The current phone I purchased in Las Vegas right at the start of COVID after I lost my phone at a tradeshow. I was also roped into buying a tablet which I never use and my bill skyrocketed between making payments on the new phone as well as multiple lines, etc. It was a typical cell phone rip-off. I visited the T-Mobile on Wilshire Blvd off Third and was greeted to an empty store of sales associates looking to sell someone something. The girl who was "helping me" was intent in convincing to just purchase a new phone for another $50 per month for two years and she said I had no insurance which was strange as well. I decided to leave and see what can be done to fix what I have since two years old is not ancient and it was in disrepair physically because I neglected the device. The actual cost of a new phone with interest was like $1200 and I just don't trust these people who work in phone stores. They act like used car sales people and need to be avoided at all costs. I visited one repair shop which wanted to charge me over $400 which sounded insane so I decided to visit the DROP SMASH FIX location at 1708 Ocean Park Boulevard and I'm glad I did! I had gotten an estimate for the same work here which was roughly $270 and once a part arrived it could take two hours to repair. While the part took a couple of days, I couldn't be happier and satisfied in avoiding that hell known as T-MOBILE and the people at DROP SMASH FIX were competent, friendly and willing to help me without trying to rip me off! It was a seamless process and I'm actually shocked how well things went! My phone appears brand new with the glass replaced on both sides as well as the side button was fixed and replaced. The phone is working great and they even replaced the SIM card for me. I could not be happier and my monthly cell bill will remain the same as there was no need to purchase yet another phone. I have a SAMSUNG Note and I prefer this product to any APPLE I-phone. The phone number is 310-526-7704 and either in-person or one the phone the service is trusting and competent. They will treat you respect and not push you into a purchase you probably don't need unless you're one of these people who need the latest model on the market. Had it not been for the fact that I had little time to turn the phone back into the carrier (with a working/flawless screen) I'd have asked them to fix it, but time didn't allow that. They could have at least tested the phone by turning it on. Also, I was awaiting a call to tell me the work was done, which I never got and had to call myself to ask.

I have several versions of the Samsung Z fold. Each device has experienced the black out screen which defeats the purpose for get ting the phone. Each time I have gone to this location and received amazing help. I want to especially give a 10 thumbs up for this experience. Recently, after some confusion with a resubmitted claim and another location, I called uBreakiFix Marina Del Rey and immediately felt reassured. They confirmed they had the part and welcomed me in late afternoon, even though they close at 6:00 p.m. I arrived around 3:30-3:45, left my phone for a couple of hours, stepped nearby, got a pedicure and came back to a fully repaired phone. and a pleasant your phone is ready attitude. They did not act as if it was an inconvenience that clock out time was coming shortly. They were excited that I was excited. I appreciate that. Big shout-out to *Santos *and *Sean*--both were friendly, professional, and genuinely kind, especially considering it was late in the day. They made the whole process stress-free.     Amazing customer service from Damaris at the front office to Rudy, the printer specialist…read more Unfortunately my movers did not read the "this side up" on my printer box and had it on its side without me noticing until a day later. Everything printed came out pink and yellow. Signal was recommended by the Brother printer website for repairs and after reading great reviews, I contacted them. Their professionalism was remarkable because Damaris did not hesitate to recommend a competitor if I needed an immediate repair because their printer tech Rudy was out I'll. I preferred to wait 3 days and I'm so glad I did! Rudy came to my door to pick up at exactly the scheduled time, I got a call 2 days later with the entire prognosis as well as recommendations for a later maintenance (they did not push for any additional service). Upon delivery a day later, Rudy stayed to show me that everything worked and printed out the entire maintenance report. I highly recommend then for any of your computer needs.

You can trust them with your data AND your business. My System76 machine developed an issue in the LCD controller board out of warranty. Signal Electronics found an OEM part, ordered it, and installed in about 8 days between Christmas and the first days of January. When it turned out that the replacement part had a spec of dirt obscuring some pixels (which I thought were dead), they ordered a replacement free of charge. When the replacement was the wrong size (wrong part!), they sent it back and ordered from a new supplier. I picked up the machine today and the screen is PERFECT. So yeah -- if you need to fix your PC, Mac, or Linux machine -- these are the droids you're looking for :)

    Well, my friend Jenny's laptop and iPad were no longer charging and 3 places couldn't fix them…read more However, one place recommended MY TECH WORLD. I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... She felt confidence in Pascal. He said he could fix the issues and he did!!! Bravo to a person of integrity and mad skills! Highly recommended!

As soon as MyTechWorld opened, I called and spoke to Paskal who quickly cleaned my laptop and let me know what the damage was. He explained prior to the cleaning the possibilities + costs (motherboard replacements, keyboard, etc.). He called me a couple hours later to let me know the damage was minimal and only a keyboard replacement was needed. I was able to get my laptop back basically brand new the next afternoon. He was so kind and informative. Easy to talk with. Would 100% recommend coming here.
