    Outstanding Experience at Audi Oakland We had an exceptional experience at Audi Oakland. I worked with Mujib, and he exceeded every expectation. He was by far the most transparent and helpful sales representative I have ever encountered. Saying he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Knowing I had young children and couldn't spend all day at the dealership, Mujib assured me he would take care of everything--and he truly delivered. He made sure all paperwork and details were completed ahead of my arrival, creating a smooth and efficient process. Not only that, but he also kindly kept an eye on my 6- and 3-year-old sons while I finalized the purchase, making them feel welcome and special. In fact, my son asked today if we could go back just to visit Mujib, who had invited him to return anytime for a hot chocolate! The entire team stayed late on a Saturday to help complete my purchase, even taking the time to photograph my family with our new Q7. Despite the late hour, they never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Frank, the sales manager, also played a key role in making this a great experience. He gave me his word on a price, stuck to it, and made the process straightforward--no back-and-forth, no games, just honesty and flexibility. From the finance manager to the team member who took my wife on the test drive, every person we interacted with was top-notch. It's clear that the Audi Oakland team genuinely enjoys working together, takes pride in their work, and focuses on making customers feel valued. Honestly, their team spirit and positive attitude even made me want to work there! I was not asked to leave a review, but the experience was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share. Audi Oakland truly earned it--hands down the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and I've purchased my share of new vehicles over the years. If you're in the market for an Audi, I highly recommend asking for Mujib--you will not be disappointed. If there's a way to make the deal happen, he'll find it.     Just got an Audi and brought it here after two days of driving in it since I can't connect MyAudi app to the MMI of the vehicle. After 2 hours talking to Audi customer care, she figured out that the problem is due to the SOS light blinking red, and she told me to bring it to the nearest Audi service center. I work in Oakland so I brought it there on Tuesday morning even though I got the car at Audi Fremont. I thought this would be an easy fix since it's a new vehicle. Audi Oakland provided me a loaner saying it might take until Wednesday to get it fix. Anyway, by Friday afternoon, still no resolution, and I was told to bring it back Monday since they need to contact an Audi engineer who can't be reached on weekends. I got the vehicle on Friday night before they close since I didn't feel comfortable driving the loaner anymore. I told them I'll bring it back Monday morning. I got home and found the trunk missing the cover and all my stuff in it - see picture. Return back to Audi Oakland to get that sorted out on the weekend. What a mess, gas, electric and a whole lot of time wasted. Not giving one star since they were not the ones that gave me the Audi with a non-working SOS. This whole thing could have been prevented if Audi Fremont made sure the vehicle was in all working condition before releasing it to us.

    Exceptional Service!!! Managed to tag the taillight and rear bezel on my 25' RS6 and Jason Avila (parts manager) went above and beyond to get me back on the road when I am an entire state away. No questions, no hassle, no broken promises or delays. He got me squared away without all the typical dealer BS. That's uncommon nowadays, especially with luxury brands. There is no better service option in the Bay Area, period. Don't waste your time searching. Make the trip and go see Jason in Oakland. One and done.

Despite that assurance, the dealership ran a hard inquiry on my credit report anyway. When I noticed the inquiry, I called the dealership the next day. They acknowledged the issue and promised they would have it removed. Over the following month, I contacted them multiple additional times, and on four separate occasions they assured me the inquiry would be removed from my credit report. It is still there. I never authorized this company to run a hard credit check, and I had already decided I was not interested in purchasing the vehicle. Running a hard inquiry without authorization is unacceptable, and repeatedly promising to fix the problem without actually resolving it is equally frustrating. I maintain excellent credit, and the only negative mark currently on my report is this unauthorized hard inquiry. If it is not removed, it will remain on my credit history for two years. This situation reflects very poorly on the dealership's business practices and their willingness to follow through on commitments made to customers.

And after dealing with Rick, I can confidently say I never will again. Rick was without question one of the most disrespectful salespeople I've ever dealt with. I made an appointment specifically with him, only to get pawned off onto some brand-new salesperson who had no authority.. The entire experience felt like a nonstop attempt to slip in extras and see what I wouldn't catch. Example: the truck had wheel locks installed. I told them multiple times I didn't want them. Rick's response? "Once they're on, they don't come off." Seriously? It's a lug nut, not permanent bodywork. That was just a convenient excuse for another $200 dealer add-on. I asked for a few complimentary oil changes to offset some of the nonsense fees... hard no from Rick. No effort to make anything right. Just pure "take it or leave it" energy. The arrogance was unreal too. Rick literally came over to shake my hand and congratulate me on the purchase BEFORE I had even shown the final pricing breakdown. Then came time for me to take possession after dealing with Finance, which somehow got even worse. I walked out of Finance expecting the usual new vehicle experience: someone to walk me through the truck, show me features, pair phones, explain settings, cameras, drive modes, etc. Instead? Nobody. Rick was nowhere to be found. Sales staff vanished. I finally tracked someone down and was basically handed the keys with a "Here you go, see you later. That was it. No walkthrough. No feature demo. No explanation of a truck loaded with technology. No effort whatsoever. I just spent serious money on a brand-new RAM and got treated like they were trying to clear me out of the building as fast as possible. And then the cherry on top: about a week later I realized the wheel lock key wasn't even included with the truck while getting new tires put on. Yes, the same wheel locks I didn't want in the first place. Rick's response? "Come on over and we'll take care of you." No apology. No accountability. No consideration that I live over an hour away. Dude even hung up on me to go "take care of a customer". Hey buddy, IM YOUR CUSTOMER!!!! Remember?? San Leandro Jeep is the definition of why people hate dealerships. Once the paperwork is signed, you become yesterday's problem. Do yourself a favor and buy from literally anyone else.

    On 8/30/2025 I purchased a 2022 Mercedes Benz GLB from Enterprise Car Sales in San Leandro, CA…read moreputting $5,000 down. Within the week I had to take the car in to the shop for rattling when the AC was on. Turns out something was installed backwards. Within the second week the Apple Car Play started failing. I took it to the dealership, one of the gentleman came out and did a quick troubleshooting (deleted devices and added back). Fast forward to March 2026, Car play has FAILED. I take the vehicle for an oil change and find that the engine is failing, including an engine oil leak, coolant system failing. While trying to establish the validity of the warranty and find a good shop for the repairs the car has shut off in traffic twice, continues to run hot and the breaks are going out already. I have spent $600 on a rental car. I have reached out to San Leandro several times and spoke with Boris. The last of which he offered a discount on the rental which still totaled $600 for how long I will need the rental. I asked explicitly to speak with a Regional Manager about surrendering the vehicle and submitted an online complaint more than three weeks ago and no one is responding. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. And by the list of other complaints I'm not the first person sold a vehicle that they claim has been through a rigorous "certification" and inspection and the ENGINE is failing months later.
