The Mozzarella Cheese Pretzel Nuggets are pretty good served with Marinara sauce. Equally delicious are the Famous Cinnabon Rolls. They're so good and very decadent . My daughter was at the mall with friends and wanted a pretzel and Lemonade. I was at the beach in Makaha but bc the app is so easy I was able to order food for her remotely. Sad to say I'm very disappointed with my order. My 2 pretzels were burnt. I could hardly break it let alone bite it. The only good thing I can say is that the cashier was very pleasant. First of all, I love Auntie Anne's! Bread pretzels are one of my favorite junk foods, and Auntie Anne's is probably my most favorite for this specific junk food. Moreover, I'm a creature of habit, so I always stick with the original... buttery goodness. This location is a dream come true as it shares the same storefront as another all-time favorite, Cinnabon. I've been to this location a few times since they've open. Today, I picked up a 9-pack of minibons and two tubs of the original nugs. Waited awhile in the line outside in the hot sun because only a few people can fit in this ka makana alii location. Expensive mini pretzel dogs were missing a hotdog (empty pretzel "bun"), slightly burnt, and stuck together! They need to bake them farther apart or cut them to separate buns. Hit or Miss, in terms of everything. If the pretzels are fresh, they taste awesome! But if you get the ones sitting under the lamp for a while, they taste so bad. Some of them are so stale, hard and burnt. Service couod be fast and polite or you might get the ones completely incompetent and slow. One service person Shalia walked up and then walked away pretending to be busy. After 10 minutes I asked to see the manager - Jessica who just laughed and tried to defend her employees saying she was busy doing something else. This baked pretzel shop is connected to Cinnabon. When you enter you go into the left side door and there's a stanchion to keep customers to the left. It's a bit weird at first but it prevents the store from getting too crowded and keeps everyone formed in a line. We always get something whenever we visit the Ka Makana Ali'i mall. Either a BOGO pretzel, a free pretzel or some kind of pretzel bites. We tried the POG slush last time and it was good, but nothing special. The employees are alright. Mostly high school aged kids and you can't expect much from them. I've never had any problems. read more

Came here tonight (around 6pm) to get a Cinnabon & ordered a large strawberry lemonade on the side. When we got home my friend started drinking out of it & there was a chunk, he assumed it was a strawberry & ignored it. When he took another drink it was chewier & not a strawberry. Tiny pigs in a blanket or sticky fingers? After watching a movie, this is a great place to get a snack. I mean, come on it's like 50 yards from the theater. Enough distance to build up an appetite after munching on some popcorn and soda for two hours. The place has a decent kitchen and prep area to create and bake the delicious goodies. To me, the place is cut into two distinctions of sweet and savory. One side is the Cinnabon and the other Auntie's pretzels. It's a simple process, walk through the door and try not to bang into anyone waiting in line. Something the line is outside the door because the cash register is about 3 feet away from the entrance. Door to the left is enter and door to the right is exit. I'm just mentioning this because I see plenty of people going through the wrong door and have to walk back out. Menu is simple, pick from the display window or for Cinnabon seekers you can grab a 6 pack of delicious sin-a-buns aka "burn extra calories by walking around the mall" pills on the racks. For the savory side, you can get pretzels with a variety of dips. I prefer to get the little weenie dogs. You know the little sausage dogs that are wrapped in little croissant dough? The problem is when fresh out of the oven don't shake the cup or the dogs slip right out. Overall three stars. Location and service is ideal but the place is rather cramp especially if you are waiting for your order. There is a table with all your utensils but it's always dirty when I'm there and you have to ask the cashier for napkins instead of leaving them out for people to grab. Baking fresh pretzels through the day and do not forget to order yourself an ICEE to help cool you down on these hot Hawaiian days. They take the pretzel to another level with the Pepperoni on it. I also hear you out there wanting something sweet well they have a cinnamon and sugar one. Now for this particular location in the the Ala Moana Mall Foodcourt it is usually an in-out process. However, while you are there take a moment and watch them make the pretzels. If you have kids they will enjoy watching the process of tuning dough into pretzels. Their pretzels are really good