A standout favorite for this spot is that they give you blankets when you sit outside which (in my opinion) should be a standard in restaurants with outdoor seating. Our waiter was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the menu, which is always great when dining with my boyfriend who is known to order whatever is most recommended. We started with the spaetzle (which will be replacing my current go-to mac and cheese order) and then had the Frankfurter Schnitzel and the Jägerschnitzel. Everything was tasty and cooked to perfection! We had to order the Schokokuchen for dessert which was incredible, rich, chocolatey, and the perfect end to the meal. The Rt 17 location has a neat Filipino Fusion restaurant inside called Bok Choy Boy, also excellent. They have another property with a dog friendly beer garden. Beers on tap are available in 5, 10, or 16 oz. Prices are reasonable, way better than Trillium. Service for both the bar and restaurant were outstanding. My only complaint is they their swag sucks.
