You can never go wrong with any order at Auntie Anne's! The pretzels, whichever way they are, are just filled with yumminess! We tend to get the mini bite size with the cinnamon sugar, but now we tend to get the almond pretzel. We have tried all of them of course, so that is why I can say you can't go wrong with any of them. The employees' attitudes vary from place to place, but overall, we have never had a bad service. Every time I come to the Great Mall I feel like I'm heading for a track meet, it must be something about the enormous oval you have to traverse if you want to hit up every single store. Had to remind her of our drink and I thought this was the end. After a good walk to the food court, I found out that we're missing two pretzels and the ones we have arent right. Love Auntie Anne's pretzels!! Every time we come to Great Mall it's a must to stop by and get some! My favorite is the sweet almond pretzel. Perfect amount of crunch and sweet! Wetzels Pretzel's just doesn't do it for me. My brother loves the dog bites nuggets so we usually get those too. Thank you Auntie Anne's for the yummy pretzels! And five stars to the lady working at the register for giving me a free drink! She saw that I was waiting for my pretzels for a long time and offered me a free lemonade. I come here pretty often, and they never 'impress' me, but they always get the job done. I never did enjoy spending $3 on a so-so pretzel, so I come on Tuesdays to get my money's worth on their $1 pretzels. Knowing it was going to be busy, they should have had either 1. More people working, or 2. Enough pretzels ready. After waiting in line for 5 minutes, with no one thanking us or letting us know that it would just be a minute more, I get to the counter only to find out that it will take 7-10 more minutes to make my food. 7-10 minutes for a pretzel.. That sounds like you have to roll it, twist it, butter and cook it... And to top it off.. Ivan said, verbatim.. "There's nothing I can do." I usually would get the almond, but my most recent visit here, it was a little burnt and just didn't taste as great as it used to. So for next time as I'm planning to come back multiple times (since Auntie Anne's has enjoyable pretzels indeed!) and get a cinnamon sugar, but the original stix with cream cheese is great and even more tempting for me. I might also try the garlic one day, and the raisin. The pepperoni sounds very tempting right now. Ugh, the selection you can choose from with Auntie Anne's. It's like they did that on purpose- giving you many options, but more than enough so that you'll have to pay different multiple visits. I losing that battle, there. read more

This is for the Auntie Anne's in front of Marshalls and conveniently located near Starbucks (so you can buy a pretzel and eat it with your drink at a table). It is by far the best of the Auntie Anne's in the area. Pretzels fresh. I was addicted to their mini pretzel dogs for a while, but now I'm obsessed with the pepperoni nuggets. Those are easily rewarmed in the toaster oven and retain moisture because of the fattiness of the pepperoni and cheese. The others should be consumed soon after purchase so they're at the maximum softness and warmness. Long line ebbs and flows but there's a reason people are willing to wait and it's not just the fact that they're Auntie Anne's pretzels but because it's that particular Auntie Anne's store. Otherwise, there's a lot of other choices available after all. Service is good and have occasionally given me a free lemonade when I ordered something that was still baking (and I wanted to wait, otherwise I'd return only to find out some other lucky person snatched up my prize!) They also offer a vey good coupon card for $10, which includes 2 free signature pretzels (no purchase required) so you can see how it's a good deal. Anyway, try this out and enjoy. read more

This had been our the go to almond pretzel and lemonade for ages until today. We always ordered lemonade with light ice except toss time the missing ice has been replaced with water and lots of water. This place would get NO stars if I could do it. The pretzels may be good but customer service is ridiculous. People wait in line for 10-15 minutes and they allow mall employees to cut in front of the line just because they are mall employees. They don't even bother to check to see if the person even works that particular day. Allegedly the policy is the person has to get in line and then their staff acknowledges them and brings them up to the front of the line. This boy walks up to the front and starts talking to his friend. They shake hands, fist pump and while the pretzel employee is getting stuff for the customer he adds his friend's thing and let's him pay after the woman if finished. Ah...he should have finished with the lady, then acknowledge the boy in line, and then explain to everyone else why he was taking someone ahead of them.
