Almond pretzel is so bomb ! I ask them to make it fresh for me if they can. It only takes 5 mins :)

I love their pretzels but they aren't always consistent. A lot of times it's overcooked. I had a pretzel yesterday at the location near the tot lot and it had too much baking soda in it. (Which over powered the pretzel taste). But there are times when you get a perfectly cooked pretzel that is soft, warm, sweet, and super delicious! My go to are almond, cinnamon sugar, and sour cream and onion.

Got this on 5/29/17- I didn't check the date before eating half of the packet. I'm checking all of my sauce packets from now on!

Came here for a quick pretzel craving and ended up never wanting Auntie Anne's again. Sure, it may not sound like a big deal to some people, but this was to me. We ordered half regular and half cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, so we had to wait for them to be made fresh and I appreciate that they made them fresh. I get that they take time to bake, but I wasn't warned that it would take over 15 minutes (I was running late for an appointment) They handed me a caramel sauce, and I guess I should've checked the expiration date while I sat there waiting for my nuggets, but I didn't. It wasn't until I went out of the mall, into my car, and almost out of the parking lot with a half empty caramel sauce when my boyfriend said "this is expired over a month ago." He didn't care but I was pissed, so I called the store to see what they would say about it and the girl who answered just said "oh...uhm well do you want to come back? We can give you another one?" WHAT?! NO I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY TIME AND GAS TO COME BACK FOR ANOTHER ONE! If I had more time to waste on them, I would've called their corporate manager! I have a very sensitive stomach and I get sick very easily and even eating one day old food will make me sick so having something expired over a month ago gave me a lot of problems. Unbelievable.

My favorite thing in the world is pretzels. Any opportunity I get I will buy one! I usually love getting one at Auntie Anne's but this time was not good. Employee was not happy to help me and was honestly rude when I asked about a menu option. The pretzel for sure had been sitting for a long time and was cold, bland, and chewy. It'd be worth it to me to wait for a fresh one rather than an old one that has been sitting for a while. Really disappointing...

Buuuuuuuuuurp, oh excuse me.... pardon, that's what happens when I go to the food court... After walking the circuit and tasting the usual mix and match of fast food affair, I always seem to leave room for these bad-boys, or is that girls? I luv a good soft pretzel, okay to be honest I luv even bad soft pretzels...well, this location seems to know what they are doing. Always staffed with what seems like half the local high school cheer leading squad, they follow the recipes and produce a decent pretzel. Sometimes they flake out and don't have things ready to go but are often able to make up time and fire these tasty twists of dough out with fashion. It's a chain and the only one in town working it's magic on this market. My only peeve about this place is the price for their version of the Slurpee (TM) AKA, Dutch Ice, cool, refreshing and who can't get a kick out of seeing your tongue turn blue after one of this sugary cool treats. Personally for more flavors and fun, being able to poor it yourself and mix and match, go to your local 7-11!!

These pretzels are usually melt in your mouth but the pretzel we got today was so overcooked and dry, I had to ask for a new one.

Used a coupon from Living Social for a super deal on pretzels. They were hot and fresh and yummy. This place is consistently fantabulous.

I got my boyfriend the fajita taco, but I accidentally ordered two, and I'm so glad I did. We ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture before they disappeared. My only "eh" thought was the chicken might have been a tad on the salty side, but I would absolutely order them again without hesitation. I ordered a carne Asada chimichanga... when I finally got to it and opened the box it quite literally filled the ENTIRE box from corner to corner. Now slightly regretting eating the churro and the taco so I had room for more than a few bites (delicious is an understatement) As outrageously full as I am, I am honestly looking forward to when I can go back and try one of their breakfast burritos and nachos aaannddd... pretty much everything on their menu. The staff were nice and didn't seem annoyed or impatient while waiting for me to make up my mind on what to order, the employee at the window was pleasant and engaging while waiting for my food. I am just all around impressed with my whole experience and am so happy I came here, I will definitely be returning!! Thank you guys for the delicious food!

LASA has become my favorite comfort-food, casual restaurant to indulge in nostalgic filipino…read moreclassics, such as their yummy halo-halo, and elevated fast food dishes, such as their lechon kawali roll and sisig-style fries. I love all of the above, but I was delighted by how amazing their adobo fried chicken sandwich tasted. If you want something easier to eat that is less rich and messy than their popular lechon kawali roll, I would order the adobo fried chicken sandwich. It tasted super delicious, but more simple and easier to digest. If you want something more tangy and meaty in flavor, you might prefer to try their fili-bistek sandwich instead. For a starter to munch on, side item, or for an easy standalone snack, their lumpia shanghai is perfect for that or the sisig-style fries that you'll need a fork to more easily navigate your way through it. If sandwiches aren't your thing and you prefer rice dishes instead, their kawali bowl is a good one to try. As I briefly mentioned above, I really enjoyed their traditional-style halo-halo that I simply couldn't wait to eat last for dessert. I ate/drank it with my meal, which is actually not that uncommon to do. There are just a few steps you need to take to prepare it before consuming it. First, I kept the lid on (so that none of the overflowing precious ingredients spilled out) and I used my spoon to carefully mix all the ingredients around, reaching to the bottom, up, and around. Yes, seems like a hassle, but the mixing part is a very key and important step! For those who don't know, "halo-halo" literally means "mix-mix" in Tagalog (the main dialect in the Philippines). Once you've patiently mixed everything together, you can use your spoon to start eating it until it is no longer overflowing. Now, you can safely remove the lid without spilling anything and I then can interchangeably use my spoon and also sip directly from the cup. It's fun! ;-) Go to LASA and support an awesome small business!!! I live in Seattle. Yup, it's a bit of a trek, but it's so worth it!!! They have mouthwatering food, free parking, friendly staff, and relaxed vibes.
