    That's a dang good deal
    Robin P.

This place is just terrific! The owner, Gary, is just as nice as can be. He has so much charisma and is fun to talk to. These pretzels are just ridiculous. If you get one already in the case, they're crisp and very good, but he'll make you fresh pretzels if you prefer. The Dutch Almond Buggy Bites were the most wonderful thing. I don't care for coconut, but these bent the rules and were just amazing, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Even the lemonade is outstanding. We live close to Fort Worth, but we'll be back because Gary's pretzel shop is clean, the food is delicious, and the owner is nice as can be. You have to stop in here when you're in the Grandscape area.

We love this Ben's and Gary. My son Sal loves the cheese dip, but what's going on in their bathroom?

Best pretzels ever!!! Loved the everything dog! It's so buttery and has cheese inside!

Raw inside. Cold outside. Very little salt.

Visited the Grandscape store, expecting an amazing pretzel. It wasn't crowded. Me and a friend were the only ones in there. Ordered a regular salted soft pretzel to go. Upon arriving to my car and starting to head home I reached in my bag to have a bite of my pretzel. It was cold. Had barely an salt, and worst of all it was raw inside. It had not even been baked through. If you truly want a pretzel try somewhere else. This place is not worth it

Soft, hot and delicious! Plain pretzel !

As the name implies their pretzels are SOFT and are in my opinion the BEST! I absolutely love a soft and delicious pretzel and this place is one of the best that I have tasted in the area. I am very happy to have found this place! Their pretzels are made fresh, daily right in front of your eyes! I have referred quite a few of my friends to this place and none were ever disappointed! One of my friends bought two pretzels, one for herself and one for her husband and ended up "accidentally" eating his as well! Needless to say she had to go back and get another one for her husband. When she told me about it all she could say was, "they were so soft"! They are that good!

The service was awesome, they let us try the almond bites and suggested some good pairings. The only downside, aka. The three stars, was that we got the old pieces probably because the food was not cycling out as quickly as on a busy day. We came by after dinner on Monday night btw. I'm pretty sure that if we came on a busier day it may have had a better experience...

I've occasionally had soft pretzels for decades and they were OK - never my top choice. And, then I had Ben's pretzels yesterday. They were far and away the best ones I've had, my wife agreed, and we will go back. The soft pretzel with pepperoni and cheese was soft, piping hot, and delicious. The Dutch almond pretzel bites were also excellent. The servers were very friendly, attentive and professional. I can highly recommend this place. It changed my view of soft pretzels.

Hands down the best pretzels I've ever had in my life!!!! Ben's pretzels is an absolute must to visit. First off, the manager Shon is amazing...he is so nice, personable, and great. The pretzels were so HUGE, soft, warm, and delicious. I had the original jumbo salt pretzel which was simply perfect, especially dipped in cheese, a jalapeño and cheese pretzel which was my favorite, the Dutch almond crunch with caramel drizzle which was the perfect dessert pretzel, cinnamon sugar pretzel sticks, and their fresh lemonade. They were all amazing! I can't wait to come back to the amazing staff and delicious pretzels.

Customer service: 100/5 The employees constantly checked on us while we waited for our pretzels. They continued to give us info on the time it would be ready. One gentleman even came and gave us two free lemonades and thanked us for our patience. Pretzel: 4/5 WHEN THEY SAY SOFT, THEY MEAN SOFT! These pretzels were so fluffy and chewy and soft! Definitely way better than your Aunti Anne's mall pretzel. We got the cinnamon sugar pretzel and the jalapeno cheddar pretzel bites (these weren't on the menu but the wonderful workers made it happen) Cinnamon Sugar The cinnamon sugar pretzel was good, but not the best. It was very light on the cinnamon sugar dust and I guess since all their pretzels have flakey salt on them, the salt kept getting in the way. It tasted more salty than sweet. Jalapeno Cheddar Tasted like a pizza! It would be really good with some marinara sauce, which I am pretty sure you can purchase there. Price: 3/5 We got two pretzels for almost $18, which is quite pricey. Given that the pretzels are bigger than your average pretzel and more filling. It was pretty pricey. Overall 4/5. I would return if I was craving pretzels. :) Definitely try this place out, the employees work really hard to make sure you are a satisfied customer! :)

Overpriced soft pretzels, who have an iPad asking for a tip after staff literally hands you a pretzel. Not worth it.

The food was amazingly good--one of the best italian places I've had in a while. Our service was subpar. We were a group of 5 people all around the age of 23-24, and it seemed like our server just assumed that made all his shortcomings okay because he tried to act kind of bro-like with us. There were multiple periods of time where we were left alone for anywhere from 10 minutes to 40. It took us a LONG time to get our food even though we were one of maybe 4 parties in the restaurant. One friend got told they were out of something, ordered something else, and the waiter went, "that's a joke, right?" and told him they were out of that too. His entree came out almost a full 30-40 minutes after the rest of ours so he just packed it up to-go. Only a halfhearted apology that everything was taking so long and no type of compensation. The food was good enough that I would go back to try again since partner and I live in the area. But i really hope we don't get this guy as our server again.

Spaghetti Bolognese, Spicy Chicken Sauté & a vegetarian platter. Had an Italian eaten the spaghetti bolognese, he would have jumped off a cliff. The meat chunks were big & there must have been a max of 2 tablespoons of meat in the whole dish. The spicy chicken sauté was tough & rubbery. Both the dishes were made from a can of tomato sauce. No flavor in any dish. The vegetarian platter had some frozen falafels that were deep fried & served with the same 2 dips & some rice. The cheekiest part was the waiter add a 20% gratuity to the bill. I would never go back or recommend anyone go there.

This wasn't black polish, but whatever it was it looked scary, and not hygienic! The mushroom Alfredo pasta was just okay! The large oversized sliced portobello mushrooms thrown on top of the pasta just didn't present well, and not to mention that my salad had a piece of black hair in it...by the way my hair is blonde. When it comes to food, presentation is everything, even down to the person serving you your food and drinks. I know we live in a society where, sadly, it seems like anything goes, but I think restaurants need to maintain higher standards than a fast food place. Don't get me wrong, even fast food places should do the same! Final note: I just can't get over being served by Dracula, even though he was very nice!

I particularly liked the bruschetta because it was quite different from a traditional bruschetta. It came with roasted cherry tomato and house-made ricotta on one, and roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprout leaves and crushed hazelnut on the other. I really enjoyed trying something a little different! The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka was also really good, with Italian sausage, crispy pancetta, shaved garlic, basil and Grana Padano. Service overall was great. Our waitress was super friendly and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we were happy with everything. The restaurant was buzzing when we visited for lunch on a Saturday, but there was still plenty of seating. It's nice and bright inside and located in a great area with plenty of parking. But this last Sunday evening, we decided to actually dine-in for the first time. The service was great, but let me get to the food because we ordered everything. We started with the cheese bread, which comes with the best marinara sauce. I can't say enough about that marinara. Then came the stuffed mushrooms which is my favorite thing on the menu. They came out, bubbling, hot and absolutely loaded with that amazing sauce. I was dunking the cheese bread straight into it. Next, we split the lobster ravioli, which is served on top of rigatoni. Yes it's pasta and pasta. And once again that great sauce that is similar to the mushroom sauce, rich and delicious. We devoured it way too fast. And if that wasn't enough, we also ordered a medium Margherita pizza. We asked them to cook it a little longer because we like that cheese well done. Tony's just makes an excellent pizza, but I especially like the margherita because their version comes with Greek olives. We couldn't finish it so they quickly boxed up the rest for us.
