Drove to their shop to inquire about getting my car audio upgraded. Tony and Fred are very nice and professional in regards to what unit I should get base on my needs (apple carplay) and retain wheel controls. They installed my unit system the same day ( Just came as a walk in) which is so cool of them. Next day as I was audio tuning my car, I can't seem to hear the bass and also the back rear speakers sounds like its cracking so I drove back to the shop for them to check it out. After some diagnosis, they fixed the cracking sounds on my rear speakers and agreed to have a subwoofer installed which absolutely made my car sounds amazing! Mind you Im not an expert when it comes to being an audiophile but they made sure that I get the sound that I want from my car and they delivered! I got my windows tinted and i cannot be more happy. They did an excellent job and am planning on coming back for more stuff. I recommend having a ride to drop you off and pick you up because it takes about 3 hours to get the windows done. It is a first come first serve basis so can get busy. They sell a wide range of products which is great. They offer 5%, 15%, and 35% tint. I would've liked to have 20% or 25% tint but whatever. Took the same car here to upgrade my old tint job that I got from Groupon. Since it was a Groupon tint, it started to peel and the quality started to get worse. I went yesterday to get a new radio for my civic. I didn't like the one that I had because it was too small. As soon as I go in the man shows me the features of a 10" radio, it was cool. He just showed me that screen to explain what CarPlay was but then he told me which screen to get for my car, he kept insisting I get the Sony brand. Before he even told me about the features of that radio he already wanted to go install it. I asked if I can see another one the two guys in the front said it wouldn't fit for my car. So I ended up going with the one he said, now after installation I don't like it. The touch screen is low quality, the rear camera also looks low quality and there's a bit of space between the actual screen and the frame which I don't like. The good thing was that they got it done under less time than they originally said. I will go back and try to change it for a better radio. read more

Tip: with Covid they are understaffed and have too much work. I was told they are booked two weeks out and once we got beyond discussing plug and play mods (e.g. wanting more than a head unit replaced, I wanted a security system and backup camera) he politely declined saying with the work load and resources they have he's not interested in complicated installs. Tip for when COVID passes: they don't do estimates via Yelp (or over the phone) even for plug and play mods, you'll have to drive to them to get an estimate. The "request a quote" option on Yelp for them is misleading, they'll just ask you to call and then when you do they'll tell you to bring your vehicle in. read more

Decided to come back to get my windows re tinted and again not disappointed at all! Super happy with the work that was done. Nothing was wrong with my original tints and after over 2 years they showed no signs of aging or bubbling. I had wanted to go a little darker this time and add windshield protection. Super happy with the results so far and can't wait to drive home after getting off work to no longer having the sun burn me up when it's facing me! Also not that big of a deal, before returning car make sure trash is thrown out that belongs to employees and at least a swipe with rag to not leave behind liquid surface spots. I have asked them to redo the tint job on my car because of fogging on the tints and peeling after just two months. They were dismissive and yet still use the pictures on their social media.
