Don't recommend driving over when they likely won't be there. No phone number to call either. Sticky floors, no signage inside, very messy and the presentation was not polished. It was what id expect in a less populated area or in a local establishment, definitely not a chain in a big city. Service was fine, but there were only 2 pretzels left (we had to choose between one of them or wait for a new batch - no timeline was provided). This place is just terrific! The owner, Gary, is just as nice as can be. He has so much charisma and is fun to talk to. These pretzels are just ridiculous. If you get one already in the case, they're crisp and very good, but he'll make you fresh pretzels if you prefer. The Dutch Almond Buggy Bites were the most wonderful thing. I don't care for coconut, but these bent the rules and were just amazing, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Even the lemonade is outstanding. We live close to Fort Worth, but we'll be back because Gary's pretzel shop is clean, the food is delicious, and the owner is nice as can be. I love pretzels so when I walked by Ben's I just had to try. Friendly service upon my entrance and when I inquired about the everything pretzel the nice gentleman told me one was in the oven and would be out shortly. My pretzel was hot and delicious, had the perfect amount of everything seasoning, I would have liked more butter but I just love butter. I also tried their Sriracha cheese to go with my pretzel, but I didn't really care for the taste. Great service and bomb pretzel, I'll be back. read more

As the name implies their pretzels are SOFT and are in my opinion the BEST! I absolutely love a soft and delicious pretzel and this place is one of the best that I have tasted in the area. I am very happy to have found this place! Their pretzels are made fresh, daily right in front of your eyes! I have referred quite a few of my friends to this place and none were ever disappointed! One of my friends bought two pretzels, one for herself and one for her husband and ended up "accidentally" eating his as well! Needless to say she had to go back and get another one for her husband. I've occasionally had soft pretzels for decades and they were OK - never my top choice. And, then I had Ben's pretzels yesterday. They were far and away the best ones I've had, my wife agreed, and we will go back. The soft pretzel with pepperoni and cheese was soft, piping hot, and delicious. We noticed this place on Too Good to Go and were going to be in the area so decided to try it since we are moving close to Grandscape. Ben's has new lifelong customers. We can't wait to come back and try all the flavors. Everyone was kind and the store was very clean. Even for TGTG the pretzel was incredibly warm, soft, perfectly salted, and flavorful. The pretzels were so HUGE, soft, warm, and delicious. I had the original jumbo salt pretzel which was simply perfect, especially dipped in cheese, a jalapeño and cheese pretzel which was my favorite, the Dutch almond crunch with caramel drizzle which was the perfect dessert pretzel, cinnamon sugar pretzel sticks, and their fresh lemonade. Even if you didn't go for drinks but you are hungry this is the spot. Great service and friendly. Small space to keep it flowing with customers and they offer military %. Finally made it to Ben's Soft Pretzels. Saying it was "WORTH THE WAIT" would be an understatement.... The hospitality displayed by the staff specifically Shawn & Sarai is worth 5* alone. The food was an added bonus, fresh, hot and soft pretzels with the sauces/flavors to match. We had the "Bites Sampler" **Secret Menu** which includes Cinnamon, Dutch Almond, Jalapeño, Sour Cream and Original. All worth the price of admission, my personal favorite was the Dutch Almond. I tried a traditional pretzel topped with garlic Parmesan and paired it with marinara sauce. It was delicious! The pretzel was warm and soft and everything I expected it to be. It was very satisfying for a quick grab-no-go bite. The only thing I would change would be to fill the little side cup of marinara sauce.
