The atmosphere is fantastic. The people, energy, truly one of a kind décor, and wonderfully unconventional menu all make the experience feel like much more than lunch. The staff was amazing, the food was very good, and the portions were generous. One wrap at our table looked like it may have missed a growth spurt, but everything else arrived ready to feed actual adults. One important logistical note: If you are especially well hydrated, choose your seat strategically. The restroom is on the bottom floor, and getting there may qualify as the day's cardio. I left with two strong conclusions: First, I really like this place. Second, conducting a work meeting here was like going to an amusement park to discuss spreadsheets. I cannot wait to return in a more appropriately fun frame of mind and work my way through everything I wanted to order but couldn't reasonably explain on an expense report. Consider this the preliminary review. The full investigation will require another visit, several friends, and absolutely no agenda.

They run a lean operation....sometimes just one person manning the grill so you order through a big tablet up front. Choose what you want to eat and drink and the person behind the counter makes it for you. If you put your phone number in when you order, you'll get a text when your food is ready. I usually have chicken when I visit Chomp Chomp and it's always juicy and hot. They have a Chomp Chomp sauce that I really like, it's especially good with fries. Additionally, the brioche buns they use are very high quality. This is a good alternative if you're tired of the other places in the food court.

Found a lot of the places in the food court were gone. But Chomp chomp was there. The counter guy was friendly and patient. My husband ordered the pastrami burger and I had the smash burger. Both had the fries and drinks special. The burger was tasty. But the sauce made it very slippery and finally I couldn't finish it. I felt I had hit my greasy limit for the day. My husband devoured his. But ultimately couldn't finish it either. My conclusion is that it wasn't for us. Our stomachs can't take greasy like we use to. Which is a shame, because it did taste good. I suggest you give it a try and see if you like it.

We walked up to a location that is more functional than destination-like, since it shares the mall dining area, but there is usually enough seating nearby and the ordering process moves fairly smoothly even when it gets busy. The setup is practical and efficient, designed for quick turnover and easy access for mall shoppers. The menu is exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A, with the classic chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, nuggets, waffle fries, and milkshakes being the main highlights. We ordered a few items and found the food consistently satisfying for a quick meal, especially when you are looking for something reliable rather than a unique dining experience. The chicken tenders are also a solid option, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior, and the sauces are a big part of the experience, adding a layer of customization that keeps each visit feeling a little different. The waffle fries came out hot and well seasoned, and the sandwiches held up well for a food court order. Service is one of the stronger parts of this location. The employees were friendly and welcoming, helpful with ordering and quick to assist. The team kept the line moving even during a busy lunch rush, and the food came out without much delay. Like many busy mall locations, timing can vary depending on the crowd, and there are occasional reports of longer waits or order issues, but our experience was efficient and the staff handled the volume well. This is a convenient Chick-fil-A option if you are already at Danbury Fair Mall. It delivers the familiar quality, friendly service, and quick comfort food experience that the chain is known for, though the food court setting makes it feel more like a practical stop than a place you would go specifically for the atmosphere. For a reliable meal during a shopping trip, it fits the role perfectly.

We quickly ordered our food on the app (free sandwiches and a large fry) I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not. Our food was ready in less than one minute. Our food was hot and fresh. It was a great snack to have before going to another hockey game. It was the weekend so tables in the food court was scarce but we found one! Hats off Chuck Fil A!
