There is nothing to address about the concerns raised in your comment aside from what was already explicitly stated. Just read it again and hopefully do something about the concerns, that's all. Why should onus be on the customer to then have to do more work to repeat the same thing. Let me reiterate and outline the main points discussed. (1) The entrance and exit points to get to your physical location. A cursory glance or drive to the place should expose this logistical nightmare. (2) Pricey food. Why is a receipt needed? It's your own menu and prices. Look at them. $9 for a single patty burger for reference. It costs me a fraction of that to make and half of that at any other comparable burger joint.

The young lady comes back and says the owner says ..... " send her an email"! An email when the food is returned, the money was paid & the product just wasn't right this time. She said there's nothing I can do. I don't have another option. She hands him a card and that's it. Now he has sent the email but I now see why others have said what they've said. They don't want our business. They can't want customers or they wouldn't treat people with such disdain.
