She pays attention to the cakes's structure, scale, presentation, taste and the most certain characteristics that make the cakes unbelievably realistic. And it's with cake and fondant. My girlfriend has a serious sweet tooth, so she don't need much pressure to try someone's cake. I contacted Audrey's Specialty Cakes with only one day of noticed and just in time to pickup my order up before her Birthday. I decided to go with a specialty picture cake which came with all the bell and whistles including the colors of her Ethiopian flag. Audrey's marble / chocolate cake was a big sensation. The cake was so delicious and look so awesome it exceeded our expectations. This is the type of cake that you only devour once in a while because it's looks so good and taste so rich. Audrey was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! She was quick to respond and answer all my questions. We decided on butter pecan for the bottom layer and vanilla for the top and they were both amazing but the butter pecan was out of this world!! Probably the best cake I've ever had. The decorations were beautiful, she did such a good job of matching the inspiration picture I sent her. It turned out even better than I imagined. Pickup was quick and easy. Audrey exceeded all of my hopes for this delectable, beautiful cake. I co-hosted a bridal shower for a bookworm, so our theme was "The Next Chapter." The vision was for a book shaped cake with the bride and groom's birth flowers, and not only did Audrey bring it to life, she enhanced it with her creativity, skill, and dedication to her craft. Underneath the design was the most delicious cake and icing I've ever enjoyed (flavors modeled after white almond wedding cake), and everyone else at the shower raved as well, including the bride. Our daughter and son-in-law were having a "gender reveal" party for their baby and they had the sealed genetic test sent to me so I would know the baby's gender and I could order the cake.
