I had seen this place a couple of months ago. Today I was cutting across town to deliver a birthday gift and thought a hot warm pretzel might enhance the giftees mood. I have to admit I'm not a fan of space sharing. When I saw that Jamba Juice and Auntie Ann's share space,I was immediately on guard. These situations usually do one or the other better and the other suffers. As I walked in, I heard a hello from the back. Quickly assessing the situation, there was a drive thru customer at the window to my left,space for making Smoothies and to the right a small Auntie Ann's display case. It took a couple of minutes for the counter person to come to the front. It appears one person was handling the entire operation. Pointing to the pretzel case,I ask how old these were,she said theyre fresh. Just then someone walked up behind me. She asked to help and he said, I'm here to pick up an order for____. She quickly disappeared into the back leaving me waiting. I'm not sure how others feel but,I think the customer standing in front of you is first. The order on the app, hurry up I gotta goz can wait. This store is terrible..they're closed at random times and the wait time for a small pretzel is ridiculous. The drive thru is never in service which is the one reason anyone would come. They ALWAYS have a note on the door that says theyre closing at a different time when the hours on google say completely different. Your better off going to the mall or finding a different location. Such a convenient location for us but just the other day, Friday, November 21st, they were closed during peak hours due to staffing. Typically takes over 10 minutes for an order of pretzels or mini dogs most of the time which forces us to sit and wait. Great location but you are rolling the dice on what type of service or quality that you're going to get. For those thinking about coming here, just have a backup plan. read more

We loved this place because the pretzels were fresh and tasty, the smoothies were pure deliciousness, the food came out super quickly, and the servers were all really nice. We enjoyed our visit here and we will be back soon for more smoothies and pretzels! read more

Closed on Sunday at 3pm when it stays they are open. Zero communication on the front door and drive through. Poor management and reminded me why I don't go to places like this often. read more

I'd prefer to walk from McKinney airport to Stonebriar mall for a Sweet Almond pretzel than go to this location off Stacy. The speaker drive thru doesn't work so you have to wait in line for 20-45 mins for the staff to tell you they don't have what you asked for and don't want to make anymore! And if they do have it, you will still wait 20-45mins for half baked pretzels. Please save yourself the stress and disappointment and go somewhere else. Get those steps in! read more

We waited for 15 minutes behind just one car who ended up having one small bag. Then we get to the window, waiting for a mini cinnamon pretzel and a peanut butter chocolate waffle bowl. We wait another ten minutes (25 minutes total now) for them to finally hand out the food and it was a completely wrong order and they hadnt even started on our order. Both the two girls working most likely in high school, were rude and had no idea what they were doing. Told us it was gonna be a few more minutes for our order to be ready when i went to just cancel the order they shut the window and disappeared immediately. Had to go inside to demand a refund on my order but by then miraculously half my order was finally ready. When we were inside the two girls were just goofing around. Still demanded a refund. Although the staff that have assisted me are nice and the pretzels are tasty the wait here is a bit ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes in a line with 2 cars, ended up leaving. Another time I had placed an order online so I had to wait. I would say staff needs to be a bit more attentive and ownership needs to be aware. My kids and I came in today to get a yummy snack and refreshing drink and we got exactly what we needed. Service was great as it was fast and polite. My son is a bit picky with flavors but the manager was able to help us with that. They are mainly a drive through place but they do have a table to sit. read more

I live near this place and I love auntie Anne's but I'd rather just go to the mall than go to this location. They never have any pretzels available even when it's dead and no one is in the store and you always have to wait 20 plus minutes to get your order. The service at this location may be the worst service I have ever seen. Employees just loafing around with customers piling up inside waiting on their orders. Waited about 45 minutes for my order but I was lucky because others there we're waiting for longer. Perhaps making fast food pretzels is more complex than I would have thought. The owner of this location deserves to go out of business for managing this store so poorly. read more

The drive thru took a long time and when we got to the window, we got the wrong order. We went back through the drive thru in hopes of getting our order fixed and they gave us the cinnamon bites for free. It took a total of 25 minutes. read more

This is the BEST Auntie Anne's! Now you may ask what makes this the best location? I'll start with the obvious, great location, fresh, hot perfect pretzels!!! The thing that matters the most is the customer experience I receive when I come here. I have to give a shout out to Collin and Mark! They make my visit so much fun and they remember me, which means the most to me. I LOVE the employees that work here. Collin and Mark are 5 Stars!!!
