Been service customers at Stratham Audi for a few years. Always appreciate the timely and friendly service. Rick and his team are thorough, detailed, and address every issue noted, with follow-up phone calls and written notes. Their service notes make it easy to schedule upcoming, major maintainenance and add to the vehicle's value by demonstrating service history. A few months ago I took the allroad in for a major service. It was handled well by service manager Rick and technician Joel, including some non-standard requests, and a driver who gave me a ride at 5:30pm to the C&J bus stop, right when he was about to leave for the day. Soon after I drove in to pick up some parts. At the parts counter the parts manager printed out an exploded parts diagram to make installation easier. On my way out I mentioned to the service representative (not Rick, the other gent) that the brake pedal was a bit softer since the last service. He had technician Joel drive the car, find the issue and fix it, within 30 minutes. Audi dealerships don't always have the best reputation for servicing vehicles that are not brand new. Stratham Audi's level of service and customer focus has kept me coming back even after I moved closer to a Boston dealer. Keep up the great work! read more

I've had multiple bad experiences with the service department here. They've been rude and condescending on multiple occasions. Most recently I booked a service and reserved a loaner vehicle after receiving an emailed coupon for a discount to return. I decided to give them one more chance. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told that they don't do loaner vehicles for the two services I booked. My reservation confirmation showed a loaner vehicle but they refused to give me one, so I had to take my car and leave to make some work meetings. No one called or emailed me to say that they don't do loaner vehicles for the type of service I booked so I could come prepared to do work on site while waiting. And I've 1000% had a loaner vehicle for that kind of service before. I drove 30 minutes each way to have such a poor experience and wasted a significant portion of my valuable morning. They have lost me as a customer and as someone who's vehicle is 8+ years old, I will likely be in the market for a new vehicle soon and will absolutely not consider this dealership when it comes time to look. read more

Worst experience ever. Son took car in for inspection and we get a list of things that need repair. Prices off the charts so we go to pick it up and they say there is a bill for over 600 dollars For 85k Mike service. 600 bucks for oil change and liquids. They wanted over 2 k for brakes.... All we wanted was an inspection done. They had my son sign a work order and I'm fine print, buried in the text is 600 dollar bill. They took advantage of the kid, charged us 600 bucks and car is still not inspected. Why would they do service when the thing got rejected. read more

Went in for routine maintenance. When I picked the car up it had a weird film on it as if someone washed it with dirty water. Not going to complain about a free, albeit bad, carwash. Once I got it washed properly I noticed tons of scratches in the clear coat (picture in the photos section). Makes sense if someone was using a dirty rag and water. Service guy was nice enough saying he'd have it detailed at no charge. Told them I don't want a detail, I want the scratches they put on it removed. They kind of assured me that they'd get them out. When they text messaged me to tell me it was ready I asked of they got the scratches out. They urged me to keep in mind that the car was 4 years old and told me it looked great but dodged the direct question which raised my suspicions. Picked it up today and scratches are improved after buffing but they're still there. Now I'll have to pay $1k to get the clear coat properly fixed. Very disappointing, I did a lot of research on this car and the family and I really enjoy it. These guys may have turned me off to Audi and Porsche for that matter because they use the same cleaning facility. Imagine if this was your $100k+ Carrera?! Sucks all around. I could see this happening at a bargain or discount maintenance shop but not at the dealership where you pay $200 for an oil change and new spark plugs. read more

WARNING: Dont ever bring your vehicle here. Mines under a 5 yr warrentee, the slave cylinder went twice in a year. It was covered last time. This time they refuse to replace it and tore my transmission apart after specifically telling them too call me prior to any unwarranted work and not to touch the clutch. They then sent me a 5900$ quote and pictures of my fly wheel/ transmission. When i asked them why my transmission was out of my car they said I authorized it (after specifically mentioning not to touch the clutch). I told them i did no such thing and that i would get the clutch done somewhere else, ETHAN told me i owe him for the 8 hr tear down. -(16 hrs to replace a clutch...are you serious?!? Ill have it done with a friend in 6) and another 8 hrs if they put it back together. @147$ an hr. Im currently persueing legal action and have been in touch with my attorney. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place. read more

