I went here on the day if you have their app, you get a complimentary pretzel. That truly was a nice bonus but they asked me to come back because they had no plain pretzels ready. So I came back in 10 minutes and I got my pretzel. I did add mustard to it and it was nice to have. The lady serving me at the check out counter today was incredibly rude. I don't understand how people like that maintain a job. She was snotty, gave me attitude, and discriminated against me because of the color of my skin. When walking away, another worker there was giving me attitude. I was always taught to be respectful when talking to other people, it is OBVIOUS that these individuals were not. I dont recommend getting a snack here unless you want to deal with the unprofessionalism that some of the employees have here. Therefore, I give this buisness at this location a 1 star review. I would give them ZERO if that was an option. I refuse to waste my money here again and I advise others to spare their money as well. I did have to wait a few minutes for my pretzel because it was still in the oven, but that was not an issue because I love when it is fresh. There's something nostalgic about getting pretzels at the mall. Totally reminds me of my dad. Growing up it was always a must to stop by the pretzel vendor before shopping. Auntie Anne's has 2 locations at Town Center Mall. A kiosk right outside Macy's and a larger location in the food court. Pretzels are freshly baked, brushed with real butter, salted and served hot. They do offer a few sweet pretzels, a spicy jalapeño and other variations. You can always add a cheese or marinara dip. Whoever the woman working the register on Friday 8/8/25 at 4:50 PM took my money. I ordered one order of the cinnamon bites she said $8.80 or something like that. I handed her a $20 bill and she handed me back $1.00 and change. I asked how much was it? And she said 8 something I said I gave you a $20 she said you gave me a $10. I did not have a $10 in my wallet. I repeated I gave you a 20 and she said repeated, you gave me a 10. I go to both of the locations in this mall whenever going to my favorite stores. Here's the deal--I went to the location closest to the Apple Store. I always get a small original cup for $7.99. I never finish it. This location only had the large original cup for $9.99. That's way too much food for me. After she told me she can't put it in a smaller cup, I walked over to the larger location in the mall by the food court. I went through the same thing there! No small cup, only large. I questioned the attendant about not having a smaller size and she just laughed and said, "yea, I don't know" and shrugged her shoulders. She then told me it's blocked out in the computer so she can't even ring it up if she wanted to. What is going on Auntie Anne's? This seems extremely fishy. read more

Having lived in the northeast for most of my life, and being of German heritage, soft pretzels have always been on my radar for a hot and delicious snack. This branch of Auntie Annie's is located in the Town Center Mall food court. Lots of seating available next to the store and it was quite clean. Mediocre bathroom available next to Forever 21. Staff was grumpy as hell and not customer service forward which was disappointing. As for the goods, Auntie Annie's wouldn't be my first choice for pretzels, but where else can you get a soft pretzel in the Boca area? I have no idea. Anyway, my kids love this place and destroyed 3 cups. But as the one forking over the money though, I have to say that 3 pretzels for $22+ bucks is highway robbery. I don't care how good they may be In the end 3 stars from me. Not a bad spot, but there are some notable downsides. Food: 4/5 stars, really good. Atmosphere: 4/5 stars, clean tables, lots of seating. I was shopping at Macy's and it was getting late and I was tired and hungry. I remembered there was pretzel place close to Macy's so I figured on just getting a snack and having dinner once I got home. I waited on line and there were four people ahead of me. Twenty five minutes later it was finally my turn! I can't understand why the line didn't move; it's pretzels~not made to order sandwiches or anything. I love cocktail franks (pigs in a blanket) so when I saw them I knew they would be my dinner. I went with the six piece mini dogs and they were good even though they were not Hebrew National. They weren't bad at all. The pretzel dough was salty so I jumped back in line for a bottle of water. This time there was only one person ahead of me! Between the water and the mini dogs I paid close to ten dollars. Not terrible but the six mini hot dogs became my dinner because I was stuffed. Would I order them again? If I was shopping in Macy's and hungry I would consider it. Not the best quality hot dog but for what it was, it was good and hit the spot. I was full all night too. This was an aggravating few minutes, I'll tell ya that. Listen, I love Auntie Anne's in general. Give me that buttery pretzel with that almond sauce and a lemonade and my day is made. I also love the mini pretzels that are rolled in cinnamon- the freaking best you guys, but this location- aye yi yi... So all I wanted was an iced tea because I was thirsty. The kid who waited on me was blown away by my height that it literally knocked him back a step- more funny than anything. I ordered my drink, he danced his way over and began pouring the drink. Then be began yelling to his friend who worked in the kiosk next door. Actually yelling over to him. What he was saying, I'm not sure, because it wasn't English- it could have been about me or about how much he loves working at Auntie Anne's, I dunno... but either way it was constant. It was repetitive and it was pretty freaking annoying. He comes back to the register, still yelling at his friend. All the while I have my money out. He (while still talking to the person) puts his hand out, I give him three dollars. He looks down and says, "it's $3.73". GOOD LORD THAT'S A LOT OF MONEY FOR AN ICE TEA. Is this Sbux??? No wonder when you look this place up it has $$$$. So I dug through my wallet to pay for an iced tea which had essentially zero ice in it, but I my goodness I'm gonna drink every last drop because that iced tea could have got me two gallons of gas almost at that rate. They didn't have any full size pretzels and refused to make them saying they were told only to make them upon order. All fine with that I suppose I get the intention. Asked to return in 5-7 minutes, we did. They forgot to make the order along with several others ordered in that timeframe. Asked to return in 7-10 minutes. Came back 5 minutes later and they gave our order to someone else even though the other guests were telling them it was the wrong person. Instead the lady yelled at the guests telling them this random person was me and would get the first order. A different cashier arrived in this time and proceeded to scold me for staying by the counter. Saying I should come back to get the order. Fat chance girlfriend, not letting yet another mishap occur, clearly it's a trend here. Original cashier did not apologize, only made excuses. Ultimately a 30 minute wait for something that should have been a quick stop. She gave us 2 pretzels in an attempt to make up for it. Whenever you go to the mall you have to stop for pretzels. Did you even go to the mall if you didn't?! This is a nice location because it's not too deep into the food court so it's great just to pass by and pick up what you want. We got 2 orders of the pretzel bites with lemonade. The lemonade was super super sweet. I was not prepared for that-- but it was still good. I got the plain pretzel and my fiancé got the almond ones. Both were super good especially with the dipping cheese. Can't go wrong. Overall good pretzels in a great location. This place was just awful. The food and service was terrible. The woman that took our order had poor customer service skills. She didn't greet customers and she looked like she was doing people a favor. She looked mad and didn't even utter a word. We ordered the mini pretzel hotdogs, almond pretzel and a lemonade. The pretzel and mini hot dogs where all over cooked and burnt! We would have given them zero stars but at least the lemonade was good. Always love to stop by this stand in the mall for a deliciously baked pretzel. It's impossible to miss, as it always catches me on my way out from Macy's. On a hot day, I love to sip on a cold lemon-flavored slushie. My favorite are the cinnamon pretzel bites which are chopped up pieces of a cinnamon pretzel. Not to mention, the pretzel dogs (hot dog wrapped in a baked pretzel) come with jalapenos and also make for an amazing snack.
