So I just got my 2020 roadglide special back from them. Now let me start with, customer service. It's phenomenal!!!! I have been to multiple shops and this is not just talking about sounds I'm talking about different shops for different things. Like tint, motor work, and many other things. The one thing I absolutely love about this shop is that when they tell you, your bike-car is going to be done it's going to be done trust me when I say this. Other shops will tell you a finish date and never deliver but AMS DOES!!!!!!! Not only that I haven't even talked about the work or the quality of the work!!!!! It's on another level. True professionals!!!! The funny thing about all this is that I have read the bad reviews and still decided to come here and the funny thing about all this is that in some of the bad reviews they stated that AMS made them write a review on Yelp. I don't know their situation but not once did they ask me to write a review!!! So at least for my experience I would have to say that's all lies what those other people said!!!!! Contacted many places for Auto Tinting in Redondo and Torrance. Audio MotorSport not only was the most responsive, but also one of the best prices. I was able to get in same day (called at noon, got appointment at 3:30). Once I got there, of course they offered upgrades for tinting all of the windows in my 2019 Audi A6. I did end up choosing a better product than was initially quoted, but it too was a great price compared to same products at other places. They even gave me a price break on total cost. After a short 2 hr and 45 mins, my car was done. Quality of work was GREAT!! The interior of my car was immaculate when I brought it in (as it was only 3 days since purchasing it) and it was just as clean when I came back to pick it up. I brought my car here to get it tinted about a month ago, and while the tint looks good, they accidentally damaged the leather on portions of my door sill, dash, and passenger seat in the process. I brought my car back to them the next day to show them the damage, and they denied it, saying it's impossible to damage leather with the solution they use during the tinting process. They claimed that either the damage was there before, or that I must have left the windows rolled down in the rain, which is impossible because 1) it's summer here in LA, and 2) this is my weekend car--it never gets driven in the rain. I just had my car detailed inside and out before I brought my car to them, so I'm 100% sure the damage wasn't there before. I contacted several other tint and auto upholstery shops who confirmed for me that yes, leather can be permanently damaged if too much water gets underneath it. Unfortunately, the only fix for this is replacement, and since bringing this to their attention, Audio Motorsports has continued to deny fault and has not offered any recourse. I understand that accidents happen, but blaming the customer is no way to run a business. Sorry, but I would not recommend them to anyone looking to tint their vehicle. read more

I originally had them put in one 12 inch sub just so I could have a little extra room in my trunk cause have have two little ones but definitely wanted something louder after a month or so. I just recently purchased a 2004 Sequoia that still had the factory installed radio on it and an aftermarket rear entertainment system that didn't work. I desperately wanted to upgrade the in car audio/video experience. I'm glad I decided to check one last place. Not only were Tony and Zack knowledgeable, but they made me feel welcome and not once did I feel like they were just going in for a sale. Got the ceramic tint done for all windows besides the windshield, and smoked my tail lights. They gave me a pretty good price even though I haggled for a bit (it's just what you do). Quality of work was fast and excellent. There were no bubbles, folds, or dust. I was lucky to get an appointment right after work and they were able to get the entire job done in 2 hours. I really appreciated that they stayed a little bit overtime on a Friday to get the job done that day instead of having me come back next week. The staff was friendly and did not BS any information that I researched before. In fact, they explained everything possible. They also texted me up to date information on my car while I was home. UPDATE! Like any other places, it is a business and it sometimes difficult to see if one is actually helping you out or in it for the business. After deciding to finance the radio system I specifically asked Nick, "So when I apply for financing or if we check to see what options are there, it won't hurt my credit right?" Nick said, "No, it will only be a soft inquiry." Next thing I know, they ran my credit and I got approved for a "small" financing option where 3 days later, my credit report showed it as a hard inquiry and took a huge hit! The day after I installed the radio system, the antenna radio was cutting off. I was like, "this is weird. It shouldn't be doing that." Radio sound kept cutting in and out when I drive. So I went back and they said that it's an old antenna and I need to replace it with an aftermarket antenna. That's odd. I had an aftermarket Bluetooth radio before the Pioneer and the radio worked fine. Wonder why sound is cutting off. Also, the Pioneer series have HD Radio, so I'm actually suppose to receive better audio quality. Truth be told, they wanted to charge me like an extra $60 for the amplified antenna. Anyway, because of unfortunate events, I'm left with this mess. The only reason why I updated this review to 3 stars is because the installation they do is still pretty neat. I just felt like I was taken advantage of due to my age (I'm 24). Most businesses these days pry to the younger generation and appeal to their wants and emotions. I learned my lesson the hard way, consider all of your options and don't get pressured into purchases. read more

I came in on Saturday morning (2/17/18) to look for a replacement for my stock car radio. Immediately after walking in I was assisted by AJ who ended up driving the same car as me. I let him know my situation of how I felt about my car radio and he clearly broke down everything I needed to know within a couple of minutes. AJ also showed me the inside of his car and how I could expect the finished job to look like. AJ broke down the pricing, what needs to be done and how long it was going to take. They didn't have the double din in stock but they took the time to pick it up from a dealer to ensure I had it done by today.
