to my car smoking. They were so apologetic at the time saying they would pay for my next service and so on, but when it came time, they said "it only covered the oil change". Most recently, I was aware my car needed a new control module. I brought it it multiple times before they came up with this diagnosis and I had to pay for them to figure this out (scam). After getting a second opinion, I was told that it was due to a plug not being reinstalled and water was getting into the hatch where it was located. Once again, they have taken ZERO responsibility for their mess up and the customer service people have no clue what is going on. Don't take your vehicle there unless you want personal items stolen, be completely taken advantage of and have negligent people working on your car. read more

I went to Porsche of New Orleans and they were trying to blantantly make the 2018 Macan I wanted inaccessible. These fools really tried to make me put down 20,000 for a 500/month car payment. AVOID THAT DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. They did not want to sell to a African American woman. Anyways, I found 2 more 2018 Macans in the Mobile area the same evening so we decided to go the next day. BEST DECISION EVER! I traded in my 2014 Infiniti Q60S that I loved dearly for a 2018 Porsche Macan! As a traveling CVOR tech, I needed more space and Kendarrius ensured that I didn't leave without the vehicle that I wanted! I literally pulled up at 12:15 and was driving off at 4:30!! That was crazy fast, but if you are looking for an amazing deal on a beautiful car, THIS is the place to go. My monthly payment is 585/month on a PORSCHE!! That's unheard of! They knew I wanted the car and this dealership made sure I left in it without having to eat bread and water for the next couple of years! read more

I would avoid Dean McCrary Audi service department at all costs. I've been using them since 2012 and have had nothing but problems with them from forgetting to reset maintenance reminders to not filling my oil to its required level. This latest visit was the last straw. After scheduling an oil change and paying for a map update license fee of $291 and after my hour drive and 5 weeks of constant badgering to ensure my service would go smoothly I was hit with a sudden case of stupidity. The service writer informed me that the "master DVD" map update was no where to be found after I had waited 2 1/2 hours...WHAT?? It's true, evidently Dean McCrary doesn't keep required shop items in stock. So after an hour drive, weeks of calling to ensure my appointment would go smoothly I was disappointed for the last time. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership. Oh, and a new rule is that if you didn't purchase your car from them no loaner will be given a loaner. read more
