I have been coming here for years and I've only had good experiences with Audreys salon, I recommend it!

Audrey was excellent on cutting and styling my hair, and styling my daughter's hair. We went to the Andrea Bocelli concert that evening, so we wanted great hair for the event. Her daughter and a coworker did pedicures and our nails, and that was excellent as well. They know what they are doing and I could not have been happier. Audrey even made a reservation for my daughter and I to eat next door when we finished and were short on time. Highly recommend Audrey and her salon! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First of all, I called the salon 15 mins before it had opened at 9am and Audrey said I can come in right away and she'll cut me. So I was excited because all I wanted was a subtle A-line bob... they look so good! I get there and immediately she's cutting my hair (it was a little bit wet and dry, I had just showered, put it in a pony and had gone) she was spraying a little bit of water but she was still cutting extremely fast and wasnt paying attention! It was terrifying. At the end, I was left with a bob, short in the front and long in the back, which is exactly what I didn't want. She charged me $20 and was constantly saying how good it looked. I could barely understand her broken English and she didn't understand what I wanted. I tip her $10 thinking it'll look good cause she said when I straighten it it'll look fabulous. My boyfriend never notices when something is wrong with my hair or makeup but RIGHT AWAY he was like "is one side of your hair longer than the other?" And I was like "oh no, I put a wave on this side let me check" and I went to check and was like "omg he's right" so I rush to another salon and this woman is laughing at how horrible the cut was. She charged 15... for a perfect cut. I gave her 15 + 10= $25. This woman here? $30. Don't go. I can't believe I payed $30. I feel like shit and I've got no more hair. read more

Where do I even begin? Ok- well this is my third and last time I will EVER be going to this salon. I only went to Audrey because I liked her conditioning treatment and thought she would trim my hair an inch or two like I had asked previously. It was completely different this time. It was a DISASTER. I asked for her to trim my hair (that was a little below my chest line) a couple inches so that I can make it feel and look healthy again. Well, Audrey apparently does not know math because when I asked for a FEW meaning like THREE inches, she took it to herself, while chatting with her dog that wouldn't come inside, and managed to trim my long, lengthy hair into almost a freaking BOB. She cut more than 10 inches off. I was beside myself. I also have thin hair and what did she do? She made it thinner by using thinner trimmers! My hair is SO uneven and I cried the entire way home. Oh and I forgot to mention- the bib she put around my neck, looked like it had a jizz stain on it-DISGUSTING. I am never coming back and instead of her listening to the client about what he or she wants, she takes it upon herself to give you what she thinks looks good. I will definitely be going back to my old Salon and not waste my money here EVER again. read more

I have been coloring my hair red on my own for years now. I have long, thick, curly hair. When it looks good, it looks great. But when it looks bad, it looks horrible. In the last year or so, my color seems to fade within a week or two of application. So I finally decided it was time to get some professional service. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I found Audrey's through Groupon. Audrey was totally accommodating. She listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted. We all know red is the trickiest color to get exactly right, but Audrey nailed it. when she was finished, both of us were beaming over how radiant my hair looked. This is the worst haircut i have ever had. Audrey was awful! All she wanted was faster do her job and get me away from there. First, when she started cutting my hair there was a long blond hair everywhere, she did not clean the seat after the previous customer. and everytime she wad like 'thats it! finished! what the 'ell??? and i had to show her all the time what to do!! and at the end she told me 'if you dont like me dont come'. Customer service is 0 out of 100! will never come here again!!!!!! and i feel i need another haircut after her job immediately! read more

This is my first time reviewing anything and it's only to warn people from purchasing the groupon for a mani/pedi. I Bought a groupon then walked in because the yelp site for this salon says walk ins welcome and then got told that they're booked until the next week so I called a few times trying to book an appt with no answer or call back and then finally got through to someone who wasn't at the store, who didn't have very much info and told me to call back later so I did and I didn't get anyone to answer again until a few days later/ today and got told that the next appt they have is next month because there's only one girl working?? I wish I knew all this before purchasing the groupon because i would've definitely not have bought it if I knew appts had to be made an entire month before hand. Complete waste of money since I won't even be in LA and who even schedules manis an entire month before?? I don't mean to sound like a princess and I'm sure they've got a full plate but this is not a very effective way to deal with customers and it's pretty frustrating to spend so much energy on just trying to get a simple mani/pedi ! I got my hair highlighted by Audrey today and I'm very happy! She suggested a lighter color than what I had been doing and worked with the texture of my hair so it would look good how I usually style it. Prices are reasonable, not cheap. Audrey definitely knows her stuff and she cares, too - she was really happy with her work after she was done with my hair which I thought was very endearing! And she's really nice. I will definitely go here again! read more

Totally impressed!! I have gotten some pretty mediocre hair cuts and color jobs, paying way too much money, in both West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. I decided to try someone near me with affordable pricing. Finally, a fantastic cut and color. I went from brunette, w/ highlights, to blond for the first time in years - and I love it!! Audrey took one look at me and recommended an ash blond (something I've been telling colorists for years when I go in for highlights, but am consistently ignored and often ending up w/ Garfield orange, making my skin look grey). She nailed the color, and for so much less than I usually pay. Not to mention, I have a load of hair but very thin and difficult to cut, and I LOVE my haircut! Go here, esp if you want a very reasonable rate and a really good colour! I had a full head of highlights and have had my fair share of bad experiences! Audrey took so much time and care to get my hair perfect and thorough, every strand and right to the tip with a very natural look. Audrey is the best - I have been a return customer for many years. Audrey knows what she is about with a pair of scissors and knows how to fit a cut to your facial features and your purpose, whether business, casual or a cut that accomplishes both. My adult daughter also gets her hair cut here and schedules her appointments to coincide with trips home from college. Also, Audrey is a great person to chat with during your time in the chair. I have thick hair and Audrey is the only hairdresser that I will go to. I found her a few years ago through the moms at my daughter's school. They all said that they would never go to anyone else. The day before my daughters graduation, we had tried to color her hair at home and turned her hair bright yellow. We called Audrey the next morning and she was able to fix it so that those graduation pictures looked amazing. Appointments are easy and Audrey will always listen and has great recommendations too.
