    Sweet Almond Pretzel
    Alyana B.

The sweet almond pretzel with caramel dipping sauce was the perfect sweet treat! The service was quick and the place had great ambiance. The pretzel was slightly warm and had a great taste!

I love love love their huge prezelt pizzas, pillowy soft delicious pretzels. I am a big fan of soft (and hard, for that matter) pretzels- great snacks unless they have too much butter. I just don't like salt too much. Pretzels are such a fun treat to have every once and awhile. I love the customer service here every time I stop in.

Original nuggets, hot salsa cheese and regular lemonade

We love to get a pretzel when we can. We got a original nuggets with some hot salsa cheese. We weren't aware this place offered different cheese and we like it better then the regular. The consistency of the cheese is a bit thicker than the regular. The lemonade as my partner put it "is fire". Update: *a speckle of the hot salsa cheese got stuck on the back roof of my throat. Lol, painful trying to wash it down*

Now I would like you to keep in mind that I am a die hard fan of Wetzels Pretzels. But even with my commitment I would say that this business is really good. I was traveling and had a set of the nuggets the way they come with some cheese sauce to dip, it was great. The cute little stall was not packed at all and it looked like they had some more diverse flavors similar to my favorite brand. While Auntie Anne's didn't convert me to the dark side, they definitely are a good place if your craving pretzel. The only note I really have is that there pretzels aren't as soft as I'd personally like them to be, but that's personal preference. Great service, great place.

Perfect place for a tasty snack while shopping at premium outlets!

Auntie Anne's makes the best soft pretzel!! Whenever I shop at this mall, this is my kids fav place to grab a snack. We usually get the original pretzel with side of cheese. The pretzel nuggets are great too. Recently my son tried pretzel pizza and it was very filling. This location is small so lines can get long and sometimes you have to wait outside. This can be a problem when it's 108 outside. Try one of their frozen lemonade mixers, helps cool off! I highly recommend getting their app which lets you earn points for free pretzel and some good offers.

THIS IS NOT WHAT IS DEPICTED IN THE AD!!

Service sucked. Told the cashier FOUR TIMES that I am ordering mango FROST, strawberry FROST & blue raspberry FROST. She proceeded to make the drinks & she just made the slush. I told her "I asked for all first drinks. Where is the white frost?" She tells me "oh you wanted frost, ok hold on" & I thought she was going to remake the drinks, but she literally only put whipped cream on it. I said "this isn't frost drinks" & she just stared at me. FUCKING TERRIBLE.

Awesome pretzel stand in a mall with even better employees. Auntie Anne must be so proud of this little pretzel and cold drink shop. Super friendly. It is pitch perfect. Needs tip jar. Rebel: 5

Sometimes you just need a pretzel. I know I do at times. Well I was at the mall, and that's just what I needed. I love their pretzel bites with cheese. All of which are made fresh. You can watch them make the pretzels and the other creations they concoct. Everything was very clean The wait was very minimal. We ordered quite a bit of food too. The staff was very friendly especially with all of the people coming in and out of the store. Location is 15/ Charleston. Parking is ample. However locals are free, non residents you gotta pay.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
