You know they say customer service goes a long way and AJ and Audio MotorSport team definitely took care of me. I was badly in need to replace my aftermarket HID headlights that were going out. I found them on yelp due to their locale to my job and their high star rating: I messaged them on yelp and got a super quick reply to schedule an appointment from AJ himself to come by right after I got off work. When I got there he seen me pull up from inside the store and automatically knew who I was and clearly explained the process of replacing my cheap HID lights with high quality LED's. His workers and techs were also very welcoming and took the time to chat with me while I was waiting to get my led put in to my 2018 Subaru WRX. AJ himself made sure the install was clean and meticulously pointed out the warranty I will have with these LED. The install turned out very clean and the brightness was perfect. So I have been researching getting my tint done for the past month. Came in to AMS because of their past Yelp reviews and I was impressed. Freddi was really thorough in explaining the types of tints, the process, etc. There was no sales pressure and even suggested that I go home, research the Llumar & 3M tints they offered and watch their YouTube installation videos. Needless to say, I was back the next day to get my Audi tinted. I ended up going with the Llumar CTX ceramic film and it is being installed as I type this review. This shop is a totally scam . They ripped me off ,they charged me $800 to install two rear speakers on my classic mustang . I had the speakers with me . Yosephi convinced me to put an amplifier so I agreed . He charged me $800 to install 2 speakers and he added a cheap used amplifier on my car . It never sounded right . I took my car there 2 times , spoke with the owner and he told me to comeback again so he can make it right . When I went back there he wasn't t there and yosefphi asked me what I was doing there super aggressive ? He yelled at me saying my radio wasn't good . My radio is brand new , (he wanted more money for a new radio ). Making the story short , yosefi basically kicked me out of the shop . To the point one of his employees came after me trying to apologize and wanted to fix my radio . But again yosefi said no .if you care for your money and want to be treated like we all should with respect . Do not go to the audio motor sport. My 2004 Volvo XC90 T6 AWD OEM radio broke and needed a facelift w/ technological advances like touchscreen, bluetooth, etc...I planned on a DIY to install a brand new double din radio and installation kit that I had purchased from a major retailer but upon my research it is not easy at it seems, even the retailer didn't want to attempt it. Bought a dash cam and wanted it hard wired to my car's electrical system. Actually, this camera mounts on the windshield, behind the rear view mirror. Easy enough, but the wiring must be fished behind all the cabin trim (which contains air bags and other wiring) and attached to the cars electrical system. WAY too much for me, so I took the car here. I'm a certified geezer, and the staff here are all relatively young, but from the moment I stepped through the door, I felt that I was among friends. They were very patient and explained how it was going to be done and how it would look when finished. The price was completely reasonable considering the effort, and now you'd think that the camera was original equipment - a totally crisp and clean installation. Definitely recommended! read more

We've been going here to get our tint done and it was nice. But, this time around I got a SUV and went here to get it tinted. They gave us a discount for the ceramic one since we've been going here.. after a few days I noticed A LOOOOOOT of bubbles, hairs, not only on one window but for ALL THE WINDOWS. We went back after 3days so they can see it and fix it but they said to come back after two weeks because we won't see the result in 2weeks.. so, then we came back again on Saturday, and they told us to go back again on Tuesday so they can have the tools to fix it.. LONG STORY SHORT. THEY JUST MADE IT WORSE! THE MONEY THAT WE PAID FOR IS NOT WORTH IT EVEN AFTER FOR A DISCOUNT!!
