Found the atmosphere to be standard nothing special but nothing bad either. 6 out of 10 ( Very Clean) They have wonderful bagels as a selection. Ordered lox's and bagels. They were very good. 7 out of 10 Customer service was just satisfactory. Nobody went out of their way to do something extra or special. The weight staff, server, sandwich makers were not friendly you're not inviting. And extremely slow. 6 out of 10. I asked for my bagels to be on everything bagels and they failed to do so., accuracy of order 5 out of 10, once I got home and I realized the mistake. I called the restaurant. Brueggers is always one of my favorite go-to bagel places. The best bagels in town, hands down. Highly recommended if you want a good bagel.

I was really looking forward to trying Bruegger's for the first time, but unfortunately, I left without placing an order due to how my family and I were treated by the staff. When I approached the counter, I simply asked the woman behind it if you offered kids' bagels. She responded with, "No... definitely don't have any of those," in a tone that felt unnecessarily dismissive. Despite the awkward start, my partner suggested we just order a ham and cheese or peanut butter and jelly bagel for our son. However, before we could place the order, she walked away without a word. Another employee came to assist us, and I ordered a peanut butter and jelly on a plain bagel for my son. I then asked for the Turkey Chipotle for myself but noted that I couldn't see where the bagel options were listed, as the food shield obstructed my view. The employee responded with, "They're UNFORTUNATELY listed RIGHT HERE," while gesturing behind him in a clearly sarcastic and condescending manner. I had to step forward and stand on my tiptoes to even see the options--only to be further put off by what looked like poor-quality bagels. I responded by saying, "Well, you all seem to be in a bad mood, so just never mind... who even speaks to someone that way," and I left. I understand that things can get stressful behind the counter, and I don't know what might've been happening before I arrived--but the way we were spoken to was uncalled for and left a very negative impression. There was very little flavor and no walnuts in the honey walnut spread. In both cases the cream cheese was minimal.. barely enough to cover the bagel with a fine coating. My wife and I went there today and got bagels for us and the kids. I must say we were very disappointed. The first thing you notice is that the restaurant is very clean and looks good. The workers hustle and there is a long line. No problems here at all. However, the food is not good. My wife and I both had egg and cheese on a bagel and unfortunately both were LOADED with salt. So much so that the food was not edible. Why would they put so much salt, and any for that matter, in my eggs? My kids had bagels, one with butter and one with cream cheese. Both said the bagels were good, but not amazing. I guess the problem is with the egg/cheese sandwich. I urge them not to put any salt on the sandwich unless somebody asks for it. People can always salt to their liking, but once it is on the sandwich it is too late. read more

The bagel was amazing, but staff were rude to us. The gentleman checking us out said that if you don't tip he's going to make you wait, so I tipped 15%. My daughter tipped 25% and they brought hers out to her and she ordered after me. I went to the counter and my order was just sitting there off to the side. Driving back from Knoxville, my wife was getting hangry so we stopped here even though it's the least possible keto option. I've learned not to argue with Mrs. K and so here we are. I decided that if I was going to fall off the keto wagon, I was going to jump off with both feet and so I chose the Salmon bagel. Traveling, exited the highway to stop for lunch and landed here. COVID precautions in place - designated entrance and exit, tables spaced for social distancing, staff wearing masks. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had the Herby Turkey on an Asiago bagel, it was quite tasty. My husband had the Hot Pastrami and enjoyed it immensely. We chose the furthest out table which unfortunately had obviously not been wiped down since the last use. My husband and I both needed to use the facilities. I ended up leaving the bathroom unused, there were three toilets - the seat on one was broken, one was full of urine and toilet paper and the other had T.P. and poo in it. read more

Most of the staff is friendly and nice here I would drive 20 minutes to go the one on Merriman before I came here again. There is no option to online order, but they will not honor the online order discounts. The girl at the counter was very rude about it and still has not gotten me a manager to speak to about it. Today was my final straw with this particular location. Everything, I go in there the counter is filthy at the register. Today, it was early, an employee behind the counter walked by and accidentally hit the tray that they toast the bagels on. It landed on the floor. She said oops and apologized to the man preparing orders. Neither one of them took it to be cleaned. The manager LARS, came over to ring up my order. I told him what happened. He had me repeat it. He says to me, oh they need to be cleaning that anyway. I waited, and he also left the tray on the counter and also didn't take it in the back to be cleaned. The oven is broke so they get their bagels from another location so they aren't as fresh and they are out of bagels. They say the oven takes 6 months to order due to guess what "c19". Ate here with a large group around 10:30am on a Saturday morning and we were lucky to come in when there was no line and plenty of tables! Staff was so friendly and the bagels are SO good! I love cream cheese and always order my bagels with extra, but they're isn't a whipped cream cheese like Einstein's or Panera so a little actually goes a long way! I also had the SEC sandwich on an everything bagel, it was delicious! I actually added a thin layer of my extra cream cheese to it and it was very yummy! Bagels are fresh and toasted perfectly.