when it's fresh, but tastes really hard and difficult to swallow when it's not. I've noticed that the bottoms of their pretzels have been burned lately. Perhaps they need to adjust their oven temperature or do a better job of spraying their cooking pan before putting it in the oven. The employees here are all young and sometimes you get good customer service and sometimes you don't. One time I came in to redeem a free birthday pretzel via the app. but I also ordered a box of Cinnabons, drink and dipping sauce. The employee didn't know how to redeem the free pretzel so I ended up getting charged. He cancelled my credit card transaction and rung up all my items again and swiped my credit card for the second time. Unfortunately, the credit card refund did not go through. Luckily I asked him for the receipt for the cancelled transaction because that's when he realized he didn't process the refund correctly. If I didn't ask for the receipt, I would have been charged twice. Better training for their employees will help make this business run more efficiently. I was there for almost 30 minutes while he figured out how to refund my transaction and not charge me for the free pretzel. There are some positive things about this place. First of all, Auntie Anne's is combined with Cinnabon so it's a one stop shop for when my children are craving pretzels and Cinnabons. Points for buying Cinnabons can be applied to my Auntie Anne's app. Since I buy the boxed Cinnabons a lot, I accrue points faster. Also, during Covid shut down, this was the only location on island that still sold Cinnabons. I placed my orders online and was able to pick them up during special pick up hours only. This service came in handy since most food places at the mall had closed down. I have T-Mobile and reception inside their store is a dead zone. When I use my app, I usually have to walk around outside of their shop for almost ten minutes before the app loads and takes me to the bar code that the employee needs to scan for me to get my free pretzel or coupon code. It's kind of a hassle because the bar code is timed. It has to be presented and scanned by the cashier within a certain amount of time or it becomes void. Because of this, I can't just load the coupon when I do have reception, before I get to the counter. I know it's not Auntie Anne's fault, but I just want to get that info out there for others who have T-Mobile and plan to use their Auntie Anne's app. read more

Went to grab a cup of mini pretzel dogs and while waiting at the register the girl making more of what I'm about to eat is literally swiping her phone that's located on the counter. I watched for a good five minutes while she swiped her phone, rolled dough, swiped her phone, roll more dough smh, swipe phone again, roll more dough. Took a break from Christmas shopping at Ka Makana Mall & Jordan C. took our order today. Let me just say that he needs to either look for another job where he doesn't deal with people because he is FAR from being customer friendly. He was very RUDE & kept cutting me off while I was ordering. I ordered the Cinnamon Nuggets & 2 of the Hotdog Bites which he again cut me off & said it'll be a total of a 10min wait which I was ok with. He then asked that I wait outside where all the previous customers waited for their orders too. After everyone before me finally got their orders 15mins later, I waited an extra 5mins. #6 of 2017 Mediocre quality pretzels at best. We bought the pretzel bites and a side of cheese and had to force ourselves not to waste it. Maybe Disneyland has created an expectation of pretzels and cheese that no other business can come close to, but I truly think AA needs to work on product quality. Our bites were dry and overcooked. Excellent customer service from everyone! We ordered pizza pretzels and Cinnabon's. They were made fresh for us and man were they delicious. The workers were all friendly, everyone actively stocking products, cooking food, and talking to customers. The only complaint I have I wish they made the pizza roll that Kaneohe location makes. Typically good pretzels that I have come to expect from Auntie Anne's. I had a regular pretzel and a cinnamon sugar pretzel, and both were very good. The cinnamon pretzel was very tough, so I brought it back and they made me a fresh one and apologized. The wait staff was very nice and the pretzels came out quickly. They also gave me some coupons for my next visit. The interior is very clean. My only complaint is that there are no tables inside or outside, so I had to walk to another area of the mall to sit at a table. Opened new store right along side Cinnabon in Ka Makana Ali'i near Famous Footwear. Lines are long because well duh they have the best pretzels!! The two snack I love getting at malls are Cinnabons and Pretzels. Way to go guys!! Even though lines are long it's worth the wait!
