Date of visit: March 8, 2026 As newbies to the area, we are of course interested in all of the local options for treats and with my husband being a big fan of donuts, this was an early stop for us, but an ultimately uneven one. Despite stopping in during the evening, there was a plentiful supply of treats to choose from, which we appreciated. But most of them were not signed and the only worker on site did not seem to speak much English, not giving us a lot of comfort in what we were actually getting since neither of us care for anything cream-filled when it comes to donuts. The location is not much to look at, both inside and out, but I'd rather the effort go into the product rather than the locale, yet that didn't seem to be a thing, either. The donut holes were inconsistent, some were good and others overly doughy, as though they had not fully cooked. The maple long john, however, was definitely above average. Not saying we won't ever come back to Winchell's, we would just try some other options first. read more

In the area, and decided to give this place a try. Lots of parking. Working staff are friendly and helpful. We got the breakfast combo, which comes with an egg sandwich, donut and coffee. We decided on the Everything bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. It was very good, served hot, and the bagel is toasted just right. We went with the powdered sugar lemon filled donut which was really good. The donut was so fresh, we decided on another, the Bavarian cream filled with chocolate frosting. It was also very fresh and tasty. The coffee was fresh and very hot. We had to let it cool a bit, before we could drink it. The place has limited seating but it met our needs and we were very satisfied. We will be back the next time we are in the area. read more

I came here after I went to Teso life and decided I wanted some donuts. At 8pm they still had a wide selection of donuts. Actually they had all of them. The donuts were all stacked and the guy had just baked some fresh some and was putting them away. They even have churros. I ordered an old fashion, maple old fashion, churro and a cinnamon roll. It came out to $8. The price was so reasonable and everything I ordered was warm and fresh. If you get lucky and they are wheeling the donuts out, buy more because the fresh ones so good. Staff was also very friendly and nice and when I asked if he made all the donuts he said, "Yes, I'm actually making some more in the back and showed me the dough that was in the kitchen. I was so happy to drive by this place. I hadn't been to a Winchell's in many years and decided to stop and try it out. They did NOT disappoint. And they have so much more than just donuts now. Decided to pop in after husband mentioned he missed donuts and felt nostalgic as I haven't been to a Winchell's in decades. The store is nice and clean. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. A friendly female employee boxed the 6 donuts (only $8!) and I was in and out in about 5 min. and that'd only because I chatted with the cashier guy. Husband approved the donuts and said they're exactly the same as he last had them (also being decades ago). Got 2 glazed, 2 twists, apple fritter and a chocolate one. Their fritters (apple, pineapple and blueberry) are huuuuge. Conveniently located on Jones just south of Desert Inn, Sam's parking lot as the 168 Market/across the street from Hachi and Ramen Tatsu. Plenty of parking. Will definitely return for more good old fashioned donuts. read more

Arrived in the evening. Unfortunately the donuts seemed undercooked yet also kind of stale. If you look at the color of the old fashioned - it's so light. As well as the blueberry cake donut. I think they need to work on their cooking times here. My husband has had winchells before (different location) and didn't mind it but said the old fashioned here had to be one of the worst he's had. read more

I stopped by to pick up some donut holes this morning. I have been here before, but it's been a while. I love walking in here and smell fresh made donuts. It's about 5:30 in the morning but there were about 4 customers in the shop already. The staff was friendly and greeted as soon as I walked in. The shop is clean and quite nice. I got 2 ordered of donuts holes, and they were still warm, and the glaze was still wet. The donut was so tasty and not too sweet and perfect bites size. 5 stars I recommend. read more

My family and I have gone when we first arrived to Vegas it was only less then 5 min but after a couple years we moved away no we drive about 20 min to eat here. We always come in for the classic donuts about half a dozen for 9.99 which isn't bad and also their tuna bagels. Customer Service is amazing always on point never disappoints. When we get there the man is always so nice and attentive. But you can always tell when going inside it's a clean establishment and has a nice vibe within the restaurant. read more

Another good experience at Winchell's donut house while waiting for brakes to be done at Mr. Brake next door. The ham, egg and cheese burrito was very good and came with a side of salsa...good sized burrito that was filled with plenty of egg....didn't leave hungry!! Open 24hrs. I love being able to come here at 5am to pick up donuts for work. There is never a long wait and the workers are very friendly. I am always in and out and able to make it to work on time. Winchell's has very good donuts, and at the time that we went, they were fresh. My favorites are the old fashioned donut and the cake donut with white icing and rainbow colored sprinkles. Service was good and ambiance is inviting. 4/5 because they are getting pricey. read more

Really great little place. The prices are reasonable, the doughnuts are fresh, and they're open late. Rarely sold out of anything. There's little tables to chat if you want, a couple outside. They also have great fresh juice and some bagel sandwiches. read more

Donuts are great, service was good. Cleanliness? Uh.......They either need to paint and refloor or its' dirty, I couldn't really tell. The fritter I got was Pineapple, but if I hadn't ordered I couldn't have told you, as there wasn't enough pineapple to taste. It's a better variety than our usual haunts, so I'll probably go back. I just won't think about what the kitchen looks like if the public areas need a good cleaning. The crullers are much better than Dunkin, with actual icing on them, instead of a tiny smear. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went after church on Sunday to get donuts to go with coffee. I decided to take a bite of my glazed twist. Immediately I knew either the donut wasn't fresh or was cooked in old oil. I went back and told manager and he offered me a bunch of choices I didn't like. When I asked about donuts I preferred he said they weren't fresh either. Never offered a refund just a few choices (15% of the total offerings) that weren't my fav options. Best donuts I've literally ever had, they were just made super fresh and even warm to hold. The donut we ordered were two maple bars one cream filled and one twist. It was such a great enjoyment. I love donuts and am always looking for new places to get them. I pass this location daily on my way to and from work and just recently stopped by. Not sure why it took my so long to stop by, but so glad I did. This is a fairly small donut shop, but they do offer plenty of seating for those that want to eat in. They have 2 showcases that is usually filled. They offer a good variety of different donuts, muffins, bagels, fritters, etc. All donuts that we've gotten have been pretty tasty, but best of all, they are cheap. We always get a half dozen and it doesn't matter what we get, the cost is $5.49. The ladies that work the register are always so friendly. They smile and greet you as you enter. They know their donuts and can answer any questions you have about any of them. They are patient if you need time to decide what you want to get as well. Even though this is an older place, they keep it clean. Tables and floors as well as the trash area have always been cleaned up when I've been here. Will come back soon. read more

I have lived in Vegas all my life and grew up eating WInchell's donuts. This location makes donuts fresh in-house every day unlike some other locations that have them delivered. Winchell's donuts have always been my favorite donuts. Krispy Kreme is too sweet and Dunkin Donuts are not sweet enough. Winchell's is done just right. My favorites are their apple fritters and maple crullers. Maple anything really is delicious. Their old fashioned donuts and buttermilk bars are great as well. A dozen donuts is only $10 and they give you two additional donuts for free. Probably one of the best donut deals in town. Highly recommend! read more

The bagel sandwiches are a favorite of mine, as well as their iced hazelnut coffee. If you need to grab breakfast for your work squad, call ahead for a discount: the Winchell's dozen (14 assorted glazed and filled donuts, bars, and twists) is entirely customizable and regularly $10, but calling ahead with a large order has saved me a few bucks, thanks to friendly management. But I keep coming back for the sandwiches: $5 for a bagel sando packed with fresh toppings, add a dollar for chips and a drink. The turkey is my go-to, but the BLTCC (BLT + cream cheese) is a tasty indulgence too, if you opt for savory over sweet.
