Unfortunately, this entrance is marked as an exit only during the pandemic. However, it is not monitored and people exit frequently and one can get into the main mall area. I asked for more caramel, and she added just a teensy bit more. She mixed everything together and the container wasn't full. To her credit, she did go get more ice cream to put into the container. But it still wasn't full. And, she just added the coffee ice cream on top and didn't mix or add new ingredients. I always go for the large size because it's definitely a "go big or go home" treat. Customer service is also positive. The staff is attentive and any concerns/questions are quickly answered. At this location I started by getting a sample. Of course it was not transcendental since it's borderline impossible to find people who can do that but it was in the "good flavor" territory. And this place is very good. Due to the location, this place gets quite crowded over the weekend. Yet the queue is quite well managed. The staff are very genial and helped us out with our queries about the pricing patiently in spite of the line and helped us out quite professionally.
