Apparently there is a new gelato place at the Great Mall. Whenever I passed by there was always a line and full of people, so like anyone with common sense I did not to then. I also wanted to try their gelato and simply asked for a sample, but the cashier sighed loudly, looking stressed, and told me she "just needed to get the line going." I understand they were busy, but why prioritize just one trending item at the expense of customer service and the rest of their menu? He poured half the strawberries into an empty cup and topped the cup I picked with "pistachio" sauce followed by chocolate and kaitifi. Then he topped the cup with more strawberries (not all made it into the cup) then repeated the sauce and kaitif toppings. I felt like all the strawberries should've been given since it costs $18 and in the end I had a whole bunch of the sauces left. But I have strawberries at home so I can use em to finish up the sauce. The shop is at the front on the left side of the food court, decorated with pastel colors. It was really quiet on a weekday and I was their only customer.
