I've been going to Audi Seattle for many years. Had my car in for a routine oil change and check in. While giving my car a wash the machine nearly ripped the door from the frame with significant damage to door and fender. I've had nothing but trouble with the door since repair and am unable to open the door from the outside. Audi Seattle tried to fix the issue once and two weeks later it occurred again. Now they are denying responsibility and will not repair. DO NOT take your car here.

The red haired taller salesman was very rude to my boyfriend and I today. He was an extremely poor salesman.

So I took it to Les Schwab and they confirmed the leak was coming from the bad patch job so they fixed it for me. Would not recommend giving this place any of your money as it seems like they don't take it seriously.

However, our trip took an unexpected turn on the last day when my vehicle's alternator suddenly failed, leaving us stranded and anxious to return home. In a panic, I quickly searched for a nearby mechanical shop and found Village Autocare & Tire. I called the shop, and a gentleman named Riley answered. I explained our predicament, emphasizing that we were just visiting and had nowhere to stay. I asked if they could replace my alternator before closing time. He was initially helpful in understanding my urgent need to get back to Vancouver. After towing my vehichle and upon arriving at the shop, I met Ken, who was at the front office. I reiterated my situation, and he assured me he would call with a quote. As I had to leave the shop for a bit, I asked Ken for nearby coffee shops, but he failed to mention that there was a mall right next door, which would have been helpful, not knowing the area. After two hours, Ken called with a quote of $1,687 plus tax for replacing my idler pulley and alternator, which was a refurbished Denso brand (Retail $235). I was shocked by the quote, and I knew that I was taking advantage of it. Given our circumstances I had no other choice but to go ahead with repair. I pleaded with him to have the car fixed by the end of the day, but he informed me that the alternator wouldn't arrive until 4 PM and that the installation would take three hours (Shop time is 1.8 hours). This meant we would have to wait until the next day to leave. Feeling frustrated, I walked back to the shop to retrieve our belongings and my mom's medication. To my dismay, I noticed the Denso alternator & the idler pully sitting on a table in Ken's office. It became clear to me that Ken had taken advantage of our desperate situation and overcharged us for the repair. The customer service and experience were incredibly disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering Village Autocare & Tire. It's unfortunate that businesses like this take advantage of vulnerable customers. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend exploring other options before settling on this shop. Final Thought: Stay away from this shop!

I have always gotten my car serviced at Honda of Seattle/Greg's. I recently went to HoS for a separate issue and they came back and recommend a laundry list of things - some of which I didn't feel I needed. I sent that list over to Daiseywagen - they explained each of Honda of Seattle's recommendations and gave their opinion on what work I should get done. I ended up opting for some fluid exchanges + brakes. The price quoted was extremely competitive compared to what Honda was quoting me. They mentioned they didn't have the brake parts/fluids for Honda on hand but no big deal - they were able to get them from their vendor within ~4 hours. I dropped my car off at 8am the next day and it was done in 3 hours. Both Cory (service technician) and Tony (service advisor) were very punctual in keeping me updated and informed. I highly recommend coming here for automotive service (regardless of your make/model). I will be back!