Worst dealership/auto shop I have ever worked with or heard about. The customer service is beyond awful. They make appointments only to get you in, then keep your vehicle for days without looking at it or letting you know what is going on. Their service rates are astronomically high-$150/hour. They are more than double the standard rate. Truly, truly, the absolute worst dealership/service center ever. read more

$120 to push a button! I brought my TT in for an oil change and asked them to reset the computer so my dash wouldn't keep showing that my headlight was not balanced properly (it was). They charged me a 1 hour minimum service charge of $120. My car wasn't even in there for an hour, including the oil change. What a rip-off! read more

I made an appointment to have some work done on my Audi A6 that couldn't be done at my local service place. I took the morning off work and I drove 2 hours for a 9am appointment. First impression was friendly and I went to sit and wait. I called a friend who came to take me out for coffee. I made sure they had my cell phone number. After 2 hours and 3 cups of coffee my friend said call them. When I talked to service they said my car hadn't gone in yet and there were 2 more ahead of it. I was very upset as I had planned on going to work for a few hours in the afternoon. They said I left the building so they took that as a drop off! They still said it would have to wait. I was so upset left and called Audi of Nashua - same distance away from home. They seemed friendly and booked me an appointment next week...we'll see. read more

Super fast and efficient service, I was treated well and offered food and refreshments while I waited. Once they had figured out the problem I brought my car in to fix they offered to clean it and vacuum the inside. So nice! Always prefer to go here over Nashua for service. Provide great loaner car service. I was disappointed to get my car back after 2 days and $400 in service without the usual courtesy wash and vac. Expect to get a dirty car back with Honda service, not Audi. I let service know and they just said they thought it had been done. Not sure how they thought that- clearly was not washed or vacuumed. This is the best dealership I have ever worked with from the sales team to the service department. They are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. This place is filled with honest, hard working people that love what they do and it shows. My family has bought multiple cars with Nigel Reed and are more than impressed with him. We also have brought all of our Audis here for servicing and have been equally as impressed with their prompt replies to our requests and their ability to accommodate and service with quick turn around times. This is a review of the Audi service dept only. Very nice group of guys writing up the orders, nice communications skills, spotless service area, loaner cars are fine, car wash is a nice touch. Unfortunately, I got to experience all of those multiple times. Went in months ago with a temperature gauge on my TT not working. Five (yes 5) trips and some where around $750 later with the gauge still not working I was told I needed a new thermostat ($1050) so they could continue diagnosing the issue, not fixing the issue, finding the issue! On on unrelated issue, I also needed a new blower (fan) motor for heat/AC and was quoted another $650. I decided it was time to try an alternate solution and took it to a small garage in Brentwood. He replaced a resistor on the blower and a relay on the temp gauge, both problems fixed for $480 vs $1700 to fix one issue and continue working the other issue! Can't imaging ever believing anything Audi service tells me in the future. I might miss the loaner car/car wash amenities but I'm not going back to a place that incompetent unless it's a recall issue. read more

Poor service they do not stand behind their products and customers, I bought a $60k vehicle got a replacement headlamp which is faulty and they will not replace it. So doesn't matter how much you spend they don't care about after they get your money. read more

Service department is awful!!! misdiagnosed my car twice. twice i got the car back with no difference to the issue and then a week later my cylinder head fails, i get it towed there and their service "manager" Casey then lies to me that my car is not covered under the cam follower warranty for B7 A4's!! I call Audi USA and they say it is covered! he is a liar and a coward. he wants to wave my diagnosis fee and have me take the car out of there yet wont tell me what he thinks the problem could be?! i thought you diagnosed it though casey! VERY unprofessional service department. dont go there! just read the other reviews below.. it says a whole lot about that dealership. read more

Bought a CPO A3 here back in May of 2013. Everything since then has been great dealing with Audi of Stratham for service. Recently was in for a 35k service and the staff was attentive and offered a loaner car for the 4 hours I would have had to wait.
