Catering service for individually wrapped pretzels
    Sherryl I.

Every year on National Pretzel Day, our office celebrates by catering a huge assortment of hot pretzels. They are individually wrapped in foil packets, brought in boxes labeled by flavor. With so many varieties to choose from, it's tempting to try more than one! I always start with a PEPPERONI PRETZEL to satisfy my savory snack craving, then grab a SWEET ALMOND PRETZEL for dessert. With a warm, soft, freshly-baked texture, they're always such comforting treats. Location is on Level 1 of the Westfield Topanga Mall, along Topanga Canyon between Victory & Vanowen.

    Plain unsalted pretzel

I came here to see what all the hype was about, because my friend was raving about how Auntie Anne's is way better than Wetzel's. So I got a plain unsalted pretzel to compare. No comparison, man. The Auntie Anne's pretzel was big and skinny, kind of rubbery, very oily, and quite tasteless. I guess if you don't doctor it up with all the powders and sauces, the pretzel itself isn't anything special. Now Wetzel's on the other hand... is huge and fat and fluffy and chewy, with a rich, buttery taste. And that was the PLAIN original one without salt, too. Mmm... The only good thing here is that the pretzels here are cheaper (mine only cost $3.59), but I guess you get what you pay for... which is an inferior soft pretzel. At least it was warm. And they have a rewards program, so I got coupons and my next pretzel is free. And you can download an app to scan your card for more perks. But what's the benefit of getting perks for mediocre pretzels?? :P

    Garlic pretzel

Yummy goodness! Always enjoy their pretzels. (When I eat carbs!! Lol) Great pretzels and great service! Had a garlic pretzel with cheese sauce. I love the dough. It's super fresh and super tasty. The price is right and the line was perfect! Would def recommend and will be back! My one complaint is that my pretzel was a bit salty. But, I almost wanna say it's worth it. Lol love this place.

Terrible customer service ! Rude staff. Asked " mini dogs" and got coke. Asked more napkins , the girl said we already have in bag . We'll never stop here.

Worst customer service ever. Workers hate working there and the products sold was old.

This is a huge auntie Ann's compared to some others I've been to. Got a pizza pretzel for free as part of their rewards program. Score!

Long ago I've come to grips that my favorite option, Combo #6, is no longer available and has to be built piecemeal but now I find that my other favorite, Pastrami Grilled Cheese, seems to have been discontinued. Dang... The cheeseburger was okay but seems smaller than I remembered. Tasted good but visually underwhelming for $8.20. The pastrami burger, albeit quite expensive, is a taste sensation; really liked it. The pastrami seemed a bit dry but on a burger that is okay. The funniest part is my dining partner's reaction to the fries. His first comment was quizzical if not a bit disgusted, "why is the bag so brown; is that grease?" and then followed by surp[rised satisfaction and joy. The taste of the fries and the seasoning are exceptionally satisfying. For us, Friday definitely was FRY DAY!

I enjoyed the burger and fries the most. The fries were freshly cut, well seasoned and savory. Plenty of crisp bacon and tasty secret sauce in the burger. I was a little disappointed with the pastrami as I had high hopes after reading some of the reviews. The gyro was alright. Overall a good alternative to chain fast food burger joints.

We decided on Oi Asian which had great reviews, so why not. First off, let me say that there is plenty of parking, however, the parks are extremely narrow for some reason. It was a struggle to get in and out of the car due to the width of the parks smh. Anyway, once we got inside, there wasn't anyway at the register and after standing there for a while, I noticed the kiosk so unplaced my order there. There were only two cooks in the back. We placed our order and sat down. The place was clean but everything seemed like it was do it yourself. The boys were thirsty and there wasn't an option for water on the kiosk, so I called one of the cooks from the back to pay for a water and he rang me up. It was pretty rough in there. At one point I had to get up and grab my own fork by reaching over the counter. Once our food was ready, one of the cooks brought our food and I wasn't really feeling my meal, which was the dynamite crawfish bowl. I didn't like the sauce it came with. I just picked at the crawfish and left the rest. As for the boys meal, the fried chicken adobo bowl was REALLY good! I ended up eating theirs because my oldest son didn't like it, which was great for me lol. My youngest and I tore that bowl up. Anyway, the verdict is, I may search around for other options but I know that if I can't find anything else I can always grab a chicken adobo bowl but the service was pretty nonexistent. That chicken adobo bowl saved it. OOO 3 out of 5

That's what I usually get usually really good but the last time I had it made me throw up and then when I got home, it made me throw up again and I put their Yum Yum Yum sauce on it. The Yum Yum sauce tasted stale and it tasted like they haven't replaced it since the day before . Another thing that was happened is one time I asked for a plate and they got mad at me because I asked for plates and then I got their sushi and their sushi did not even taste like sushi at all. It just tasted like a plastic and fake and then I got there free teriyaki chicken and then when I ate it, there was barely any chicken in it at all. it was just only just a little bit of rice in it. It was just more noodles than chicken and rice.

A family member told us about this place and said he comes here regularly to pickup food, even when he doesn't walk through the mall. We were at the mall and hungry so it was a good opportunity to check it out. We tried a sample to be sure and it confirmed our decision to try it out. I got a chicken and shrimp meal with fried rice and vegetables. Instead of fried rice, you could also get white rice or noodles. After paying you have to wait a little bit for them to heat up the food. It's a big portion, more than I could have for one meal, and it's really delicious! We got the shrimp lightly seasoned with the sauce so it wouldn't be too sweet. It was good but I liked the chicken more. I would totally come back here again and pickup food, even when I'm not shopping. The nice thing too is they have a stamp card and it's only 5 meals until you get one free. I'll definitely be here again!
